Convenient location. Nice condo. Very responsive, helpful owner.

This was a great fit for our 2 families. Well stocked with plenty of cooking oils, spices, pancake syrup, shampoos, hair dryers and robes which were essential for getting in and out of the hot tub. We had some issues with the entry codes but the hosts were accessible and we worked out a solution. WiFi worked great, super easy access to both Park City resort and Deer Valley. The boot warmers in the garage were a big hit! Would absolutely stay here again.

The Mellow Moose is a great place to stay while in Deer Valley. It is right on the free Park City Bus route making it easy to get to either Park City or Snow Park in a matter of minutes. The condo is well appointed and spacious. We had plenty of room for the 3 couples. It had everything that we needed to enjoy our trip! We made good use of the hot tub and there is even a gas grill. We would definitely stay here again! Thank you for a wonderful Christmas trip!

My friends and I had a post-pandemic reunion in Park City, UT and absolutely loved staying at this place!! It’s well located (within walking distance of Main Street), very spacious (for our party of 6), and has both a smart TV and hot tub! Additionally, the property manager is amazingly responsive, responding to any questions that I had within the hour (including permitting our group an early check-in and late check-out on short notice, which was so helpful given we were flying in and out at different times). I really recommend this place to others who are visiting the area, and I hope to be back again sometime in the future!

This property was truly the most well appointed VRBO rental that we have ever stayed at. There were chargers for various electronics in every room, a well stocked spice drawer, a warmer for our ski boots. Every detail was met. If we had any questions, Hank was just a phone call away. We will definitely stay again when we return to Deer Valley!

Fantastic place to stay in Park City/Deer Valley. Spacious and cozy, it’s better in-person than the pictures. We stayed there with our family of 5 and had plenty of room, could easily accommodate a group of 8-10. Kitchen is large and packed with everything you could need to cook meals each day. Large dining room table. Comfortable living room couch with large TV with Apple TV. Great gas fireplace. Hot tub is just outside the back door, fits 5 people comfortably. Kids loved it. Private hill behind the house, very quiet and peaceful. BBQ grill on deck. Beds are very comfortable. Bathrooms are updated. Luxury shower in the master bathroom. Large walk-in closet. The owners have thought of everything - they have games, fans, extra bedding/pillows/robes. Ski boot warmer in the garage! Location is perfect to walk to Main Street or Deer Valley resort. Hank the owner is super responsive. Highly recommend to anyone who wants a luxurious Deer Valley vacation! Would stay there again in a heartbeat. One note for large SUV owners: the garage is great, but tall SUV will have trouble clearing the door. Large SUV with ski rack cannot fit in the garage, but there is parking outside.

Great location between snow park and town. Ask for a garage door opener if you have a car. Clean and nice.

We were 2 families and from the moment we arrived we couldn’t stop raving about the cleanliness and how well equipped the house is. The house is well kept and modern. The beds were extremely comfortable and even the kids room had some books and toys for the littles to play to unwind. The owner were well responsive and helpful. We will definitely come back to this house in the future. Don’t think twice. The house is right between Main Street and Deer Valley resort.

The owner was incredibly responsive to my pre-trip questions and upon arrival we were all "wow'd'" with the spaciousness and well appointed nature of his home. We especially appreciated the luxury resort like amenities such as robes in the closet (much needed after the hot tub in January) as well as a fully stocked kitchen and "charging stations" throughout the house for all of our electronics. We cannot wait to return!

Wonderful time at Park City! Good communication with the owner. Only trouble was a water main break in the neighborhood that affected us for a few days...but still was a great place!

Perfect summer get away. Home is as pictured, no surprises. Location is excellent...15 minutes walk to Main Street, Park City and same to Deer Valley chairlifts for hiking trials. Kitchen is well stocked. Hub tub a definite bonus after a day of hiking. Deer grazing on the hill right behind the home gave us photos to share.

We had a great time in deer valley on a family ski trip! Condo was perfect for us. Owners were very accessible and had no problems with during our stay!

Great place. Mud room isn’t a mud room but the rest of the property is good. The master bedroom has one issue- the design of sliding doors that open into family room. Not sure why anyone would design that way but we adapted. The proximity to Deer Valley is great! Hank is super easy to deal with.

Loved the property location (1/2 mile to town of Park City, 1/2 mile to Deer Valley Ski Resort) right on the free shuttle line to both. We actually walked to Park City several times (less than 15 minutes) to enjoy restaurants, shopping, sites. The town house was extremely well stocked for a traveler's every need (the best stocked vrbo I've ever stayed in!), the beds were all super, super comfy, each of the three bedrooms had a king sized bed with ensuite bath, TV and comfy plush robes. The house was clean with modern furniture and ample space for our group of 7. The hot tub is maintained weekly. There is a ski boot/ glove warmer. The gas fireplace easily turns on with the flick of a button (so no dragging wood in and waiting for a fire to light). Our host/owner was very communicative, kind and super helpful. As an FYI, this property has a full flight of stairs to reach the first floor (where the combined kitchen/living room/dining area and one bedroom are located) from the garage level. The master bedroom and third bedroom are one more flight up from that. There is no elevator. This property is absolutely stellar for adult couples/groups.

We really enjoyed our stay. The condo is very well stocked and Hank was very easy to deal with. We would definitely stay there again.

We had 3 couples stay here and we had a wonderful time. The only complaint is there wasn't shampoo/soap in each bathroom. Catching the bus to the ski slopes is just around the corner. We walked home after skiing--5 minute walk downhill! Highly recommend staying here!!

Great property. Well appointed and in perfect condition. Do need an enginering degree for some aspects of main floor TV but great entertainment system .

We just spent 4 nights at this beautiful townhouse near Deer Valley and Park City Mountain. We were a family of 7 including our 3-year-old granddaughter. The townhouse is tastefully and comfortably decorated with a big dining room table and a modern kitchen which is fabulously equipped. There is a Keurig coffee maker and plenty of kitchen equipment for cooking. The tv is loaded with a Tivo and Netflix. Each bedroom has a king size bed and en suite bathroom stocked with towels and shampoo. The master suite has a big jacuzzi tub and shower. Each room has its own tv and plush bathrobes. The best part was the jacuzzi outside the back of the townhouse. Loved that! It was too cold to walk the 15 minutes to Main Street, but could definitely see doing that. The location is ideal - 2 min drive up the road to Deer Valley and 5 minutes to Park City Mountain. Grocery stores and restaurants all nearby. Owner very kind, helpful, informative, and responsive. We had a wonderful stay here. 5 stars and 2 thumbs up!

We visited the Mellow Moose over Christmas week and it was so lovely it felt like being at home. I was a little skeptical that it would “have everything” but Hank and his family really did! A well stocked kitchen that we left even more well stocked. Lovely furnishings and finishings. A cheerful tree and fireplace. A bubbling hot tub ready to be soaked in and snow, snow, snow. Minutes from everything. And Hank and his wife were very responsive to all questions.

Perfect location, three large master bedrooms with full baths. I found this particular layout very rare during my search (usually a bunk room and a lot of shared bathrooms). Great for three adult couples that want some privacy. Many household items that avoided purchasing unnecessary items for a short stay. Very clean and the owners are very friendly and available to answer any questions. We would certainly stay here again.

My family of four spent 9 days at this beautiful townhouse. The owner, Hank was really accommodating and easy to communicate with. The property itself is tastefully decorated and had everything you could want for a luxury holiday. The beds and pillows were huge and so comfortable. The three bathrooms were spacious and well stocked with towels and accessories. The kitchen was modern and had everything you could possibly want to create a gourmet meal. The location of Mellow Moose was fantastic. We were able to walk into town and also ride our bikes to the trails around Park City. The mountain biking here is unbelievable. Fantastic trails for all abilities, both cross country and downhill. I highly recommend this accomodation for all lovers of the mountains and outdoors.

Town home was beautiful and comfortable. Perfect for 3 couples. The owner was very responsive to any question we had and wonderful to deal with during the entire process. Location is perfect! We walked to downtown PC every night. Highly recommend.

Beautiful, clean, comfortable, new home - perfect for our family vacation! Owner Hank considerately communicated every detail about the house and area. Lots of special touches throughout the house (like hand lotion and Kleenex) made our stay feel extra welcoming!

I would definitely stay there again. I skied Park City and rented a car which I highly recommend.

The condo has everything you could want. Even toys and games for our family. We very much enjoyed how easily we were able to make this feel like home for our family of 5. Everything has been cared for beautifully and we could not have asked for more. It was a spectacular vacation spot!

The location was ideal, house was immaculate, well stocked with essentials, and perfect for the 8 of us. The owner was very responsive and helpful. Kids loved the hot tub, and the adults loved the amenities. My 8 year old daughter says “it was the best rental house that I’ve ever been in!”

The house is large enough for three couples, plus spare kids in two of the bedrooms. Good amenities. Walking distance to Deer Valley. Extremely helpful owner who was readily available by phone or text.

Hank's home was beautiful, clean, cozy and had every amenity you could ask for. He went above and beyond to make sure the hot tub was cleaned the day we arrived and he replied immediately to any questions we had. He even came by to check on the fireplace when we couldn't get it to light. Also the location was very convenient for getting to Main Street. I would highly recommend this condo.
