For a family of family of 15, it was a perfect get-together place for us to celebrate Thanksgiving. We were very happy with the amenities offered and the cleanliness of the house.

We throughly enjoined they stay. The home was beautiful and very well stocked with all necessities. The porches were awesome with the views and the great breeze. We all absolutely loved it. Hope to stay again soo .

Check-in and check-out process was easy. Property was clean and well maintained. Large roomy house. Perfect for multiple families. Located close to beach and pier which was very convenient. Great memories! Would stay here again.

From the moment we entered the main floor of the house, our mouths were open and we were all saying, "WOW"! The decor, the views, and the cleanliness were spot on! The open layout was just perfect for our large group ranging in age from 1 to 83 years old! The elevator was especially helpful for getting our stuff to the different floors. The close proximity to the beach access made lugging all of our gear a piece of cake. The kitchen was so well appointed with everything we needed for the week. This house was truly a perfect fit for our family and we will certainly be returning! Thank you, Chris, for sharing your lovely home with us!

The property was great! The house had everything we could need…a fully stocked kitchen and appliances (though my mom could not find a mop), beach equipment, pool toys. It was really nice to be so close to the pier, restaurants, the arcade, and the beach. There was quite a bit of traffic which made getting out of the driveway a bit difficult at times but that is to be expected. Our only complaints were that for our large family of 18 (7 children) the pool was rather small for all of the kids. And the ocean was so rough that week, lots of red flag days but that’s cannot be controlled. Overall, we had a great time and the house was above and beyond our expectations.

At the beginning there was a bit of a hiccup. Nothing to do with Chris. There was a misunderstanding of the address. My family & I arrived so excited for our week of celebrating my husband’s birthday our grandson turning 1 our early celebration for our 40th anniversary. However when we arrived there was already a couple inside unpacked and ready to party. Long story short they were in the wrong house. It took 2 hours to get things figured out and for them to leave. Then the garage door broke Monday which both the lock Smith & the garage door repair both show up between 4:30 & 5:00 which was right at dinner time so my husband and I couldn’t eat dinner with the family. Then Tuesday night the AC went out on the top floor where my husband and I, our son & daughter n law, & 3 children slept. Which made for a very uncomfortable night. The owner of the house was very prompt in getting the repairs done, however we lost a lot of special vacation time.
