We really enjoyed our stay and look forward to returning. Great location and we could bring our dogs. Kitchen has updated appliances. No complaints whatsoever.

House was clean, well stocked, and spacious. A quick walk to the boardwalk and to Night Heron Park. Check in was easy and communication with the property manager was great.

Well stocked kitchen, comfortable beds, nice living room set up for families. Oceanwoods homes are the best value for beach proximity! Been staying in Oceanwoods properties for 45 years… a family tradition!!

This property had everything we needed as a family of 6. As advertised and couldn’t be easier to get around on the island from this location!

Very nice property, cozy, comfy with all that you need readily available. Especially nice are the ceiling fans in all BRs as well as nice size TVs in every room in the house. Master BR bed super comfy. Enjoyed the screened porch. A bottle of wine in the wine rack would have been a nice welcoming addition as well as a small bath soap or body wash as I left mine at home. :) Did have to purchase detergent to start washer before checkout and dishwashing liquid to was dishes as we didn't dirty enough dishes for dishwasher. Minor inconvenience but store not far away. Extremely beautiful island with a beautiful beach and beach access only a short walk from property. Extremely peaceful and quiet with abundant wildlife. Amazing! Wonderful weather and very relaxing which was my heart's desire. Thank you!

Very nice and pet friendly. Great location. We like to stay in the Ocean Woods neighborhood when we come to Kiawah. It is quiet, friendly, and has very good beach access. Would like to ask the owner to consider upgrading to an outdoor gas grill. The local grocery store at Freshfields was out of charcoal when we went to get some.

Property was first rate house next to Ocean. All appliances are new and first rate. Best kitchen I’ve had at Kiawah.

This cottage had everything we needed! It is within easy walking distance to the beach and bike trails are nearby. The kitchen was great and we appreciated the grill out back. The bed in the master was comfortable and there was enough seating in the main room to allow six adults to enjoy game nights. We were able to go into Charleston twice for shopping and dinner, so we enjoyed both beach time and city time. Our family comes to Kiawah every year and we were grateful that this house was available. The owners have been very helpful and responsive.

We loved our week in this cottage. It is perfectly located a short walk from the beach and also convenient to bike/walking trails. The beds are comfortable, and all communications with the property owner were prompt and friendly. We had a small maintenance issue which was dealt with very quickly. Would recommend this property!

The Oceanwoods neighborhood is just steps from the beach, is quiet and feels very safe for children to ride their bikes. This cottage is lovely and the owners, Joe and Marilynn, were very responsive to our questions and needs. I highly recommend this cottage.

We been vacationing in Kiawah for many years and were lucky enough to find this house. This is our 2nd time staying there and we'll be back! Great for families or friends and so close to the beach 🏖️

We keep coming back because the location is perfect - a quiet cul de sac just steps from the beach; an easy 3.5 mile bike ride to the Freshfields shopping center; less than a mile to Night Heron Park. It is just idyllic. This particular home had everything we could have asked for: clean, well appointed, comfy beds, a well-equipped kitchen. One feature we really appreciated having was the screened-in porch. I think we only ate one meal indoors the entire week. Marilyne was exceptionally good at communicating both ahead of our visit and during our stay. Highly recommend this home for anyone looking for a Kiawah stay. I predict we will be back!

This is a great house in a super location that is very accessible to the beach via boardwalk 14. The house is well equipped and worked well for our family. We especially enjoyed the deck and screened porch. The owner was easy to work with and provided all needed information timely.

The house was perfect for a beach vacation! We could walk two hundred yards, and we were on the beach. It makes things really convenient with young kids. The house was clean and provided everything we needed. Looking forward to our next stay there!

Great property, price was right for Kiawah, and near beach. Great family time, been coming for 18 years, and this was one of the most convenient properties to the beach. Golf was great!
