Everything was great👍
Only issue, we needed more information about the club passes and the restrictions. The restrictions made them almost useless after we spent almost $600!!!
Another suggestion- please double or triple up on towels 👍1 towel per person for 5 nights was tough

We loved our time here. The home was clean, had a great layout, beautiful view, and well stocked. Porches are fantastic and location is convenient. This was one of our favorites! Exceeded our expectations. Hope to be able to go back!

This was our first time at BHI and we absolutely loved it. The home was clean, decorated beautifully and had so much great space for 3 small families. Would definitely book this home again!

We have stayed in a lot of rentals on BHI and we are building our own home there. This is an amazing house and one of our favorites. The house is in an awesome location right across from marina and on the marsh. The views of the marsh are incredible. The house lays out perfectly with living areas up and downstairs, two back decks, a patio, and a crofter. Cindy, the owner, was very responsive and accommodating. I highly recommend renting this house if you can get it.

My family visiting from Texas came to visit and vacation with me at Bald Head Island this summer. 23 Tanbark court was the perfect place for us to stay. It’s a gorgeous house and very conveniently located near the ferry, restaurants, and just a short golf cart ride to the beach. You also have access to two golf carts, bicycles, cookware, etc. Cindy was super helpful and communicative as well and helped me navigate the ins and outs of bald head island which is a pretty unique place. 10/10 would recommend staying here!

Beautiful house with great views! Probably could use a better cleaning crew that does a better job (like taking placemats off table & wiping down & vacuuming under furniture) but overall just fine. Short walk to a few restaurants & marina. Quick golf cart ride to everything else on the island! Great sunrise spot at the small dock at the end of the street & perfect sunset spot at the closest beach access around the corner! Owner was super responsive & fixed a/c issue within an hour on a Saturday afternoon! Overall great week & would totally rent this place again!

Very clean home. Incredible backyard with relaxing views. My kids loved the house and we look forward to coming back soon. Also, the convertible golf cart is a huge plus.

Great place with many spots to view beautiful environment. Cindy, the LL was very helpful and available to answer all questions. Cindy helped us with BHI Club membership and we celebrated Christmas and New Year at beautiful. Club. Highly recommend this property and this owner. WG Colorado

I cannot say enough about our time here. Cindy/property owner was amazingly communicative at all times. The house was perfect for our family reunion. Magnificent view of the marsh. We did dock fishing and crabbing nearby within walking distance, great beach access close by, near restaurants and the ferry. The house was furnished beautifully and well stocked with everything we needed. We will go back for sure!

Excellent home for a fun and relaxing vacation. House is very well-equipped including kitchen, beach gear, and bikes. Our favorite parts were the near-by dock for fishing and crabbing and the beautiful view of stars from the upstairs balcony. Highly recommend.

We had a wonderful trip to BHI and a great stay at this lovely home in the Harbor Village. The location is excellent -- close to the ferry, kayaking and restaurants with a beautiful view across the marsh. We were able to bike or take one of the golf carts to the beach and/or the clubs everyday. The kitchen is amazingly well equipped and Cindy, the owner, is very helpful and easy to contact if there is any issue. There was even a quiet room in the house where my daughter could use for working remotely. Everyone had a great time!

We just got back from 3 nights in Bald Head Island and we could not be happier with this house. The location was perfect, the house was clean and spacious and, most of all, Cindy was a great host. She was very easy to reach when we had questions and even told us to take our time checking out so that we could wait out Tropical Storm Elsa. I would definitely recommend staying here!

This house is really beautiful and in a great location on the island! We were all very comfortable and had a fantastic time. Plenty of room for family game nights, eating together, and a short golf cart ride to the beach for sun and fun. Definitely recommend!

We enjoyed our stay at this great house, perfectly situated in the Marina/Harbor village. The house was in great condition and had all the facilities we, at least, look for. Cindy the homeowner is easy to work with and communicates quickly and on point. Highly recommended.

We loved our stay at this immaculate house. Perfect walkable location to everything near the Harbor and also close to beach access. The downstairs covered deck with the hammock and rocking chairs was our favorite spot. More than enough room for our family of 4, and would be spacious enough for 2 families vacationing together. The owner was very helpful with all aspects of booking and planning the trip. We would highly recommend this place.

We have rented houses all over the island and this one was probably our favorite! The communication with Cindy was awesome and that helped us to know what to expect and how to plan for the trip. The house itself was lovely and very clean!! Great space for the 4 of us to hang out. If it had been warmer we could have taken advantage of the outdoor space too but the views were amazing and we were happy to stay indoors. We will definitely rent this home again! Thanks for the stay!!

Wonderful, super clean house close to it all. Decorated beautifully. Super short stroll to restaurants and shops on the Marina. Can’t wait to go back again. Plenty of room to spread out for a family.

House was in a great location. Right off the marina in easy walking distance of shops, restaurants and ferry. House was very comfortable. Kitchen very well stocked with cooking supplies, equipment etc. the separate apartment was great for my son, who tends to sleep a little later. Highly recommend.

What a wonderful vacation home for our family! We visited with our family of 7 and had plenty of room to spread out and enjoy the space. The view of the marsh is amazing and watching the tides roll in and out from the deck was a treat. The kitchen is fully stocked with great cookware and glassware, knives and plates - a great find for a rental home! The location is perfect for accessing the restaurants and fun shopping locations on BHI. We also walked to the Sail Shop and kayaked one morning, then returned to the Sandpiper for ice cream and coffees before walking home. Would stay here again for sure!
