The home is perfectly located within steps of downtown. The home was exactly as advertised. Very comfortable, clean and equipped. We will definitely be staying again.

This property is perfectly located to everything in Solvang! Great parking! Super clean. Only issues we had was it had poor ironing board, and poor wine glass selection. Nothing that is make or break, but, a high quality ironing board is great for people who travel and better wine glasses matter in wine country :)

This was our second stay and we were just as impressed as the first time. The place is super well kept, clean and has every amenity you could need. The only thing was the garage is a little short and our minivan did not fit inside. But it was convenient to park right by the front door. The managers have thought of everything to make your stay comfortable. Highly recommend if you would like an updated and clean place that can accommodate a family.

Enjoyed the property. I wonder if there’s anything that can be done about the very noisy water pump. If one person runs water or flushes a toilet when others are asleep, it may wake them.

We stayed in this house for three nights with a teenager, a 10 year old and four adults. It worked out extremely well for us. Everything was in working order, it was easy to figure out. The hot tub was lots of fun, especially in the evenings. The house is within easy walking distance to everything in Solvang and we all had fun wandering around town. Thanks for everything!

Walking distance to just about everything. Very convenient!

If you plan on cooking more than just simple meals, the kitchen is not very well stocked to prepare meals from an equipment perspective (mixing bowls, no set of measuring cups or measuring teaspoons, table spoons, limited pans). Just the basics. The BBQ grill worked well, so plan on using that if you want to do some extended cooking. Otherwise, the house was very comfortable for our two couples. Three couples would work, one couple would have twin beds. Great location right downtown Solvang.

Our group of six women came for a weekend away without our kids and partners. David was easy to communicate with and flexible with early check in. We loved the location of the property, two blocks away from Paula's Pancake House. We could explore Solvang on foot and did not need to use our cars. The home was clean, and comfortably slept all of us. We would return in the future.

The property was AWESOME! Close to shops and restaurants. Perfect for families- especially teens. Teens were able to come and go as they pleased. Clean and well appointed. Highly recommend for your next trip to Solvang!

Wonderful location and layout. We loved walking to town quickly. Kitchen could use some updates - i.e., working can opener and some more platters and measuring cups / spoons

We arrived a bit early and I text the owners to see if we could enter early and it was approved. The whole process was very easy. I love that the house are in their gated lot. I parked my car in the garage and never had to use it the entire time! We walked the whole town of Solvang. This house was at one end, so we would do a loop around town and back. The house was beautifully appointed with comfortable furniture in the living room and upstairs are the 3 bedrooms. The two guest rooms have a Jack and Jill bathroom. The primary room is very spacious and has a fireplace and the primary bathroom is lovely. The kitchen was clean and had everything we needed but we didn’t do any cooking on this vacation. I HIGHLY recommend staying here and will definitely stay here my next time to Solvang.

The location was perfect. A short walking distance from town. The house was nice and clean. Beds were comfortable. We were happy with our stay!

Our family got together for my 60th birthday trip to Solvang, Santa Barbara and Morro Bay. The location is 40 minutes to Santa Barbara and an hour and 15 minutes to Morro Bay. It was warm but the A/C was perfect. We loved the bedrooms, all upstairs. 3 bathrooms, one shared by two bedrooms and one downstairs, so convenient! The beds were awesome, not too hard and not overly soft! There's a whirlpool tub and shower in master with 2 sinks....seriously, I would move into this house if I could! The kitchen was wonderful and there was ground coffee, an ice maker, huge fridge and all the utensils for us to make breakfast, lunch and dinner. We did some shopping for our visit at Albertsons 2 miles down the road for our 4 day stay with 5 people. We even made use of the fireplaces at night and first thing in the morning. Spent a lovely evening after lots of hiking, enjoying the outdoor Spa! We'll be back, it was such an amazing visit! Thank you so much for providing the perfect place for our family!
