Stayed at Carribean Blue for 9 days on the second trip to Eleuthera with my wife and loved this property. Everything about this house was perfect for us. The location is excellent, only a 5 minute drive to Governer's Harbour, but still very private and we enjoyed being able to get into the water right in front of the house. Also, some good snorkeling in front of the house. We brought paddleboards and getting them into the water from the ladder at the house was a breeze. The screened porch was great for the times the no see ums were out. The inside of the house was very clean and the kitchen was well stocked. The pictures really don't do this place justice! Storage area on the 1st floor all the beach necessities and a 2 person kayak. The owner was very helpful and responsive. I cannot recommend this house enough!

This was our fourth stay at Caribbean Blue and it was as wonderful as the others. It offers a great location and stunning views in a very convenient location near Governor's Harbour. Kerry and Barry Cadet are both great to deal with. Enjoy!

Everything was as advertised or better. The views were terrific the location perfect and the property pristine. Communication with the owners and caretakers was easy and their responses were quick. The property is close enough to necessities and adventure while being secluded enough to not see anyone else. The house and property were both clean and orderly and offered everything necessary plus much more, things impossible to pack for a beach vaca like chairs, kayak, coolers etc were all available there. Other than food and bathing suits everything else was there for our use. The next time we go we will absolutely be trying to book Caribbean Blue again. We went with some other families that had other properties and we had the best one hands down. 5 stars across the board only because 6-7-8-9-10 stars isn’t an option.

This was our second stay at Caribbean Blue. We first came over the December holidays in 2016. After a "normal" holiday in 2017 we knew we would have rather been in the islands, so we came back for the holidays in 2018 again. The location is ideal, about halfway between the northern and southern tips of the island, making it easy to take excursions to see all that Eleuthera has to offer. It is also close (but not too close) to Governor's Harbor, which is the biggest town on the island and a good place to stock up on supplies as well as the home of a number of great restaurants. Kerry has done a great job with this place. The house itself has all the amenities of home, plus a screened in porch and water access for snorkeling, swimming, or kayaking right from the tiki hut on the back deck. The furnishings are comfortable and attractive, and snorkeling gear and a kayak are provided if you don't have your own. Also, inner tubes, a gas grill, guide books, DVD's, sun screen, spices, full kitchen with appliances and cookware, you name it you got it. There were only 2 of us, but the place can easily sleep 6, and there is enough room (plus the deck/tiki area) that it won't feel crowded even at capacity. There is a reason all of the reviews of this place are positive. I will happily and enthusiastically echo the recommendation to stay at this fabulous vacation rental on a beautiful and mainly unspoiled island paradise. Barry and Chad (the caretakers) are very helpful. Chad may be the nicest woman in the world, and Barry rented us a sturdy 4 wheel drive jeep for our stay, which was definitely needed, as the drive onto and out of the property is quite steep, and as many of the best beaches on the island are accessed well off of the main road. If you like to get away from it all in a relaxed and peaceful setting, with many nearby options for water activities and dining, this is the place for you. Highly recommended.

From the moment of pick up till we had to (sadly) leave, everything was wonderful. Location, amenities, caretakers, cleanliness, ambiance, all were on point. My husband, whose standards are very high, gives it the excellent rating. First time I've heard him use this word on any of our travels. Have not left the island yet and already reminiscing about all our incredible adventures! We found everything to be as promoted ...absolutely perfect! The location is secluded which we enjoyed very much and having a Jeep rented through Barry Cadet it gave us flexibility everyday to do shopping if needed or discover a new beach! Although we were often content to just relax and enjoy our outdoor spaces : ) We enjoyed the snorkeling right from the property..felt like I was in an aquarium esp. around what seemed to be 4pm feeding time lol! It was fun to have the use of the kayak. We used it to go explore the beach we could see from the house! The sky was quite a spectacular site at night! The show the stars put on for us was the best we have ever seen! Kerry was a gem to make arrangements with prior to our arrival! Always quick to reply and offer lots of perfect advise! Chad and Barry were the epitimy of Hospitality once we arrived! Chad met us at the airport helped us to our truck and led the way to the house! She showed us around and settled us in then was always a quick text reply away if we had any questions! Thank you to all! While there I celebrated a Birthday and we asked Chef Devaughn Sweeting to prepare us an island extravaganza! He was quick to respond before our arrival and make all necessary arrangements! The meal was incredible and hospitality top notch! Thank you Chef Devaughn and mentor ,mother ..the beautiful Ms. Theola The wifi was strong and consistent! Loved the hotspot we could keep charged and take along for our adventures! That is a great benefit! The only suggestion we can think of that may have improved the visit would be the addition of sun loungers on the deck! Certainly made use of and appreciated the chairs,tables ,floats,and fins. Also noted there was fishing poles but never attempted : ) We thoroughly enjoyed everything about Caribbean Blue and can highly recommend it to guests looking for Romantic seclusion!

We are repeat customers to Caribbean Blue ...The house is on a secluded piece of land adjacent to Govenors Harbour with easy access to pristine beaches and local hangouts...The owners as well as the care takers of the property are very accomadating ..we have never had and issue with anything at the BLUE....Come stay relax and explore and see the beauty that is Eluthera

The house was awesome and located in a beautiful spot right on the water across from Levi Island and seven minutes away from Governor’s Harbour. We spent time exploring Eleuthera and nearby islands. The porch is tranquil, and I loved sitting out there and looking over the water to Levi Island and Cupid’s Cay. My husband and I loved our stay there, and we hope to head back there soon.

This home is lovely! The views are amazing! Kitchen was well stocked and had anything you might need. The location was great for taking day trips and exploring the island. The house was very clean and well taken care of. Chad- the caretaker- was so sweet! Had a wonderful beach close by (French Leave). Had several great places to eat!! Felt safe. Very friendly people on the Island. The Friday Fish Fry was a lot of fun! 1648 - I think it was called and Buccanear's are very close and great food! Bakery in Governor's Harbour was very good! The house was very private and beds were comfy! Our family had a wonderful time!! Made memories of a lifetime!

Spent a week at Caribbean Blue and it was wonderful! We were four women, all in our 60's, and felt VERY safe the whole time. The house is well appointed and Kerry was so easy to work with. Private location with easy access to Governor's Harbour for shopping and restaurants as well as several local hot spots dotted up and down Queen's Highway. We spent our days under the palapa and our evenings on the screened in porch. The photos do not depict how nice the house is or how beautiful the water is. We had dolphins off the shore almost every morning and starfish in the rocks every evening. Our purpose was to relax and recharge and Caribbean Blue did the trick! The house would also be great for couples or families. We're already looking forward to next year!

Eleuthera is fabulous, and so is Caribbean Blue. We have stayed there twice now and highly recommend it. The house is stocked with just about anything you could want.

The visit was exceptional, visiting from Colorado and S. Caroline two moms w/ two boys (12 & 13). Barry and Shad the care takers were so nice and the home was in great condition and super clean. Loved the central location easy to get to things and into Governors Harbor. The setting is super peaceful and private, loved it! We had no idea where we were going and never had been to Eleuthera and felt the location of the home was perfect and easy to get around. Barry and Shad met us at the airport (rent a car from them!) short drive to Caribbean Blue. Tippy's is a must and the beach it is on (French Leave) is gorgeous. Hope to come back and will recommend to friends! Thank you for such a nice home and all the great amenities. Do not plan on using wifi never could download but was a nice break for us!

We had a wonderful time at Caribbean Blue ! We have traveled many years , and stayed in many rental homes all over the world.We can say, The owners have taken the time to be sure all your comforts are met, and that you are made to feel like it truly is your home away from home.The caretakers are just a call away,made it very easy to pick up/and return car/house keys, and where there to answer /help with any thing you needed. We will very likely return in the future!

The vacation of a lifetime, The Caribbean Blue offered my wife and I all the necessities of home and the seclusion of a tropical resort. We are going to book another week so we can experience all the enjoyments that we didnt have time to experience. Bring a lot of defrag time, you will enjoy!

We have stayed in a lot of vacation rental homes on Eleuthera and Caribbean Blue is one of the most well stocked and well maintained homes we have ever been to. The kitchen has everything you need to cook at home and they have a plethora of toys, coolers and chairs to take with you to the beach. You can tell that the owners visit frequently and take care of all the little things that make your stay so much more enjoyable. The french doors in the main room make you feel like you are outside even when you are forced indoors by the no-seeums. They have fans in every room and plenty of windows with good screens so you can have lots of fresh air. We would not hesitate to rent Caribbean Blue again and most likely will. Of all the places we have stayed CB has been one of our absolute favorites and words cannot begin to express what a spectacular time we had there. Kerry and Joyce were extremely helpful and very responsive to all my questions. The only thing we felt could be improved on, would be to put a larger lounging area and cabana out front. The sand out front that is shown in the photos has blown away. But we could see some spray-paint on the ground so hopefully that is in the works. The way they have their water access set up makes it really easy to get yourself and the kayak in and out of the water. There is great snorkeling out front and we loved our morning Kayak out to Levi Island. We miss this place so much already!!

Clean, comfortable, beautiful views on this unique island. Good vaue and great location. Fully stocked home perfect for a family vacation exploring empty beaches and great snorkeling right off the shore. Owners and caretaker of home very friendly, helpful, receptive. Would not hesitate to go back.

I could write so much more but we get choked up just thinking of this place. Our only complaint was that the owners did not warn us the spell of Caribbean Blue and Eleuthera. It will take you 2-3 weeks after you get back to wake up back to reality was a little depressing;) One thing make sure you look out torwards Levi island we saw dolphins and they did come close to the property. We will absolutely return. The owners are great and the house keeper barry we never saw as we had no issues.

There was plenty of swim equipment Floats ,etc.) and outdoor chairs, coolers, and fishing poles located in the storage room downstairs. One very large cooler to take to the grocery store or to pick up fish or lobster from Governors Harbor-giving you time to relax and stop at Ronnies for a couple cold ones before heading back to the house. The interior was immaculate. Great to have purified water, and the cupboard had all the spices you can imagine (plus we left some too). Everything we needed and more was ALREADY there. We just re-stocked what we used (sugar ,etc.) The caretakers treated us like family. Hugging us before we left and even gave us some jam and botled tomatoes to take home. They are there right away if you need them. Kerry ,one of the owners was prompt to ask our numerous questions about anything and everything you could imagine from "Where is your favorite beach located" to "who has the best conch salad." The outdoor grill was something not all rentals provide, but came in ery handy. With a charcoal grill and the island wind, you csometimes may wait a long time to get dinner ready! If you have never been there, be sure to travel the gauntlet to Lighthouse Beach. Pick up a map at the Tourism Department in Governors Harbour across from Mark's Burgers. This map is really large and detailed. I plan to frame mine for home. THis map will direct you to whatever it is you want to see. Also, use the Beach guide provided in the house.
