I'm not sure how to rate this property because there were some really good things and some really bad, so I'll list them: The host (Luther): 10/10. He met us at the property and was super accommodating to our schedule. He gave us great recommendations for places to eat and things to do during our stay. He was awesome!!! The property: location was 10/10. It has a lot of cool artwork and memorabilia from the area. It has LOTS of beds, that were comfortable. The kitchen was well stocked, providing everything you needed to cook if you wanted to eat in. The unit was tastefully decorated which made it a "home away from home.". However, it's tired. It needs fresh paint and new carpet (or a deep cleaning). The unit is clean except for the stairway walls and the really dirty carpet. WKND, the club next door. The listing, nor the reviews, spoke of the club across the street that the loud music did not get started til 10 pm and was supposed to close at 2 am, but went til 3 am. The people attending the club would park on the street and play loud, thumping music until they went into the club and again on the way out. I told Luther that you felt the beat in your soul, not only heard it. If you plan to stay out past 2 AM or want to stay awake, then this isn't a problem, but we did not. The "white noise" machine next to the master bed did not help nor did the earplugs I bought. All in all, I would not rent it again because of the club across the street.

My friend and I stayed here for a long weekend getaway. The location was great! Beale Street is a short walk away. We spent more time on Main Street, enjoying the great restaurants. The townhouse was comfortable and had everything we needed. The kitchen was very well stocked. There were plenty of towels (not always the case with vacation rentals). Our host was very kind and responsive.

This was the perfect spot to launch our visit to Memphis. Walking distance to Beale street, the Civil Rights museum, and loads of wonderful restaurants and bars. Luther was friendly and helpful at check in giving us tips to navigate the neighborhood and the surrounding areas. Wish we could have stayed longer!

I was thrilled to find this rental as it checked all of our boxes, location being the priority. Booking and check in with Luther was a breeze. Just a few blocks to Beale St and downtown, we also found good restaurants and coffee shops just south of us. Close to the FedEx Forum. The townhouse has all you need for up to 8 people. The garage and rooftop deck were pluses. Would gladly stay again.

The home was in the perfect location. You can walk to Beale in five minutes. We expected to use the trolley but we didn’t see one the entire stay. Go see the ducks at the Peabody!

Condo was as advertised. Location was easy to get to all attractions we visited. Luther communication was great. Roof top was very enjoyable after a day of touring. Thank you for the use of your property.

Great stay

This locale is ideal for Beale street, The Civil rights museum, Peabody ducks, city tours, and the Fedex Forum. Graceland is only 15 minutes away by car. It had everything we needed: a comfortable place to sleep and coffee in the morning.
