We stayed at this location for a family vacation in early October. The weather was cooler, and the water was still warm enough to swim in. The house was very clean and very well maintained. There was a delicious apple pie waiting for us when we checked in. The view from the living room is great with so many windows. There were plenty of beach chairs to use on the beach. The owner was very responsive to any questions we had. We had a great stay here!

I can go on and on about how much we enjoyed staying at “Seas The Day”. Located right on the Surfside beachfront, but since the road/driveway doesn’t extend to the beach itself there was only occasional foot traffic on the walkway over the dunes. The host was responsive and helpful, the house was clean Clean CLEAN (far cleaner than any beach house I’ve ever seen). Solid stairways/railings, and overall construction/condition was top-notch. Nice furnishings, well-stocked kitchen utensils/plates/cups/etc., great appliances. Solid internet service, and the TVs all worked well. The bedrooms were exactly as described, high-quality beddings and towels, super bathrooms with great showers and plumbing. Hot water smelled sulfur-y at first but dissipated after some use, which the pro plumber in our party says “means the water heater needs a new anode rod” (apparently a quick/inexpensive fix). Although we brought our own propane tank we were unable to get the downstairs grill to light. Thankfully the large oven sufficed. All in all, a wonderful weekend at a really nice rental. Über-highly recommended!

Well designed for a large family get together. Plenty of rooms. Great gathering area. Nice views and deck with a short walk to the beach. The manager was amazingly responsive. When we lost air conditioning, it was fixed within two hours. Highly recommended and would go again if we vacation in the area in the future.

Perfect place for a family gathering. House was perfect for us. Not disappointed at all. Only note ... water smells terrible when showering but that's not property owners fault. Take plenty of drinking water. Sure can't drink water from faucets. Had plenty of boogie boards for the grandkids. Deck is great. Having an outdoor shower is great for beach days.

We were so amazed at the beautiful and spacious accommodations. Debbie was always quick and helpful in response to our questions. Her warning about the crowded beach on Memorial Weekend was helpful. We were able to easily get out to the beach with our tents early and reserve our spot. The beach was much quieter after the long weekend. Everyone in our family of 12 enjoyed our stay!

We stayed for a couple of days and had an excellent time. The location is great and we loved being able to walk over to the beach. Everything was clean and Debbie was very great. We would stay here again.

We had a great time. The home was clean and ready, we are right on the beach. Living room and dining were bigger than the picture for 12 of us, so we all had a place when we ate or played games. The beach chairs were fantastic to have. The grill worked really well. The multiple bathrooms were a blessing and we always had hot water. Thanks for a great family vacation.

Everything was great! We have 4 kiddos and the bedding arrangements were perfect. Bunk beds! Lots of bathrooms! And right on the beach. Debbie was super nice and even left us a cake! Thank you!

The house was right on the beach and had great views of the Gulf from first and second floor balconies. The kitchen was well stocked and communication with the property manager was simple and easy. Everything was clean and well maintained. All around we loved the stay and may visit again soon.

The house was spotless and well stocked. And the view was perfect! Debbie's aunt made a delicious banana pudding dessert to welcome us and checked in to make sure all was well. We had a minor issue with the grill that she corrected right away. Thank you for making our reunion memorable!

Beautiful home and great location right on the beach!

Great location and house. Very clean and equipped with most everything you’ll need in the kitchen. We loved the sheet cake delivered to us! Owner only allows 6 cars, so be prepared if you have teens that want their own car, a spouse that is still working during the week or a boat. Also, don’t plan for an adult to sleep on the top bunks.

The property was very clean and nicely updated. The location was great and just a short walk to the beach. We stayed over 4th of July and Debbie had a Texas Sheet cake delivered to our family during our stay. It was so kind of her. We did not have any issues during our stay or with the property.

We had a big group and the house was perfect. Our host Debbie couldn’t have been easier to work with! Great communication before and during the stay. And the chocolate cake baked and delivered by her aunt was delicious! Needless to say it didn’t last long. The house was clean and spacious and had everything we needed. We knew it would be crowded (Memorial Day weekend) the first few days but by Tuesday the crowds were gone. And the fabulous deck facing the Gulf with a nice breeze was perfect for lazy evenings. Our entire group had a blast! If I could change one thing about the house I would have a 4th queen bed and two bunk rooms but it worked out (even tho this 62 year old Grammy ended up in a bottom bunk)!

This house is in a fantastic spot, super nice and comfortable inside, everything was as advertised. We'll be back!

First of all, let me start by saying the house was great; clean, roomy and well-furnished. Also, the owner went out of her way to be accommodating and was quick to respond to any questions I had. She even let us check in early and check out late. The problem (and this is MY fault for not doing more research) was the actual beach. While the house is directly on the beach, the beach itself was not what I was expecting. I had no idea that driving was permissible on the actual beach, and it was literally a traffic jam out there, with the addition of loud thumping music. There was a large family group in front of the house that even stayed all night. It's hard enough to watch several small children at the beach without throwing moving cars into the mix. When I rented a house several years ago in a different neighborhood there were no cars on the beach, so I assumed (MY fault) that it was the same all over. So, if you're okay with the crowds and the driving, this is a wonderful place to stay. It just wasn't for us.

The entire experience was wonderful. Location: Perfect Size and layout: Perfect Cleanliness: Perfect Amenities: Perfect I can't say enough about how well everything was prepared. We will be back!

It's been six months since our visit and my friends still talk about how great this place was. Location - Perfect. It was right on the beach. Our group occupied all of the rooms (6 couples) and we never had problems for hot water. It was also clean and well kept. Seems to have been recently renovated too - the bathrooms were really well done. It was also thoughtfully stocked with enough deck chairs, as well as games and beach equipment downstairs. Yes, the TV, wifi, washer, dryer everything worked, and, the kitchen was fully stocked with EVERYTHING you need to prepare meals for, and serve a large group if that's your plan. It was a great, relaxing, fun-filled getaway and we definitely plan to stay here again.

It was a wonderful property right on the beach. Our family enjoyed the beach, fishing and hanging out. Our host surprised us with a delicious Texas sheet cake. I would highly recommend this property.

The location was perfect and the property was spotless. We enjoyed our stay and Debbie was so helpful. We will definitely be returning.

Debbie was amazing, she let us check in a day early at no extra charge because the rental was available and the weather was looking to be cruddy during our stay. Debbie's cousin, Ann, lives close by and owns a Bakery. She brought over banana pudding and then we ordered a texas sheet cake, and a key lime pie and I highly recommend. When the winds came up we lost power, Ann came over to personally check on us and see what we needed. She called the energy people and they came so fast. The house smelled so clean and fresh upon arrival, it comfortably fit 14 of us. There was plenty of kitchen utensils and extra blankets. Beautiful and would stay again!

The house was incredibly clean and the kitchen was immaculate. It was fully equipped to cook whatever we wanted, right down to crockpots and mixers. Debbie, was absolutely amazing to work with and so accommodating. Getting into the home could not have been more easier, with no complications at all. The fridge was spotless, as were the cabinets, counters, and inside cabinets. The bathrooms were also spotless, with great showers and water pressure. The beds were amazingly comfortable and sheets were cleaned free from stains. The large deck was just incredible. We had comfy lounge chairs with an umbrella, Adirondack chairs, and a great table to place drinks/food . I have stayed at many places at Surfside. So far, this is my favorite. I will definitely rent this incredible home again and look forward to working with Debbie. Can’t wait to return and look forward to working with Debbie. A+++ all of the way.

Had a great time no problems just fun in the sun

The house was really nice and right on the beach. Plenty of space for our group. The house had bath towels, boogie boards, corn hole (we didn’t use, brought our own) tons of kitchen utensils, pot and pan, blender, etc.. down stairs did get warm during the day. No blinds to block out the sun, but there was tons of fans provided that we used. Overall, the weather was beautiful, the house was super nice and well kept. We had an amazing time. Debbie answered back fairly quickly and brought us this so yummy banana pudding. We will definitely stay at this again!!!
