We reserved this condo for a small family reunion.We found a cousin of ours through DNA testing after 68+ yrs,she flew out from FL & to visit with family members that she hasn’t met yet. She loves visiting out west & seeing the beautiful mountains & canyons here in Utah,this condo was was absolutely perfect for our reunion.It’s set in beautiful area right by the mountains & the inside decor was just as beautiful, you feel right home the minute you walk through door. The place was very clean & the furniture was cozy & comfortable,you just couldn’t ask for a better place to stay, I gotta say they didn’t miss beat when it comes to having everything you need in a home, it really is a home sweet home away from your home.I would highly recommend this condo.

Everyone in our grouploved it. Quiet. Relaxing and very comfortable. The only issue was the first few nights it was really warm upstairs because I don’t think the place has been in use so don’t think the AC was on and with it being air hot in the area it was warm in the house. However after two night it was definitely cooler.

Close to many great hikes; ski resorts- enjoyed the hot tub! The deck wasn't very clean upon arrival but had a hose for us to use to clean. Plenty of kitchen ware; BBQ grill; toilet paper and paper towels. Store close by. We were given an extra fan for the upstairs due to the 90 degree weather. Nothing fancy but comfortable.

This property is extremely clean, comfortable and functional if you are looking for a base to explore the Cottonwood Canyon areas year-round. The hot tub is nice at the end of the day. The foosball table is fun. The hosts also do a great job of providing handy necessities like sunscreen, snacks and basic toiletries to get your trip off to a good start. The location is walkable to two restaurants and an excellent coffee shop (Alpha Coffee). Groceries are a few minutes away and a 7-11 and ski rental shop are very close. The location is not 5 stars just from the lack of nice restaurants in the neighborhood. It’s a pretty typical residential area. But overall, the proximity to the canyons can’t be beat. Jennifer was very easy to communicate with and checkin/checkout were a breeze.

Excellent property and location. Will plan to reserve again for a trip to Utah. Location is ideal for skiers wanting to explore multiple resorts in the region. Very comfortable and felt safe during COVID.

This property was everything we hoped for. It was clean and cozy. It provided more than enough amenities and central to all the places we wanted to visit during our stay in Utah. The owner is very thorough and thoughtful. We would definitely recommend this property!

Jennifer was great at communicating to us and taking care of our requests. The family room was nice and cozy with the great gas fireplace. A great place for skiing groups with plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms.

Everything about this house was perfect… They did not miss a thing.!!! Lots of space, beautifully decorated, clean, and everything that you would possibly need. We wish we could’ve stayed longer!! The hot tub was amazing after a long day of hiking and Everyone had their own bedroom and bathroom. The living area was so cozy and a perfect place for family and friends!! Jennifer was fantastic to work with during Covid and we will be back :-)

We enjoyed our stay in this condo for 5 nights. The owner has thought of everything to be sure guests are comfortable and have everything they could need! The kitchen is more than equipped, the living room super comfortable. Everyone slept great! Mattresses super, location quiet! Also very convenient to drive to ski resorts/hiking trails! And Target/Whole Foods just a few minutes down the hill and a fun coffee shop less than 10 minute walk! Thank you again Jennifer for our great family visit!!

We enjoyed our stay in this very spacious and clean condo. It was very convenient to have the bedrooms have their own bathrooms. The large 75 inch TV was great to watch with the family. It was nice to have a patio with hot tub, barbecue and large table. The location was very convenient to the freeways and Canyons. I would definitely return and rent this condo again.

A lovely modern house in a small condo development. Well stocked kitchen, very nice large screen TV, quiet deck with great hot tub. Upstairs bedrooms get too hot on hot days, but AC good in lower levels. Neighborhood undergoing a lot of construction right now.

Our family really enjoyed this property. It is 100% as advertised, very well located for skiers, which we are, and well provisioned for cooks. The owner was easy to reach and highly responsive. Check-in/check-out instructions could not have been easier or more informative. We had not one malfunction or disappointment. All around this was an outstanding experience. One quick note for future renters — read the check-in notes. It is full of excellent tips and also explains everything in detail. Had we read more carefully about the 2 garages, we would have realized that the 2 full size SUV’s with ski racks would not fit. However, the owners already anticipated this in their instructions with suggestions for alternative parking. Well done!

We had a family reunion for 9 in February. We had been to the area for a ski vacation for the last 4 years - and each year the number of particpants has grown! This was the perfect home for us! Four bedrooms four baths. Great roomy kitchen with a dining table for 8 and additional seating for 3 at the bar. A large screen tv with comfy seating in the living room made getting everyone together in the evenings easy. We had the IKON pass so this location allowed us to get to Solitude, Brighton, Alta, Snowbird and Deer Valley within a short time. Everything that you would need is close by - shopping, restaurants, rentals, etc. Jennifer is very organized and has information on anything that you would require. The home is also very well organized: my brother- in-law noticed that there were even hooks outside for the hot tub towels. Everything is in great working order, laundry, hot tub, appliances. Jennifer was responsive to our communication - responding quickly. The home was very clean and had supplies to start us off for the week - spices and other cooking supplies were available in the kitchen as well as a supply of paper goods. We look forward to getting back together there again next year! Thank you Jennifer for a wonderful vacation!

Well equipped kitchen. Very clean on arrival. Perfect location for skiing the canyons. Two good restaurants in walking distance. Great hot tub. No complaints.

The property is close to ski resorts. Clean, well maintained, comfortable for a family of 6. Nice amenities. Loved the ski boot dryer.

This house was the perfect place for a Christmas family reunion. It was beautifully decorated for the holiday, and had a very well equipped kitchen, making elaborate meal preparation possible. Grill and hot tub were well used. The location was perfect. Pretty much 15 minutes from anywhere we wanted to go. Ski equipment rentals right there, and a coffee shop and bar/restaurant walking distance as well. Jenifer was very responsive to any needs we had. We’ll definitely be coming again!

We loved our stay at Cottonwood Heights! The home was clean and well appointed. Everything we needed was provided and more. We would definitely stay again.

The condo was perfect for our party of 4 adults and 2 teens. Comfortable , clean and very well provisioned. Jennifer was a wonderful hostess, personally bringing us a new coffeemaker and accommodating our need for a late departure. The condo reminds us of one we owned in Steamboat Springs, so brought back many fond memories.

There are some wonderful things about this property= the location (close to freeways, quiet spot, proximity to ski resorts), the hot tub, the foosball table and games for the kids, the giant TV, laundry on site, plenty of space for a family of four. The negatives for me= the unit itself could use a good thorough clean and tune-up. There were spiderwebs in the garland, filthy baseboards, squeaky doors, the washing machine drum is quite small and could only handle small loads. The air conditioning situation really needs to be addressed because it was so hot in the middle of July and we were only allowed to keep the thermostat at 71 degrees. Given the multiple-floor structure of this unit, the upper rooms just were never cool enough, despite the portable fan unit, which didn't offer much relief and took some maintenance on our part. We were also asked to turn the fans off and thermostat up anytime we left the unit, which made the unit take that much longer to cool down upon our returns in the evenings. So, I feel like there either needs to be better and multiple portable A/C units that actually work, or an updated AC that can handle the turning down of the thermostat. Probably both because of the layout. We also had an internet issue upon arrival but it was taken care of within 24 hours. We could have used more toilet paper- we had booked about a week there and I wished the owner had supplied enough for that time as a courtesy. We also could have used some dryer sheets so we could properly do the laundry the owner asked us to do. All in all, not a terrible experience, but I feel that there is room for improvement.

Our extended family of 6 greatly enjoyed our stay in this beautifully decorated condo which is well equipped and organized for renters. Everything we needed to feel at home was available, including comfortable beds/bedding, and a fully stocked kitchen. The hot tub was a very nice bonus when the sun went down! Perfect location to our Big Cottonwood Canyon destinations.

We stayed for a long weekend and had a great time. The condo was clean, and tidy, and very comfortable. Thank you for making our weekend extra special with all the cool ski touches and hot tub time.

We loved this property so much we did not want to leave it! It is in the perfect location, beautiful views, clean, spacious, fully stocked with everything you need plus so many fun extras. Our family really enjoyed the foosball, hot tub, watching the hummingbirds come to the feeder, and the extra games and books in the armoire. Plenty of towels, kitchenware, pillows, blankets, toiletries, even a high chair and baby gates for us to use for our toddler!I really can’t say enough about how perfect this place was for us! Absolutely no complaints or problems. Thank you Jennifer and family!

If you have a trip planned to the Cottonwoods, this is the place to stay. Jennifer is an amazing host, attentive and quick to respond to any questions. The home has been very well appointed for any skier / boarder. They have a freakin' boot dryer rack! I literally have nothing negative to say. My only regret is that we hadn't discovered this home before our most recent trip. I can only hope that when we want to visit the area in the future, this rental will be available.

Great location for skiing SLC’s Canyons. Comfortable furniture and bedding. The kids loved the hot tub and the parents enjoyed fine dining nearby when not using the well-appointed kitchen. Owners were very helpful and responsive. Thanks for a wonderful week.

Very large condo! Great location for skiing... 4 resorts within 20 min & Park City maybe 45+, but easy drive. Whole Foods conveniently 3 miles away. Nice restaurant & coffee shop to get cappuccino within 10 min walk. 2 car garage convenient on a snowy morning & we used the boot dryer every day. Each day we returned from skiing, we would get our drinks & head outside to the hot tub before dinner! Brand new carpet & furniture very nice. Nice cozy gas fireplace. Large kitchen was well stocked. 4 bed & 4 bath worked perfect for our family. Really enjoyed our stay and highly recommend!

We have 5 guys in our group that ski out west every year. This house was perfect for us. Lots of room, every one had their own bed and plenty of bathrooms. The condo is well kept and comfortable. The hot tub and TV are AWESOME,! Jennifer's restaurant suggestions were right on target. Thanks for a great place and experience.

We were in Utah for ski trip and the place that we were booked had issues so we cancelled and Jennifer came to our rescue. Her place was wonderful! Spacious, wonderfully furnished, and with every amenity. The carpet, tile and flooring are new and nice. There is a bathroom for every bedroom-what a luxury! Our son loved playing Foozball. My husband and I relaxed by the fireplace at night and watched Netflix on the massive flat screen. The hot tub was dreamy after a day of skiing. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you need to make a nice dinner. The beds are comfortable and the duvets are warm. There is even an eight pair ski boot dryer which was super appreciated given that my kids managed to soak their boots somehow every day in the snow. Too bad there wasn’t much snow actually- but that’s not Jennifer’s fault! I can’t exaggerate enough- you will love staying here!!

Great house, great friends...great convention! Jennifer was great to work with! Weather was unseasonably hot. Upstairs bedrooms were way to warm for comfortable sleeping. House was clean and we loved the decor!
