We had a wonderful week on the beach. The villa was lovely, the beach was very private, and Betty & Pascal paid attention to every detail. We would definitely go back!

Our week long stay was wonderful, and we credit a lot of that to our hosts, Pascal and Betty. They helped with our rental car, gave us great dining ideas (Rosemary's in Marigot was wonderful and not expensive at all), excursion suggestions (Scoobidoo!) and answered our every question. The unit was filled with everything you need, including plush beach towels, lounge chairs to soak up the sun, washer, microwave, toaster, coffee maker, etc., you just need to bring yourself and your bathing suit and a few changes of clothes. We brought way more than we needed to. We felt safe at the complex, not once was there anything to be afraid of. The pool was sparkling clean and the grounds were kept clean, garbage picked up daily. We walked to the bakery more often than we should have and picked up bread to make sandwiches to take to the beach. We found Mulley Bay Beach to be our favorite and it was a 10 minute drive from the unit. Pascal and Betty provide beach chairs, beach umbrella (2), coolers and noodles, all which we took to the beach and therefore we didn't have to pay for chairs/umbrellas/beer each day, saving us at least $30 each time we went to the beach. There were many of us on the beach who brought our own stuff and it was never a problem. We went to the Carrefor (sp) supermarket and bought groceries and we even found a 5% off coupon in one of the magazines in the house. There is a Cadismarket right by the house but it is limited. The closest Carrefor is a smaller one on the way to Mullet Bay Beach and they have quite a lot, but for a much larger selection, go to the bigger one and buy for the week. The bed at the house was comfortable, the a/c unit got really cold, the water pressure was great (and no worries about losing water, Betty was smart and had a cistern installed at the house so if the island loses water, you don't). The view from the bank of windows facing the water is gorgeous and to thoroughly enjoy the house make sure to sit outside at the comfortable table and eat your meals under the sunshade while listening to the waves. This house was wonderful for our stay and we wished we would have stayed longer. Pascal and Betty really go out of their way to make sure you are comfortable and will help with any questions you have. Do not hesitate to rent from them as you will not be disappointed. We will be back!

From beginning to end, our hosts far exceeded our expectations! The property itself is beautiful and is exactly as per listed. Nettle Bay area was the best location for our vacation, and is central to every must see attraction, surrounding beaches and the airport. We can't begin to say how highly we recommend booking with Betty and Pascal. Our vacation would not have been as enjoyable, smooth and satisfying if it weren't for having this paradise of a property and the most easy-going and friendliest hosts ever. From the start of our booking to the end of our trip, Betty and Pascal were so easy to communicate with, and during our vacation...anything and everything you could ask for was readily provided including some of the best touristy questions asked! We are already booking our next vacation with this property, and have already started recommending to all our family and friends :) Betty and Pascal...thank you so much for the best time ever in St. Martin!!! Had a great vacation and the host were fabulous

I rented this studio with my travel buddy niece for a St Martin vacation. It was simply delightfully clean, had so many amenities (stove, fridge, washer, hot tub, cooler, beach chairs w umbrella), and was in a private gated community which was beautiful. Betty was so helpful and quick to attend to our needs from extra adapters to beach chairs for visits to Friars Bay Beach. We loved her friendly dog too! I would recommend this place to others who enjoy a vacation but prefer a quiet space to be away from it all. This property was walking distance to a gas station/grocery store, a boulangerie, a liquor store, pharmacy, and 3 restaurants. What a hidden treasure! We rented a car to explore the island and there was plenty of parking near our studio. Thank you so much for a lovely stay!

This is a lovely property that affords a central base for exploring St. Marten! It is close to many lovely beaches and a small market with all of the essentials etc.

The picture on VRBO is the view out of the main window in the Apartment. It was gorgeous. It is an upstairs apartment, with all facilities to cook if you want, or drive a short distance to restaurants if you want to eat out. Betty and Pascal are great hosts.

The perfect choice for an unforgettable vacation offering comfort, safety, amenities and access. Pascal and Betty were wonderful hosts, welcoming us to stay in their charming and renovated studio loft with a cold bottle of champagne and a warm jacuzzi. The beach village, just like the island, is well on its way to recovery after Irma’s heartbreaking destruction. Restaurants and shops were welcoming and the beaches are a slice of relaxing heaven. Island traffic can be a chore - we rented a car and between the congestion, narrow and/or steep roads, and parking gamble, we were happy to find a nice spot and stay put for the day. Come to St. Martin and consider staying with Pascal and Betty at their lovely property. You’ll be just like us post vacation: sitting in the airport, relaxed and smiling.

Sadly, due to the damage caused to airport and homes on the island by Irma as well as the fact that there was no drinking water or electricity for a long time, we were unable to travel there (and would have been a burden on the island's infrastructure if we had. Unfortunately, VRBO was unwilling to refund any of their fees or the first payment even though we canceled months before our travel. So, I will not be using VRBO again.

This villa was amazing! The beach and pool was very nice and everything was so clean.Pascal and his wife were there ready if we had any questions or problems. I will definitely return next year!!! Rent a car so you can see the entire island.

Nice sized , clean studio , well equipped with everything you need for your stay . Conveniently located between French and Dutch sides of the island and close to everything. Friendly owners on the site and ready to answer all of your questions. Will recommend !!!!

We had the best vacation ever at this beautiful loft! The accommodation was spotlessly clean and included all the necessities to make our stay comfortable. Everything was in top notch condition and the loft is close to lots of restaurants and activities. We thoroughly enjoyed our hosts as they were very friendly and helpful. We went out to dinner with them and they took us to the Grand Case festival, both events which made our vacation much more memorable. Thank you Pascal and Betty for your gracious hosting, we will definitely see you again!

Just returned from a fabulous vacation Was with 4 other girls for a getaway. John Pierre and Martine were the perfect hosts. They believe it was our home for the week. Anything we needed was looked after immediately. Responded to emails within a few minutes. The condo was exactly like the pictures, fully stocked. For adventure seekers and to learn about the culture we did alot of walking, 5 kms to Marigot and then took the city bus to beaches for exploring. Lotiere farm is a must, a hidden gem. Hiked up the trail there, mod to difficult, 2 hour round trip. The view was spectacular. Beer and groceries cheap. Would highly recommend for anyone. The only downfall, when you stay for a week, I would have liked cleaning mid week or left some cleaning products.

Excellent welcome of the manager. Ideal accommodation to have a good holiday in family. Beautiful swimming pool directly on the beach. We recommend it.

Our family (four total, two adults, plus a 13 and a16 year old boy) stayed here March 20-27, 2016. This is a wonderful place to stay. The owners/managers were extremely helpful and gracious. They recommended several restaurants, and were readily available when/if we needed them!! Once we figured out (with the help of Jean Pierre and Martine) that the couch in the living room folds flat, our boys each had their own bed. Unless your kids enjoy sharing a bed (mine don't) or they are small (mine are not) this place would not easily accommodate any more than a family of four with full grown teens. The location is excellent. There are several great restaurants within walking distance, and a pizza place where you can get takeout pizza. There is a French bakery a half a block away where we had croissants and cappuccino every morning. We rented a car from Discount Car rental on Jean Pierre's recommendation. Claude, the car guy, picked us up from the airport and took us to the condo, and then drove us back to the airport when it was time to leave. Everything ran smoothly. This is our fourth time to St. Martin, but our first time staying on the French side. We would absolutely stay here again. The view from the condo is breathtaking. It was a joy every morning to open the patio up and hear the ocean and feel the breeze. It is very quiet, most days there were maybe two or three people by the pools. We loved our time staying here and would highly recommend it to anyone!

We had a fantastic experience. The property was exactly as advertised. Very clean and well equipped. A beautiful view looking out on the Carribean. Close to stores and local resturants ( which were quite good). We did have a rental car ( highly recommended) which allowed us to visit other parts of the island very easily. Jean-Pierre and Martine were great hosts and were there to greet us and give us helpful hints and advice so we could enjoy our vacation.

Cependant c'est définitivement la plus belle villa et des hôtes qui font la différence. Merci à Jean-Pierre et Martine qui se sont assurés que notre séjour soit parfait. Toujours présent pour répondre à nos questions et nous donner des suggestions afin de faciliter nos choix. Ce séjour fût une réussite en grande partie grâce à nos hôtes formidables. Nous etions 4 dans cette unités, spacieuse, propre, et tout équipée. Même pour moi étant chef, j'ai cuisiné avec des produits locaux dans cette cuisine, et tout y est.....l'endroit est superbe, et très sécuritaire, privé, calme, tout est proche, côté Hollandais inclus, donc que dire de mieux. Nous planifions déjà notre retour pour l'an prochain. Merci aux Hôtes de très grandes classe.

Un accueil impeccable au champagne que dire de plus... C'est un condo idéalement situé sur le bord de la plage et avec une magnifique piscine. L'endroit est extrêmement propre et idéal pour notre famille de 3 enfants. Nous avons reçu un excellent service de nos hôtes et nous tenons à les remercier. Nous vous recommandons chaudement cet endroit pour votre séjour à St-Martin.

This beautiful villa is in an incredible environment. With a beautiful beach view, swimming pool and a tennis court, it is a great get away! Close to the city that has a range of bakeries, and traditional restaurants with sea view. The villa is fully equipped with a magnificent decor. Very clean and specious. There is an outside space with a barbecue, long relaxing chairs and a comfortable sitting area. We would like to thank the managers for being welcoming and always available. We defefitely recommend this place.

Our beautifully furnished apartment was located directly on the beach, with just a short sandy walk from our sheltered patio to the warm turquoise waters of the ocean side of Nettle Bay (Baie Nettle). We spent many long afternoons on our lounge chairs in the sand. It is hard to force yourself away from the beauty right outside your back door, but it is worth exploring the cities around as well. Jean-Pierre and Martine, the property owners, were an absolute pleasure, reacted quickly to any concerns we had (sometimes before we knew we would have them!) and even helped us get back to the airport for our returning flight. The welcoming gift of Martine's homemade cookies were the perfect souvenir to remind us of our trip when we got back home. The location has good beach access within the facility, several swimming pools, and a tennis court (which we didn't try). It is also walking distance from a bakery, convenience store, and small grocery. To get to the nearest supermarket (Simply, 45 min walk) or to the capital Marigot (60 min walk), a car is recommended. The bus does not come to Nettle Bay reliably, but if you can make it to Marigot, it is only a couple dollars to visit many of the other lovely cities. We were so sad to leave, and can't wait to come back! Thanks for helping to make our vacation wonderful!

En vacance pour 9jours , avec une ambiance romantique et très agréable, vue imprenable sur mer. Cadre parfait pour se détendre, promenade au bord de plage les pieds dans l'eau. Appartement fonctionnel, confortable, joliment décoré, bien aéré et terrasse avec vue sur mer. La piscine fera la joie des petits et des grands. Pour ma part, les clairs de lune resteront mes moments forts. L’île propose de nombreuses plages, les unes plus belles que les autres à quelques minutes de la résidence en voiture. Un grand choix culinaire : créole, français et américain) s´offre á vous ,alors bon Appétit. La partie hollandaise de l’île propose casino, magasins détaxés et surtout à ne pas manquer les décollages et atterrissages d’avions de l’aéroport de Juliana.
