Great home!

Our three-day stay was an amazing stay with friends and family! Shawn, the property manager, was so good to work with! Would 10/10 recommend this house to everyone!

There was plenty of bedrooms for every one! The kitchen/living area was beautiful! Great view of the water and walking distance to night life. Only down fall is that the property only has 2 bathrooms. We would definitely stay again!

I can see why this rental is booked solid during the summer months. Plenty of room for everyone and great location. We rented this for Christmas since we had extra family this year. Open area for us all to be together and everyone had their private rooms too. The lake wasn't frozen so the kids could watch the ducks. Would love to stay here during the summer to take advantage of the location and fun things to do. But it worked well for our family's Christmas too. Highly recommend.

Gorgeously renovated inside, right on the lake. Island in the kitchen for eating, plus a table. Fully stocked with pots, pans, dishes, and ice maker. Very nice.

This home is beautifully placed near all the activities in Arnold's Park with a beautiful peaceful setting looking directly over the lake. This home has everything you could need for your get away! So many positives!! Absolutely loved this house and it's location. Shawn was so great to work with. Definitely a goal of mine to get back here with some friends or family asap when there's an opening!

Everyone loved that they had their own bedroom,kitchen was nice, could have used more dish towels.

We always love staying at this home. It's the perfect location to walk to fun activities. And it holds our entire family very well, usually with room to spare. Unfortunately with it being perfect for larger families, it gets booked quickly and far out. I do wish it would be offered to past guests first, but I understand why it is not. It's in high demand, and for good reason :)

Beautiful view, and the location is incredibly convenient. We walked to most places we wanted to experience. It was our second time staying and loved the nostalgia of it all.

Our west Okiboji home was wonderful and was beyond our expectations! The home and yard are well maintained and clean. Lots of room and beautiful kitchen to prepare meals. Everyone had a great time. Only problem is no one wanted to leave! Thank you Shawn!

The house was amazing…plenty of room for the 9 of us plus room for more! We enjoyed the yard, the dock, and the fire pit as well. Beautiful kitchen and suited our needs well.

It had been forever since we had truly taken a "family vacation" and with our young adults getting ready to fly the nest, we were really looking forward to this one. We had simply the best time! The property was as presented and our host was wonderful! Would definitely do this one again!

Only word to use is perfection! Location is perfect. Shawn is perfect. And accommodations exceeded our expectation.

Family spent the weekend at the property- 7 adults and 4 children with room to spare and lots of separated space to play. Location is amazing and easy walking distance to food, shopping and parks. The deck and lake view was perfect. Thank you for a wonderful experience!

House was great a couple of the beds could use a better mattress could feel the springs but all in all it was a great spot for us

Good stay nice property. Kitchen & bath very well appointed. Bedrooms could use updating upstairs. I stayed in the 1st bedroom on the right & bed very lumpy & uncomfortable, my back still hurts. I’ve stayed in at least 7 VRBO & have never been asked to strip beds & wash towels.

To cold for water play but we enjoyed family time just the same. within waling distance of shopping and restaurants.

Beautiful location and easy access to this property with an accessible and friendly host! Large gathering area with fully stocked kitchen and long center Island made a functional and very accommodating family area. Bedrooms and basement sleeping area were adequate. Only 2 bathrooms are challenging for a large group. House is surprisingly quiet between floors which made sleeping easy! We had a wonderful weekend and made a lot of priceless memories !

This was such great place, super spacious and clean. The yard and deck have a picture perfect view.

Wonderful house with 7 bedrooms. One bedroom has three bunk beds. Main part of the house has been updated and is awesome. Outstanding kitchen with everything you need. The two bathrooms are very nice and newly remodeled. The bedrooms are basic older cabin bedrooms but we didn’t spend any time in them except to sleep. Every room had its own air conditioning unit. . We worried a little about the dock being pretty old and springy but our family loved the fun water slide and fishing from the dock. We rented a boat one day and we were very thankful for the ability to dock it at the cabin. There is a large backyard with a big fire pit and a hammock. There are steep steps going down to the dock but there is a gate at the top for safety and lights. The location is amazing. We would love to go back and spend more time at the Okoboji house. We created wonderful memories there.
