Overall, the property and the location are perfect for a getaway. Communications with Harry/owner are very easy, and the place is very well stocked and comfortable. I was there with my 3 kids (ages 15-10). We hung out mainly in the living room which has a huge couch and big beanbag chair. We love it in this area and have stayed in several different places and enjoy many of the area activities.
The condo was clean. I do think that the carpeting in the living area is going to need to be changed in the near future. Anyone booking this place should know that the wifi works, but sometimes it does cut in and out, the condo shares wifi with the public association wifi. This also means that sometimes TV cuts in and out. (We were watching the olympics). With that said, we enjoyed the condo very much and again, it is well stocked. Others have noted that to get to the back bedroom you have to walk through another bedroom. This really isn't an issue. Thank you for a great stay.

Our stay was nice with our mom who is 100 years old and has been coming to these mountains to vacation for over 60 years. We loved the view and living on one floor with no steps to climb once inside. The condo was roomy so our family could visit us too. We'd stay there again!

Great location and stocked with everything you could need. Found the pool the last night which we were pleasantly surprised is heated with a nice hot tub. We had 5 adults and we fit comfortably in the condo, even with all our archery gear. The only thing we worried about from other comments was you need to walk through the one queen bedroom to get into the king bedroom. It worked out just fine and the bathroom was a Jack and Jill so you didn’t have to go through someone’s room in the middle of the night to use the bathroom. Would highly recommend this condo and already planning on booking again for next year.

This was perfect for our Thanksgiving getaway. Had everything we needed and pantry and stocked!

When we first arrived we had some issues with the cleanliness of the place but after calling the owner, Harry, & address our issues he got the cleaning company to come out & clean the place so we felt comfortable continuing our stay.
The place is conveniently located right next to the common room with an indoor hot tub & sauna that we enjoyed.

We were looking for a quick getaway that was relaxing and quiet. Staying here worked very well for us! Very spacious and easily accessible to Seven Springs resort as well as hiking and trips like the Flight 93 Memorial. We would definitely come back!

The location of the property was what we were looking for; had good AC and was clean. However, there were several issues making this unit less than advertised. First, there was NO internet despite it being listed as included. I asked about this and the owner said they were experiencing issues. I sent a follow up email which did not receive a response. Also, The units layout was less than ideal as you can only get to one of the bedrooms by going through a different bedroom.

Mr. Grise was awesome
The day before we were to arrive he had a pipe burst in his unit. He could of easily just refunded our money, but instead he went out of his way and got us the exact same unit as his two doors down. Already planning on renting his for next summer.

Very comfortable
A great place for a large family to enjoy the resort. We missed the snow (couldn’t ski in and out because it was 50 degrees!) but it was an easy ride to the lodge to ski in the main slopes and total bonus is that this condo is right next to the condo lounge with a hot tub!

Seven Springs Vacation
For years my girlfriend and I have taken a weeks vacation in the fall and have left the husbands home. This year we decided to try Seven Springs Resort in PA. The condo we rented was wonderful. It was located within the mountains of this amazing resort with beautiful views of the mountains all day long, and all kinds of outdoor activities to take part in from golf and clay shooting (which we did and loved), and skiing in winter. The condo was good size with a large living area and great size bedrooms, and it was very clean with all the amenities you could ask for. It was nicely decorated and well taken care of which made it very comfortable and the kitchen was well stocked with everything you would need to stay in and cook. The hosts also provided cards and board games to use when you just wanted to kick back in the evening. All in all we had a very nice, relaxing vacation with a great place to stay. We would definitely stay here again.

Perfect for Girls Weekend for Wine Festival
The condo was just perfect for a girls weekend to Wine Fest--it was just what we needed to enjoy some time together and head to the wine festival on Saturday. The shuttle stops right across from the condo--and that was perfect to get to the resort. It was clean, easy to access from the parking spot and the larger visitor lot. Excellent communication from owner too! Would totally book again!

Great location, short walk to pool
Our stay was great, the condo was clean and spacious. The condo is technically a 3 bedroom, but you have to walk through one bedroom to get to the master. It was fine because I was traveling with my children, but could be awkward if couples are looking for more privacy.

Good Base Camp
We stayed here in order to go other places on our trip "home." Although not here much, it was a lovely place to come back to at the end of a long day and also to enjoy beautiful sunrises. Owner responded quickly to inquires. Would stay again.

Awesome!
We are an extended family of 7 and we had a great time at this condo! The grill was right next to the condo and the views were amazing. The condo was just the right size for the seven of us. The weather cooperated and was beautiful the entire time we were there. I would highly recommend this condo!

Perfect just as described
Condo was very clean and comfortable. Stayed there because we were river rafting in ohiopyle. Great location. Pool was a 5 min walk. Hot tub and bbqs. The seven springs resort was great . So much to do but was also very quiet at the condo. Would stay there again

Way better then any hotel.
We normally just get a hotel for our vacation, thought we would try this condo thing. We'll this condo was so amazing we don't ever plan on going back to staying in hotels. If you have kids and they need room to just play and be kids stay here. This place was so great so clean, and equipped when everything you need to feel like your home with out being home.

Very smooth experience with this rental. Was able to get in contact with owner quickly and easily about access code. All check in and out instructions were clear. Our group of 5 (2 couples and 2 kids) was comfortable with sleeping arrangements and lounging areas.

Reunion - college friends
Have stayed in VRBO properties throughout US and Europe and this was by far the best furnished & equipped site. We were all delighted with the property. Enjoyed resort amenities. Owner was easy to work with and responsive.

Great property
Great ski in, ski out location, right on the mountain. We stayed there in June, so no skiing for us. I wish there was more to do at Seven Springs during the summer, but we still had a good time. The Condo was great. There was not a lot of people around during this time. We enjoyed the pool and hot tub. We walked around and went kayaking. We went to Yogi Bear's Jellystone Park on the way up. Would have loved to do the Alpine Slide, but the kids were too scared to do it. They liked feeding the trout at the Seven Springs resort.

Absolutely wonderful!
This is an amazing location close to pretty much everything you need for skiing, heading to waterfalls, just a great family vacation. The property was comfortable and clean, the owners were super responsive, and we look forward to possibly staying again.
