This is a very nice property in a wonderful location to enjoy Beaufort. Walking distance to restaurants and shopping and historic areas.

It was wonderful. Close to shops and restaurants and the waterfront. Very cozy with old world charm! Perfect for a wedding in beautiful historic Beaufort. I will book this one again in the future!

House was just 4 blocks from my downtown lawyer, very conveniently located. King bed was comfortable hard and fresh. Queen was comfortably softer. Hot water was hot but a little slow arriving. Overall, we wished we could stay longer. House will be our destination for future stays.

We feel like we were very lucky to find this property for a last minute weekend trip! It is so convenient to downtown Beaufort-just a 5 minute walk! The house was nice and roomy. Since it was a short trip, we didn’t spend much time in the house but cooked 1 meal and had everything we needed. We also enjoyed morning coffee and Happy Hour on the front porch. We will certainly try to return here when coming back to Beaufort.

Location was great...we walked every night to dinner at a different place. Loved that we had a KING bed..don't find that too often. We never cooked so not sure about about what was needed for that to happen. Did not like all the open shelving for the plates, glasses etc. Items seemed to have a film on them. Living room furniture could use an update..not very comfortable. There is no back yard but a great front porch where we would have a drink each night and talk to people walking by. Shower pressure was good..kitchen sink pressure was not good. Linens were good...maybe needs update on pillows. Communications was very good with owner. Would rent again.

I have rented this property twice a year for the past several years. Super adorable, has a great porch and is 3 blocks from downtown & waterfront. Hosts are very responsive and a pleasure to deal with.

This is a charming, well maintained home in a fabulous location. It’s within walking distance to almost everything.

Location was perfect and house felt historical.

Judi was very accommodating when adding an extra day to our stay. My family and I enjoyed our stay. The house was very cozy and charming close to the main street with restaurants and stores. The house is about 15-20 minutes away from Parris Island, very convenient for our family to attend my nephew’s graduation. We very much enjoyed our stay and hope to visit again in the future. We loved this home for our “girls” get together! Comfortable seating, beds and front porch! Well/equipped kitchen. We highly recommend this house!

Perfect home, walking distance to so many wonderful Beaufort gems. The history, community, neighbors, and shopping are unforgettable. I loved having the huge dining table, well furnished and comfortable with lots of extras for the family including bikes, games, books, a stroller, and so many extras. The homeowner communicated quickly and was very helpful. We will always choose this home when visiting Beaufort.

We fell in love with this quaint, cottage. It was adorable, cozy, and right in the heart of the historic distance. We were able to walk everywhere! The front porch is a great place for morning coffee. We will return.

Nice place for a group or family reunion, close to downtown. North Street can get a little busy at times. Also, the taxes and fees make the per diem cost higher than advertised. But the house is spacious and quiet and well laid out, with comfortable beds and a well equipped kitchen. And our host was reasonably communicative and accomodating. Nice place to say!

Easy walk to town. Driveway parking for 2 cars plus lot diagonally across intersection with free overnight and inexpensive daytime parking. Great covered front porch. We spent 3 nights here with 5 adults and it was very comfortable.

Our stay in this beautiful home was perfect for husband and I's much needed getaway. The location is absolutely perfect to walk to Bay street and historical district. We enjoyed sitting on the porch and ability to walk and get something to eat and enjoy the bayside views.

My family and I were in town for a wedding. We were able to walk to both the ceremony and reception for this house. It was close to everything downtown as well! The house was very cute and had everything we needed for our 3 month old as well!

We had a great stay at this property for the Beaufort Water Fest. It’s a reasonable walking distance to downtown for restaurants and shopping. The owners were very nice and easy to communicate with. We had everything, plus more, that we could need for our stay. The bikes were also fun to ride around the area as well. Would definitely love to stay again!!

This is my second of what I hope will be many stays at this property. There is plenty of room to spread out and it’s just a few short blocks to the waterfront. It is well-stocked with just about everything you could think of. The hosts are very accommodating.

Easy walk to restaurants, water front and light shopping. House was well appointed. One reason we choose was king bed available. ....and the bed was comfortable! Judi and George were very responsive to any messages.

This lovely house is in the heart of downtown. Just a short walk to the waterfront and a perfect spot for sitting on the porch to enjoy Beaufort’s mild climate. The layout and design of the house was just right for the 2 of us. We appreciated the artistic touches in the home accessories and art works.

Amazing location, cute cottage. Had everything we needed. We spent a lot of time enjoying the front porch. Floors are a bit un-level, but not a big deal for us. We’d stay here again for sure.

Thoroughly enjoyed our short stay with George and Judi. Walked two blocks for morning coffee, drove to the beach at Fripp and spent a day in Charleston. Easy walk to downtown. Would stay here again unless we buy a home in this beautiful town!
