We have spent vacations at the Jersey Shore for 40 years. Ana and Ricks' oceanfront condo is our favorite place to call home there. It sparkles and embraces us with their many thoughtful guest needs being met. The heated pool is lovely, lounge areas comfortabe. My favorite place to cloud study is the private balcony that looks over the ocean.

Had a nice time even though the weather was poor this Mother’s Day weekend. Brigantine is my wife’s favorite and this condo is perfectly placed right on the beach but still a Reasonable walk to stores/wawa.

Conveniently located outside of the boardwalk area (15minutes) very easy drive. Great neighborhood- kitchen was well stocked along with bedding and towels. Very clean and relaxing atmosphere- we would definitely stay here again. Host responded to questions very quickly. Thank you

This is our 3rd or 4th time staying at Rick and Ana's condo. Grateful it was available for a long weekend for us. We just needed to get away. The condo is always clean, has what we need, very comfortable. Communication is always excellent. We will stay here again, of course. Thank you, again, Rick and Ana for accommodating us at check-in and check-out.

Condo was very clean on arrival. Very well stocked with all kitchen supplies & bath supplies. Communication with owners was quick & easy. Great balcony & close to beach. Would definitely stay again!!

We stayed here for closeness to the October fest in Smithville. Very convenient.

Weather was rainy but we found plenty to do at Rick and Ana's well-located, attractive, comfortable and spotless condo. Nice local restaurants and convenient, well-equipped kitchen were all we needed. Hosts are very friendly and accessible and are truly Premier Hosts. We hope to return soon. 10/5/2023

Stepping across the threshold of Ana and Rick's Beach Home , we felt welcome with all of our needs met. It is a bright and beautiful place, sparkling, fully prepared for our stay. This was our third stay here, we have already secured next year's stay. Gorgeous heated pool, lovely landscaping, great view and access to beach. Elevator, covered parking in a lovely neighborhood. We had another great stay again at Ana & Rick’s condo. This was our 2nd year staying. First off, it is immaculately clean. They have thought of everything you could need during your vacation down the shore. From fresh linens, plenty of bath & beach towels, beach toys and bikes to fully stocked kitchen, they have everything you could need. Also, the condo pool is huge and our kids love going there after a long day at the beach. We also love the layout of their condo - very spacious. Would stay here again and again. This was our second year staying at this wonderful Brigantine condo, and we’re booked for next year as well! This place is the perfect location for everything and it’s fully stocked with kitchen appliances, towels, linens, and beach toys/towels. The beach is a short drive away, and the pool is perfect for the kids! We really love this place!!

My extended family and I stayed here for a weekend basketball tournament for my nieces in Atlantic City. The property was perfect for us and exactly as advertised. Very clean and up-to-date! This was a perfect location for us with a beautiful ocean view off of the patio! My sister who does not enjoy staying somewhere other than home was very impressed with the place! Thank you again and we will keep you in mind next time we are in the area!

We were desperate for a getaway for a couple days at So. Jersey beaches and have had miserable experiences at area hotels. Thankfully we found Rick and Ana's condo. It's essentially on the beach. It's spotless. It's freshly and comfortably furnished. It is charmingly decorated for a beach vacation and is immaculately cared for in every way imaginable. Well-equipped simply does not say it very well. If you didn't bring it and find that you need it, it'll be there! Bikes, beach chairs, linens, kitchen utensils and supplies, tvs, cable, real-working-wifi... it's all there and it works as it's supposed to work. Rick and Ana responded very promptly to any questions (we primarily texted), volunteered relevant suggestions and did so in the warmest, friendliest, most gracious way. They are the living definition of Premier Host. I hope we get to go back soon.

The condo was clean and comfortable in a convenient location. It was perfect for a three generation trip.

I would rent it again was very nice place and reasonable walking distance to the beach it was a birthday weekend get away

The apartment was great, we had a wonderful time. It was only about 10 min away from the casinos and boardwalk. The area is a little quiet during the winter but you can find Aldis and CVS close by. The apartment was clean and had everything we needed. The only suggestion I have is to check the vent in the room on the far end, it was cold at night. However, this was my fault for not mentioning it to the owner. I would definitely rent this place in the summer, there is a pool on sight.

Ana and Rick have prepared a superb home away from home on the awesome Island of Brigantine. The unit is spacious, beautifully decorated for its seaside location. All of your needs have been provided for, fully stocked kitchen, linens, beach gear and bicycles, Wi-Fi and updated cable viewed on widescreen. AC nearby as well as restaurants. Fabulous choice.

We had a wonderful vacation at Rick and Ana's condo! We only had to bring out toiletries! Ocean views from the balcony, great location for walking right down the path to the beach, just a few blocks from Aunt B's ice cream and some restaurants, and lots of bike lanes! Condo is well stocked, W/D are large front loaders, the condo was very neat and clean...definitely well cared for!! We recommend highly...we will be back!

We had a wonderful time. Easily the best unit we have rented in Brigantine, and we've been renting every summer for over 10 years. Thanks to Ana and Rick for great communication, a super clean and well stocked apartment in a fantastic location. We hope to be back.
