6 couples enjoyed this property. We each had our own spacious room with en suite bath. The home was very clean and felt like a home… nicely decorated and furnished. The amenities that were helpful for a large group were 3 refrigerators, 2 dishwashers, 2 washer/dryers, well stocked kitchen. Sue, the property owner, was very helpful and responsive. You can tell she takes pride in providing a quality rental home. The beach was amazing…seemed like we were there by ourselves. Water was clear. The only suggestion we have was to provide dressers in the bedrooms. Other than that A++. Thank you, Sue.

We had a great time, Sue was great to work with, the house worked really well for our large family of 28 and was in great shape, and the neighborhood and beach were awesome. Make it easy on yourself. Go ahead and book this property. :)

We've been to this area several times in the past as a group of adults and teens. There are about 18 of us. This house had just about everything we needed. Great spot for the teens and not as overrun as Seaside or even Rosemary. We loved the privacy of the neighborhood and of all the beaches we've been on, this was our favorite. Very private and quiet. There is a new Publix about a mile and a half from this house. The location is not really near anything which was fine for our group. We could take a long walk to a cute shopping/dining area ("The Big Chill," formerly the "Hub"), if you're up for the walk or a bike ride. Older teens were able to uber back and forth to Seaside with no issues and we still went to the Rosemary Beach Sunday market. Loved our week in the Panhandle and this house fit our needs.

The heated pool was great for grand children & great grand children. The bicycles got plenty of use. Had a fire in the fire pit every night. Close to the beach. What a great place to host your whole family

We absolutely loved this home! It’s beautifully decorated, clean and spacious. We had 5 families - 28 people (19 were kids) and this house was absolutely perfect! We were never crowded, the play areas on the first and third floors were great entertainment for all the kids! They loved the pool too! Each couple had ample space in their master suites and the kids loved the bunk rooms! It’s so close to the beach and we loved the gated community and private beach! Even though we were there during fall break and 30a was crowded, our beach wasn’t at all! We will definitely be back! Many great memories were made AND UT beat Alabama!😁🧡

The house we had reserved fell through at the last minute due to Hurricane Ian. I messaged about this house Saturday morning for a check in the same day. My messages were returned quickly and she was wonderful to work with for such a last minute booking. The house was amazing. Much nicer than the photos even show. It had everything we could possibly need for the house and the beach as well. There was so much room for all the people in our group. We had a problem with the air conditioner on one floor and it was handled quickly and efficiently. We would love to come back to this property in the future!

I was so impressed by all of the amenities including beach supplies and bikes. The house was perfect for 18 of us ranging from 7-79. Bunks rooms were wonderful and space to spread out was great. Also loved the big eating area and kitchen with ample living room area. Was a really fun vacation.

The pictures of the property don't do it justice! The home is large with plenty of space for everyone. The kitchen has everything you need to serve large parties. The extra refrigerators in the home are great. The king sized beds in all the rooms make it great for couples. The pool is large with shaded in the morning so the littles can swim without getting too hot. The walk to the beach is so easy! The owner is ambitious and tries hard to make everything perfect.

This home is perfect for large parties. It comes equipped with everything needed and is spacious, clean and modern. We hope to be back next year

We’ve been coming to 30A for over 20 years. This was the most well stocked home we have ever stayed at. So much to do for the kids of all ages even on rainy days! Great communication with owner!

Our leadership team used the property for vision casting meetings. The location was great, easy access from 30A and an easy walk to the beach. The home was spacious, beautifully decorated, and comfortable. The community spaces were well furnished and had lots of places to sit to eat or talk and there were ample sleeping arrangements for our large group. Sue was easy to work with and very accommodating to our group’s needs. We will definitely be back in the future and will be recommending to others.

The house had everything we needed. The location is perfect, only a short walk to the beach. Being in a small gated community was ideal for our group, which included four children.

We absolutely loved this house! We had 6 adults and 7 young people and everyone had plenty of room to spread out. Very close to beach. Will rent again. Owner was wonderful to work with.

Very pleased with our week at the property. Plenty of room for the fourteen of us. Separate floors enabled everyone to have their own space. Pool was a hit with the grandkids. My family (total of 10 + 2 babies stayed here) and we all believe this home by far exceeded our expectations. It was in the best location for PRIVATE beach access (2 minute walk across the neighborhood street). The rooms were spacious and included all we needed. The pool was perfect with ample room for all of us. We decided to get it heated which was well worth it for the babies. The kitchen was AWESOME! This home was made for large parties. From the several refrigerators to the 2 large dishwashers, we were well-accommodated. The view from the top floor balcony was perfect. You could see the ocean and sunset, which made our stay. Susan, the owner, was prompt at responding to any and all questions we had before, during, and after our stay. We would highly recommend staying here.

Our family with four generations spent the Labor Day weekend in this home and everyone loved it! Here are our family's favorites: * Large home with plenty of room for everyone to spread out and a large den for us all to be together. * The pool and pool area were wonderful. * The beach access and the beach are close to the house. * Generous starter amounts of toilet paper, soap, dish soap, trash bags, and dishwasher detergent are provided. * Grocery stores and restaurants are nearby. * Nine televisions in the house :) * Well-stocked kitchen with plenty of refrigerator space. * The bunk room was a huge hit with our grandchildren. Sue was easy to communicate with and we hope to go back to this home next year!

This home has it all! Sea the View is in a small, gated community South of 30-A on Camp Creek Lake. The neighborhood is private but just a bike ride away from Alys Beach, Rosemary or Watersound. This 6 bedroom home features generously sized rooms and well thought out spaces. There's a large living area on each of the three floors. This design allows for multiple families to share this home and have areas to congregate together, but also spaces to enjoy privacy. The first floor houses the bunk room (sleeps 11), a king bedroom and a double queen bedroom - each with a private bath. The first floor living space will surely be loved by the younger folks in the group as it features a large seating area and television, plus multiple game tables. This room opens out to the large, private gated pool and deck area. The laundry facilities are also located on this floor. The second floor kitchen features a large, luxury kitchen - with two refrigerators, two dishwashers, a commercial quality gas cooktop and oven, large kitchen island and a dining table that seats at least 12 people. The kitchen and dining area open to a spacious great room. The dining area leads to a covered porch area that overlooks the pool, and also provides access to the pool area. This floor also has a half bath, plus two master bedrooms -- one of which also includes a separate twin / trundle bed -- great space for families with small children. The third floor is an oasis! At the top of the steps is a living area with two sleeper sofas, large TV and bar area. Beyond the living area is another master suite. Both of these rooms have access to the 3rd floor balcony with gulf views. Much care was also taken in the design of the outdoor areas. The home is situated on a huge corner lot, which has a large circular driveway providing room for multiple vehicles, as well as a grassy yard for those outside games. The pool was built for large groups - generously sized and surrounded by many seating options and lush landscaping. This area also has an outside shower and grill area. The private beach access is two lots down from Sea the View. Here, you'll find a beautiful, tree shaded walkway leading to the gorgeous sugar sand beaches this area is known for! The beach is private to the owners and guests of the neighborhood - very quiet and peaceful. The owners were great to work with. Believe them when they say this house has everything you need for the beach in it's little storage area. Plenty of room for our party. We never felt like we on top of each other. It has 4 fridges that was beyond helpful. The kitchen is well stocked as well. Beds were comfy. Sue was very responsive when we had any questions and jumped on the small issues that we had.

We truly enjoyed our stay. There were 13 of us and the house could accommodate a lot more easily. Towels and linens very well stocked. Short walk to beach. We had the most perfect weather and it was so nice to come back from the beach and take a little rest by the pool. The new bunk room is really cool and nicely built. We all had a great stay. There are now places to hang out on each floor and there was so much room to spread out it was great with a big group. There is also a ping pong table that I didn't know about beforehand and my daughter learned how to play for the first time. A lot of little unmentioned touches that go a long way. We had to contact the owner a couple of times and the response time was absolutely wonderful. One of the best I have ever worked with on VRBO/Home Away from the booking until after the stay was over. Would wholeheartedly recommend this owner.

The property was well kept , the kitchen was spacious and the 3 refrigerators in the house were awesome for all of our food and beverages The patio on the third floor really makes the house as a great gathering place for sunrises and sunsets The pool area was laid out nicely to create room for play and privacy. The row of flowering bushes were pretty but often the leaves ended up in the pool The area in back by the table and around the pool heater seemed cluttered by a lot of random pavers and old patio furniture. This could be easily cleaned up Once the construction is complete on the 2 houses across the street I think this property will be ideal We would stay at the property again , once all the construction is complete in the neighborhood Thanks

The owner of this home posted beautiful pictures of the beach with an open lot in front of the house and direct views of the sandy beach. When we arrived there was a house built there. She changed the pictures a day after we arrived and after I complained that she mislead us. It was the most important aspect of our trip... a view of the beach. Our trip was a huge disappointment. I don't understand how a person could mislead renters in this way. I can only hope that she notifies any renters after us (4/1/2018) that there is no longer a view. It is likely that others booked before the pictures were updated.

The view was amazing and the house was very nice. The owner responded to any issue we had in a timely manner. I would rate this as a very good choice and would definitely recommend this as a top place to stay in the area.

The kitchen was well stocked with everything needed to prepare meals for our large group. The large dinning room table and seating at the island allowed us to eat dinner together each night. The 2 full size refrigerators and 2 dishwashers were an added bonus. The floor plan and the bedroom/bath locations were well appointed for a large family. The house has plenty of space for everyone to spread out. The proximity to the beach was fantastic! There were plenty of beach chairs, toys and boogie boards for everyone. The exterior pool area offered a nice break from the beach and the pool was a nice size with plenty of chairs for everyone. We wouldn't hesitate to rent this vacation home again!

Sue, I just want to thank you and let you know that we thoroughly enjoyed our stay last week! The house fit our family perfectly...plenty of room and close enough to the beach for our enjoyment...we had a great week!
