This was our 3rd time renting from Ryan and Roxy. We love the location, size of the apartment, amenities on property, the cleanliness and the attentiveness by our hosts. This time we were there during a hurricane watch and Ryan and Roxy made sure we stayed well informed and quickly responded to my questions. Couldn’t say enough. Looking forward to next year.

We had the best time in St. Thomas. Ryan our host was super awesome and helpful. He was very informative and was very helpful when it came to informing us about the power outage on island. The room was fully equipped from snorkel gear, cooler , beach chairs, to rechargeable batteries and battery operated lights for the outage. I give Ryan and his wife 5 stars! We will definitely be back soon!! 😁

My husband and I stayed here for the beginning part of our belated honeymoon trip. Check-in was straightforward, and a breeze. We loved this place because it was so convenient to the Red Hook area which has shopping and many restaurants. Red Hook had some of our favs from the trip: Duffy's Love Shack (low key), 3 Palms (upscale - had a wonderful lobster dish), and also the ferry stations, where we took a ferry to visit St. John for a day. And let's not forget Sudi's Caribbean Bar & Grill, which is on-site of the VRBO and has excellent food. We actually visited there 3 times during our stay. They are SO friendly and low key there. I loved their basic breakfast (eggs your way, English muffin/toast, sausage or meat of your choice), and the Philly cheesesteak were my favs. Oh, and the fish tacos. The condo itself was cozy and well stocked. We had everything we needed. The view is gorgeous. I highly recommend this spot and my husband and I both said we'd love to stay here again in the future. Don't hesitate on this!

Nice quiet condo in the Sapphire Beach area. Good comms by the host. Easy access to the beach, coffee shop, restaurants, etc. Great view from the balcony! Would stay here again...

Great hosts, condo was easy to access, with ample food, drink, and activities within walking distance. Clean and very comfortable. The location, view from the balcony, and ocean breeze were terrific!

Thank you Ryan and Roxy. This condo was perfect and had everything we needed for a week getaway for my sister and myself. The location was great and the view from the patio was amazing and very relaxing. We went parasailing with Virgin Island Parasailing right at the Sapphire Beach Marina, which was a blast. We also went UTVing at Key and Go. It was a 2 hour ride that took us on streets and off roading and we were able to drive the CanAms the entire trip. As for beaches, we spent a lot of time on Sapphire Beach, visited Magens Bay, Secret Harbour and took the ferry to St John's to visit Honeymoon Beach. We did not rent a car, but used buses and taxis to get around. It worked for us when we weren't in a hurry to get where we were going. The Vitran open air bus is only $2 and the Safari open air bus is only $1. They both stop by the white rock by the road on the way in to the condo. Very convenient to go to Red Hook but they do not return to Sapphire unless you take the loop around the island. Hope this helps.
