Ardendales is a beautifully restored home in a quaint neighborhood. Our host was gracious and available. We wish we could have stayed longer and enjoyed the surroundings.

From the actual rental process to our arrival everything was perfect! Ardendales has so much charm & was well equiped to accomadate our family 4th of July gathering! For us all it was the Perfect Place!!!

A wonderful home! This home has all your needs. If you need one room or all the house you will need for nothing. We brought family and friends to gather for my sons wedding it was perfect. Beat, the owner was nothing but kind. I highly recommend staying here.

My family and I (10 people) had the best time at this location. We were all able to be under one roof which is great due to coming to the area for a funeral service at Florida National Cemetery in Bushnell. Beat was the best host ever. Thank you Beat!!

The house was amazing. Plenty of room. It was very clean. Close to the venue where our daughter got married. It’s was perfect. The owner had treats for us when we arrived and flowers on the table. Great accommodations for a large family

We rented this house for a bridal party. The house was beautiful, everything was perfect. The beds slept wonderfully, we enjoyed exploring the house. Out host was very accommodating to special needs and left us treats that we thoroughly enjoyed. I will be highly recommending this place to everyone.

My family came from around the country to attend my daughter’s wedding. I was looking for a property that would accommodate all 12 of us. We wanted family and friend time. This property was perfect! Not only was the house conducive to bedroom/bathroom needs, but the kitchen, dining room and living room areas made entertaining and visiting easy and timeless. The property is clean and well maintained. The grounds are well kept and the area it beautiful. I highly recommend it.

We thoroughly enjoyed our weekend stay at this house. The place was huge, plenty of room for everyone and while it's an old Florida house, it was immaculate. Very well kept and clean. We will definitely stay here again the next time we are in town.

Lovely restored historic house in downtown Brooksville. Perfect house for guests attending a wedding or other event at Saxon Manor. Spacious dining room and serving area. Huge living room for everyone to gather in addition to other living areas. Love the considerate touch of the welcome basket with card and note on the blackboard.

My family, and my siblings and their families (including a 3-year-old), traveled to the area for a family reunion right after Christmas and the eleven of us were very comfortable in this house. It had plenty of space, a well stocked kitchen, and all the other amenities we needed. The three older kids stayed in the Garden Suite and enjoyed having a space to themselves. Several of us took advantage of the walking trail nearby. The backyard, deck and screened in room provided even more space to play and relax. The homeowner made us feel very welcome. She answered all of our questions in a timely fashion before we traveled and she was available by phone/text if we had questions during our stay. I would recommend this house to others if they had to be in the Brooksville area.

A nice property that can sleep a lot of people. Not far from World Wind golf course and only 40 minutes from Tampa. The Garden suite is a separate apartment for a lot of privacy for multiple families.

This is a very beautiful home and we felt very welcome. It was very clean and comfortable.

My 4 sisters and our husbands (5 couples) stayed her for a family wedding in the area. We all loved it. Very spacious and comfortable. We had just lost our mother last month, so being together in one house was very important to all of us- it reminded us of our childhood! The house itself was absolutely perfect and we felt pampered by the owners. The kitchen was well stocked with anything a large group would need. The beds were comfortable and everything was so clean. The grounds were gorgeous and as well as the house, a lot of cozy little spaces to just sit and talk and relax. We would love to stay at this location again. It was perfect.

Our large group of sea kayakers used this home as a base for one week. We had two couples and several singles and the flexible BR configurations (e.g. king bed can be made into two singles) worked out really well for us. The same is true of the bathrooms, two of which can be "Jack and Jill" or turned into private baths. The write up on VRBO accurately described the home, but the photos really couldn't do it justice. The house is loaded with charm and is very tastefully decorated, and the photos just can't capture that. There is a lot of space for a large group - especially the huge main living area and the gigantic dining room - but also several smaller living areas that allowed people to get some quiet time. The screened in porch was wonderful as was the separate downstairs apartment. The kitchen, while not real spacious (not a place for 10 people to hang out), was extremely well stocked with appliances, cooking utensils, dishes, silverware, glasses, etc. We had a lot of cars and the public parking lot just across the street provided nice overflow parking. The owner was very easy to work with and maintained great communication. All in all this is a wonderful house that everyone liked and we definitely would stay here again!

It would be a five star if it had a hot tub. We are planning on coming back we liked it so much.

My Family and Friends Family came to Florida and wanted to stay north of Tampa. The Ardendales house worked out perfectly. The house is very large, equipped well and has loads of character. I would recommended the house to any one and it would by my first choice for future trips to the Tampa area.
