Very nice, clean condo. Walking distance to lots of restaurants and shops, and the beach. Highly recommend!

Jennifer made reserving & checking-in more than pleasant. The unit was clean, beautiful and fully stocked. We celebrated our anniversary watching the ocean from the balcony and when it got a little chilly, straight from the couch. The bed was very comfortable. There were beach chairs, all needed kitchen utensils and a starter pack of kitchen and bathroom necessities. The only problem with leaving this review is worrying that it will be rented when we want to come visit in the future. Thanks again Jennifer. We had a lovely time and hope to return again soon.

We wanted a quiet oceanfront Christmas. This place was perfect. Very well appointed. Cozy and just right for a couple to relax.

It would appear the floors hadn't been cleaned in a while. When we arrived, there was a 1/3 of a leftover joint (marijuana) on the floor. We thought, ok, so someone just missed it but after walking barefoot on the floor, my feet felt gross. I started wearing socks and now the bottoms of my socks are black. I know the flooring type covers the dirt but once in a while, it should still be mopped.

The property met all my expectations ….. great view of the ocean, proximity to the water and other nearby places of interest, very comfortable / convenient furnishings, and an extremely responsive & friendly hostess who answered any questions I had previous to check in. I’ll definitely recommend this rental to others.

It’s small but nicely decorated. Firm but comfortable bed. Love the comfortable patio chairs. Great location close to everything.

It was okay. The bed and pillows were hard and seemed damp all the time. I’m sure it was the humidity. The unit was very small for the price paid.

We had a wonderful time.

The size of the unit and amenities were perfect for my husband and I. It was very clean. Seems like previous guests were not sure how to use the blinds so there were a few missing. Didn’t bother us at all (more worried about the light with the sea turtles). But the location couldn’t be better for what we wanted. We walked to Piggly Wiggly, shopping, restaurants, and the public tennis courts a few miles away. We didn’t have to move the car all week. The view was amazing. We saw plenty of dolphins from the patio. We had such an amazing time. We would absolutely stay here again.

You have everything you need. We did not cook here,but you can. We had things we could eat in paper bowls or plates and used plastic silverware. But you have everything you need to cook a full meal and dessert if you want. Loved the king size bed. You have washer and dryer, always check the lint trap in the dryer, because many people never do. This is the third time we have stayed here in different condos always at Breakers.Just relax and enjoy your time here.

View was great and our stay was close to our children and grandchildren.

Lovely balcony! Needs new seating, great location

Unit was clean. However, the furniture appeared to come from a yard sale or Goodwill. We like to cook. Provisions for baking were limited to a small combination microwave /convection oven. Blinds were broken and barely functional. TV was extremely limited to 3 major networks and a bunch of old movies. Lighting in living area was extremely poor. Overhead light on opposite side from table and chairs always cast shadows on table making it very difficult to read or do anything on the table. Overpriced because of things listed above

Great location in the middle of everything! Beach, restaurants, shopping. You can walk to it all. Cozy condo with awesome beach views. Building is a little older so there’s some noise but overall a great stay!

This property was perfect for me and my husband. It’s all about the location. The bed Was very comfortable and the view amazing. Although small it was all we needed for a few relaxing days at the beach. Just across the street from dining and shopping and an easy walk to the pool and beach.

Very convenient to all amenities. The 1 bedroom unit was a good fit for my wife and me.

All you need is here. Everything works and the owner is so kind and responsive. The security man Josh is incredibly happy, helpful and friendly. Close to great places to eat drink and shop. Eat at The Earle of Sandwich across the street. Cozy and fun and great food.

We loved the location of this unit! Perfect views of beach and ocean. Easy beach access. Close parking. Elevator to get everything up to unit. And the condo was very clean and nicely decorated. Loved it so much we have already booked for next year!

Awesome waking up to sunrises and ocean and palm trees right on your balcony. You can get a glimpse of sunsets from balcony.

The property did not fall short to expectations. A good amount complained about the Wifi, but a new system was installed before we arrived and it was fabulous. Location - could not be better....short walk to beach, nice to sit on balcony in the morning to look at ocean/beach, and dinner/Coligny was across the street....we literally did not use our car after we parked it. Jennifer (contact) was outstanding and responsive. If I were picky, a couple light bulbs did not work, but that is picky. We enjoyed our first vacation to Hilton Head and would return.

Great location and they added elevators which was a must at our age.

We gave this propery a 5-star rating for the location, access to the beach, walking distance to shops and restaurants and the view from the balcony. The condo was small but nice. It was the perfect size for 2 adults. The kitchen lacked a few essentials (there were only 3 bowls and 4 spoons) but everything else was provided. Our only complaint was that the internet was frustratingly slow so we restorted to using our phone hotspots.

I was very surprised about a manager call her name is Jennifer Farmer by saying that I left the place dirty she wanted me to do housekeeper job while I am supposed to enjoy my time there not to clean and do what I am not supposed to do. And they charged me extra 😒. So sad about this. I am always getting luxury hotels and never had such as a call from them. Shame on you. The thing is the place was already not that clean and has bugs. My kids have rush in their arms and legs but we don't want to complain about it everything was not even good as their price. But even though I left the place clean with no damage so she can give such as call like that.

So first off, the view was amazing! Also, the owner was kind enough to leave a large shade tent for my family with small kids. Lots and lots of issues in the house though, so really really disappointed on that end….we had 4 other families stay here and saw all of their units, and beyond even stated how “different” ours was than their places………. 1. There is literally no door to the bedroom or walls……….. 2. None, and I mean none of the electrical outlets in the bedroom work. They are all too old and won’t keep a plug held in 3. There is a tile in the bathroom that’s losing grout and so if you or my kids stepped on the grout that was coming out, it cuts your feet 4. There are exposed cables everywhere!! Super unsafe for little kids. 5. The t.v. Didn’t work, and upon reaching out to the owners m, we never heard back from them 6. The bath tub doesn’t drain so all water from your shower builds up into a nasty pool of sand water 7. There is no stove/oven 8. The very old coffee pot is cracked 9. The bed is very old and very hard springs, and loud. 10. The community pool was so so icky. There were multiple complaints (from other people) that they weren’t cleaning the pool, or the outside of it was literally black mud So overall, the view was stellar and beach was awesome. Unfortunately I feel that the listing was not accurate due to all of these issues. Hopefully they can put some TLC and updates into this property to make it what it can be.

Our group always rents condos at The Breakers every year, so we know what to expect. This is our 4th year, but first year in this particular condo. Jennifer made check in very easy. My husband and I always filter our search for king beds, which this unit provides. We stay at the Breakers because of the location to Coligny shopping and the beach. We are aware the units are on the small side, but that does not matter. This unit could use a little TLC and the cleaning crew could pay a little more attention to detail. When I reached out to the owner, she seemed appreciative of the minor items that need to be looked at, cracked floor tiles and missing grout, blinds with slates missing. Overall, the unit was not the best we’ve stayed in, but it will do.

Great location! Steps to the beach with a great balcony. Restaurants &. Entertainment a very short walk! Due to the view & location very little time spent in condo - it allows you to take full advantage of the beach!

We a great time here for 2 weeks! Just loved it.
