Great stopover for our family in Tahoe on the way to the Redwoods in CA... House was clean and tiny roomy.. Host was excellent and very informative.. Definitely recommend the zip line adventure course in Tahoe City... our kids loved it..

Great location to get to Northstar and palisades. House has all the amenities, hot tub is awesome, plenty of room for a large group!

We took an annual ski trip, this time to California. The property was very clean, well maintained, and the kitchen was really well stocked! The host was responsive, and helpful with local suggestions. Would definitely stay here again!

We really liked the house and Warren was quite a great host. He communicated well with all the instructions before our trip and helped us resolve the TV issue while we were there. House is a bit smaller than it seems in the pictures. Great location and well equipped. The only minus is the living room furniture and bedroom mattresses could definitely use an upgrade.

Great property with everything one could need and great location.

We really enjoyed staying at this cozy home during our annual "friends of 20 years" summer trip. Kitchen is fully stocked with any kind of cookware you need, great porch with table for meals outside, 5 min drive to multiple beach sites, and super dog friendly (they provide dog beds and water/food bowls!). We had a group of 6 adults and it fit us all comfortably. Loved the shower in the master bathroom, has a skylight so you can see trees while bathing :) Warren gave us some helpful details ahead of time and was very communicative with all the dynamics of booking. If you're planning a family or friend trip to Tahoe this place is great!

We had an excellent time at Sunshine Daydream! The house itself was perfect. Plenty of space for our group of 6 and the dogs loved running around the fenced yard. It was incredibly well equipped and had everything we needed to cook and serve meals. We we took advantage of all the amenities, including the grill and the hot tub! The location was great too, only a few minutes drive from the lake, grocery store and restaurants. Big thanks to Warren for the restaurant recommendations, Whitecap Pizza and Lanza's Italian were both delicious and definitely worth a visit. This is an amazing property and we look forward to coming back!

We had a great time at this home! We had two families there, and we were very comfortable. The kitchen had everything that we needed to cook our meals. The Wi-Fi worked great for my son that had online classes. Communication with the owner was great, and we had no problems! Thank you so much for sharing your home!

Our family spent 3 nights at the cabin. It was clean and well equipped. Plenty of room for the 7 of us. The outside deck was large and the hot tub in the fenced yard was new and worked great. Only issue was the noise from the highway, which is very close to the cabin. There were also a few minor issues with disposer and screen door.

Great location and very cozy house. Special thanks to the owner of the house for letting my daughter and her husband to come to the house little bit early due to Bay Area traffic. I appreciate the flexibility that he provided for us. We really enjoyed the jacuzzi. Overall, we will be happy to stay at this house again.

The house was above and beyond our expectations. Everything from peer cut fire wood to soft homey towels made our stay relaxing and comfortable.

From start to finish we had a great stay at Sunshine Daydream! The location was perfect, short distance to the beach and a block away from great hiking trails. The house was extremely dog friendly (loved the fenced in yard) and more than enough space for 6 of us. The huge wrap around deck was perfect for bbqs and just hanging out. The house was equipped with all the essentials and then some. The living room had plenty of seating and a super cozy sofa. The communication with Warren was great and we had no issue with the check in/out process. Can’t wait to return-this was the perfect place for our stay.

The house is overall fantastic. It was very comfortable, well-provisioned for our stay, and had everything that we could have needed. We especially enjoyed having the awesome grill on the patio, and the TV/sound setup in the living room for an evening movie was really nice. Beds were very comfortable, and the hot tub outside was super clean, easy to use and very relaxing after a day of golf nearby. Our 2 small dogs also greatly appreciated having full run of the fenced-in back yard. The one thing we didn’t really expect (and I only found one other review mentioning it) was that the patio backs directly to the highway, and the passing traffic noise on the patio (or with the patio door open for air) is loud and incessant. Pretending it was the ocean didn’t work for me. Be sure to consider this if you are looking for a nice quiet patio as part of your stay.

Had a great experience staying here! Great location, close to the beach and town. House was a great space for 7 people. Warren was very responsive and a great host. Loved enjoying the outdoors and coming back to relax in the hot tub. Would definitely stay again and recommend to others.

This cabin had everything you needed. The kitchen was clean and well stocked. The laundry room was convenient. There are two driveways so enough room for parking. The deck is lovely and fenced as is the yard. It is near a cul de sac which is great for walking the dogs! All the beds are comfortable and we really enjoyed the shower upstairs. The loft bedroom had a clever curtain that can help keep out light; we didn’t figure out until the second night. We also enjoyed the ample natural lighting that streamed in through the windows and skylights. Wonderful! Cannot thank the owners enough for what they have done with this place! We did not use the hot tub but saw that it was working. The location is so convenient. Easy to get in and out! The touches to this home was stately and charming and modern and cozy. Soap, shampoo, and conditioner readily available. Sheets are smooth and soft. Towels were plentiful! The fireplace was really nice. There was wood you can use to burn. We did not use the grill but saw that it was available on the deck. They had NEST heating that was very easy to figure out. It was fantastic and all of us enjoyed our stay. Thank you! ❤️

Our family had a great time at Warren's cabin. The house was well stocked. I loved that there were so many towels for us to use during a rainy Tahoe weekend. The fenced backyard spoiled us and our pups. They loved this house too! Living room was super cozy for the family and we watched movies in the evening after a long day in the outdoors. It was very easy to communicate with the host. Thank you!

We would love to keep it as our own little secret and tell everyone it was terrible, but we can’t. It was wonderful. Nice, clean, great location. Perfectly sized and comfortable. Warren was very communicative and kind. We had a fantastic time and can not wait to stay at the Sunshine Daydream again!

We rented Warren's place for 5 adults and 3 kids and the house accommodated us beautifully! We visited Tahoe during a heat wave and the upstairs rooms were uncomfortably hot on arrival, but Warren sent us more fans promptly and it made a big difference. The house is very close to Kings Beach, which makes it a great destination and I would highly recommend this place. One minus is that the house is very close to the main road so you hear the cars zooming by if you spend time in the back yard and the hot tub, and during the daytime the backyard doesn't feel very private, but after sundown and a few moments in the hot tub, you forget such small details. Warren is a great and responsive host, we'd definitely visit again.

What a great house for my entire family to meet for a long weekend. The living area is really comfortable with a huge couch and an awesome wood burning stove. The kitchen has everything you need and the bedrooms and beds are very comfortable. My kids and dogs loved it. Owners were super responsive when I had a question. We'll definitely be back!

This was a perfect place for a mini family reunion in the snow with a toddler, his parents, his grandparents, his uncle and two golden retrievers! The home is very comfortable, perfectly situated in Kings Beach, with a well-stocked kitchen.

We loved this house and everything it came with! Every room was furnished beautifully - well stocked kitchen. Very clean throughout, and beds that were comfortable and dreamy. Kids loved it, dog loved it - happy parents. I especially appreciated the owner's personal touch in communicating the ins and outs of the house. We will definitely stay here again!!

Owner was very attentive; house was well-equipped; all "advertised" amenities were provided. Great family property and proximity to Kings Beach and Northstar a big plus!
