The host was extremely nice and helpful. Place spacious and just what we were looking for during our Spring Break.

We celebrated a belated Christmas with our family of 9 (3 kids ages 4, 6, and 7). The house and location were perfect for our celebration. We enjoyed the many bedrooms, the large open family room for gathering, meals, games and opening presents. All with spectacular views. It was an easy walk to the beach and most often had it all to ourselves. We would definitely like to return!

This is our 2nd year staying at this property and we have enjoyed our stay both times. Great little getaway for our Church Leadership Group. Enjoy it thoroughly, and would definitely recommend!

We all enjoyed our stay! 4 adults and 6 kids (11, 11, 8, 8, 5, 4). The accessible beach was very clean and nice! The only inconvenient part for our group was the through traffic and our littles. The doorknobs are tricky but come with thorough instructions. Overall great experience!

Great stay, This house was perfect for our family of 14, located in a great gated community. Great access to beach through the golf cart ramp, (we had atvs and utvs that fit as well. This house was perfectly suited for anyone coming for the week.

Great house for family vacation

Biscayne Blue Paradise is the best VRBO we have stayed in many years of our family's vacations in Galveston. Everything was perfect as I will describe, but NUMBER ONE was that the owner immediately responded when I called with confusion about the lock box (user ignorance) and then when the upstairs AC was not working. He sent his handyman out who was there within 15 minutes who then got an AC guy there within 30 minutes--on a holiday weekend! The thermostat was not working, and the owner approved replacement, and the AC was working within the hour. WOW! There is no better example of owner response!! It was very clean with lots of towels and the kitchen really did have every kind of pot and utensil and appliance you might want. The beds were very comfortable, and we loved the open concept living space for our family to gather and eat and play games. The deck is fantastic! The view is terrific, and it was great to have the table and chairs in the shade in addition to the deck chairs at the railing. The house is very close to the boardwalk over the dunes. A golf cart is not really needed for beach access--but it was nice to have for the grandparents and to haul all of the beach chairs and canopy and coolers to the beach for the day. The waterfront in front of the house was not overly crowded even on the holiday weekend, and we wonder if that is because the home is in a gated community. DRIVE A LITTLE FURTHER AND GET MORE FOR YOUR MONEY IN BOLIVER AT BISCAYNE BLUE PARADISE!

This house worked beautifully for our annual birding trip. Accessing the gated neighborhood & the property was straight forward and well communicated. The property was very well appointed and stocked. I did not need to pull one thing out of my travel supplies to supplement as they had every utensil we needed to cook with. The house was very clean & nicely decorated. The deck was very comfortable. We enjoyed sitting out there with our cocktails admiring the beach view after a full day of birding. We are looking forward to returning next year!

It was truly a pleasure staying here. Quiet gated community was a plus. There were no issues with the home. I highly recommend this place for families looking for a relaxing getaway.

We celebrated my mother's 90th birthday here. She said it was the best birthday she ever had!

Lovely house in a very nice, quiet neighborhood. We enjoyed seeing very little traffic on the beach...no loud trucks and lots of space between beach goers (even during the weekend!). The house is very spacious and had everything we needed to cook and enjoy our stay. Would definitely reserve this property again.

Our family of 10 adults and 4 little kids very much enjoyed our stay at this property! Great location - short walk from the beach. The 6 bedrooms were comfortable. The large deck was spacious and well furnished with a beautiful view of the beach!

Amazing first trip to Texas. Very small town with great restaurants! I'd recommend the golf carts for the beach and make sure you get everything you need before 10pm when the town effectively closes. But absolutely amazing place and this house is gorgeous and organized.

The home was absolutely beautiful and exactly as described. We had 9 adults and two children and it could not have been more perfect. There was plenty of room for everyone to do their own thing. We took our Ranger with us and it was so nice to have it to shuttle back and forth to the beach. We were there for Spring Break and the weather was perfect. It was mid to high 60's at night and low to mid 70's during the day and was warm enough to lay out and play on the beach every day. It was very quiet and calm on the beach - even during Spring Break. The home was equipped with every utensil and appliance that we needed to make our week amazing. Watching the sunrise from the deck in the comfy chairs was the highlight of every day. We did not have one negative thing to say about our stay and will definitely be back..

The House was beautiful!!! It was perfect for our large family. Lots of room for everyone to enjoy time together eating, playing board games and watching football. Location to beach was perfect. The deck with all the seating and large table was amazing. We loved everything about the house and location. Had to message Doi on christmas day and got an immediate response, which was greatly appreciated. Best Christmas vacation!!!

This house fit our needs perfectly! It was very spacious with lots of seating options inside and out for our family gathering. Plenty of bedrooms, 2 masters suites. We all loved it!

This house was beautiful and met all of our needs. There was plenty of seating, games, and the views were amazing! We hope to go back again soon.

Our family (11 adults, 2 kids) were here to celebrate mother's 80th birthday. The house was perfect for us to all be together in one place with a beautiful view of the ocean and easy access to the beach! Made for a very special birthday.
