Our stay at Brach Daze was excellent! We had a group of 12 from ages 18-82. The house was well equipped with everything we needed (a very well stocked kitchen), the beds were very comfortable and the location was great with easy access to the beach and restaurants. We loved the roof top patio and took our cornhole up to enjoy in the evenings!

Our primary objective in selecting a rental was to enable every member of our group to have his own bed. This property certainly fulfilled that objective. We had 11 middle-aged adult me. The house was clean and as large as advertised. Lots of bathrooms, a big kitchen and living room area for a large group. I had never been to Isle of Palms before and had envisioned something more idyllic. The building kind of sits in a parking lot, but this is not unusual for this area of IoP. The property is very close to the beach and bars, so it wasn't an issue. Overall, for a large group like an extended family, this is a great choice.

We had a wonderful time at Beach Daze! The house was very spacious and clean. It was nice that each room had its own full bath and the beds were very comfy. The open kitchen and living space were perfect for entertaining and dining with a large group. The pool was nice, although the heater did not get turned on, we were offered a refund. We still enjoyed sitting around the pool though! We loved the convenience of being able to walk to the beach and IOP restaurants and bars. We could hear music from the nearby bars from the bedrooms on the back of the house, but not so loud that a sound machine couldn’t drown it out. Overall, perfect getaway spot for a large group of women!

Everything about this house was perfect!

We had a family reunion to celebrate my parents 65th wedding anniversary. Family ranged from age 6 to 87. Four generations had plenty of space for large gatherings with the open kitchen, living and dining room. The multiple floors were wonderful for privacy and sleeping arrangements and the elevator was a true blessing. The roof deck and back pool area was wonderful during the days even on colder ones with the sun in ample supply. Kitchen well stocked! Multiple ice machines and butlers pantry kept the kitchen traffic to a minimum. Enough tables in common area for puzzles, card games and still have room with bar area and large table for all to enjoy meal’s together. We will be back! Highly recommend!

This was the best property we've ever rented! The pictures do not do it justice. It was clean, the leasing office was kind and prompt - lots to do near by but we didn't even want to leave the amazing home. It was spacious and sooooo clean. They even left us with a binder filled with amazing suggestions on activities. We will be back!

We enjoyed our stay! Everything was as described and property manager was very easy to work with.

Our family spent a week at this property and loved it. There was a short walk to the beach and many restaurants within walking and short driving distance. The property management was quick to respond to all our requests. The only slight negative was the pool was not clean and the pool company refused to address our concerns. Otherwise it was a great stay!

Lovely home and pool. Accommodated our family well. Thought you might like to know: Kitchen Refrigerator divider does not close properly causing heavy condensation and some refrigerated foods to freeze. A/C unit in garage has large condensate puddle . We really enjoyed Isle of Palms and hope to return.

First we love Isle of Palms. This house is located a short walk from the beach and restaurants. If you stay here, check out Acme Low Country Kitchen. Each room was well stocked and the kitchen was very well stocked and organized. We had 18 guests from 2 years old to 64, only thing to keep in mind is baby gates for the stairs if you have little ones. Plenty of space to hangout together or get away from your other guests when needed. Our only criticism is the back yard pool area, while nice enough, it could use some small improvements. Overall, we would stay here again, one of the nicer, cleanest and definitely the best stocked and organized kitchen we can remember.

We were very pleased with our accommodations and location. Easy walk to the beach and shops. Very thankful for the elevator and so we’re my 74 year old knees😊

House was great for a large contingency of people. The property managers were very helpful and cooperative. Had a few concerns with appliances, but these were reported to the managers.

Booked this property for a bachelorette trip with 16 girls and it was perfect. Great location!

Wonderful house with lots of room for multi generations to spread out and do their own thing. The kids loved the pool and football tables. We loved the short walk to the beach and access to convenient stores and restaurants

We thoroughly enjoyed our 4 nights at the house. We were a family group of 16 and the house couldn’t have been more perfect to meet our needs. It was very clean with very nice linens and comfortable beds. Highly recommend!!

We highly recommend staying in this home. The home is so inviting and fully equipped with everything you need to enjoy Isle of Palm. We were7 a group of 17 and had so much room to move around. The home is located right in the center of town. This allows for an easy access to the restaurant, shops, bars, and beach.

Great for big groups

We had a wonderful time at this beautiful home. We are a family of 13 and we had lots of space and great sleeping arrangements. The house is conveniently located within walking distance to the beach and restaurants. Absolutely beautiful home.

Our group of 15 (adults, 3 toddlers, and a baby) drove from various states to stay over Labor Day weekend. The house is so well-furnished (especially the kitchen) and has plenty of room to spread out. Having our own pool and a rooftop deck was wonderful! I will say that whoever sleeps in the master should not be anyone who goes to bed early, as it’s located right below the living room and kitchen, and people walking around sounds like elephants stomping. From the home, it’s a such a quick and easy walk to the beach and restaurants. We rented a golf cart but only ended up using it for grocery store runs. Also, Exclusive Properties is amazing to work with. One of their employees even dropped by over the weekend to make sure we didn’t have any questions or need anything. We absolutely recommend this home!

We were in IOP to attend a baseball tournament at The Shipyard Park. This house was perfect for us. We had 4 families with kids ranging in age from 10-17. The house was clean, spacious and had enough beds, bedrooms and bathrooms for all of us! The kids loved playing pool downstairs and the adults couldn't hear them at all upstairs! The outdoor pool was great. The location was great too and the kids walked to the surf shops, beach and Ben n Jerry's every night! Exclusive Properties were fantastic! They offered early check in, late check out and responded quickly. I would definitely stay at this house or any other exclusive property again.

Family beach week was a success. The house accommodated 5 families so well. The house was spacious and private bathrooms a big plus. Pool was nice and not too far from the beach. The house was very spacious and clean. The family room and kitchen was great when we were all together. The deck on the roof was a nice place to be in the evening. We rented a golf cart to get all of our "Stuff" to the beach. It was a lifesaver.

Perfect location and amenities for the number of people. Everything is within walking distance. Kitchen is well equipped for cooking at home. Additional full sized fridge in garage was a bonus and well used. Only criticism was no one came to repair the outdoor shower or bring missing foosball balls that we reported early in our trip.

This is a great house for a large group. So much room. There are literally plates, glasses, silverware for a small army. Bathroom for every bedroom. Nice pool area. Quick walk to the beach. Loved it.

Definitely recommend! Plenty of space, cool areas (roof, back yard, etc.), and a great location near the restaurants/bars/shops. Easy walk to beach. All of that but still quiet in the house. Beach days was a perfect spot for our group to stay while enjoying the Volvo car open. The bedrooms were very comfortable and there were plenty of bathrooms for everyone. The room for a gathering was a good size with plenty of tables and chairs and couches . The kitchen was well supplied with good appliances and a nice flow for a large group. The staff at exclusive properties that welcomed us was very pleasant and informative. The only thing I might request is that the lockbox be more user-friendly. The release lever was small and difficult to maneuver, and the door to the box did not release/open easily. Thank you for a lovely stay. We had a great time in the in the beautiful house.

The home was equipped with everything even two dishwashers. Lots of tables for eating and playing games. Beach accessible. And an elevator .to boot. I would love to stay there again.
