I loved that this house was stocked with all that was needed. I was disappointed that the door knob of the Mayer bedroom kept falling off, the garbage disposal didn’t work. Overall, the property was nice and the house was lovey. Thanks for the stay!

This home was perfect for my family of 7. There was plenty of room for everyone and then some. This home made you feel welcome and comfortable. The pool was refreshing and it had plenty of pool toys for everyone to enjoy. 10 out of 10, I do recommend! I would stay definitely stay here again if I'm ever in Chandler.

This is a nice place to stay and is in a quiet neighborhood - we will seek it out when we return. The pool was refreshing when it was 115 degrees! Contact with the owner was good with quick response.

We rented the house to visit family and wanted a private pool for our kids to enjoy. Our kids loved playing in the pool and even said the house feels like home. Very stress free and easy way for kids to enjoy the pool and good weather. Relaxing vacation for mom and dad. House is very clean and stocked with basics needed, including pool toys and lots of towels. Neighborhood is pretty and quite. Easy and quick drive to downtown chandler for good restaurant etc. Would highly recommend if you are looking to rent a house in the area.

House was clean and vrbo information was accurate. Clothes washer was not working and home manager informed us that the Repairman could not come until the day of checkout. This was inconvenient, but we managed. Also, the Pool needed attention, it was cloudy and the chemicals were out of balance. We checked water quality and added necessary chemicals to make it safe to use. Property owners said they would bring it to attention of pool person. The inside of the property has been recently updated, the furniture is nice and it was clean. When the washer is repaired and pool water issues are fixed I would recommend the property. After talking to home owner I feel confident these two issues will be addressed.

What a great house for our family of 4! Plenty of space to spread out and relax. Pool right out the back door was great to have, eating under the covered area out back was a nice treat. Neighborhood was quite and easy access to everything we wanted to do and see. Hosts answered all our questions in a timely manner can’t say enough nice things about there place. We hope to stay again on another trip to AZ!!

My husband and I came to AZ for a long weekend getaway for our 11th anniversary. The house worked out perfect for us, it was very clean and welcoming. Instructions were very clear on what to do when we got there and what to do before we needed to leave. There was a problem with the pool heat when we got there. I contacted the owner letting them know that there was a problem and she contacted their pool company. She gave us a partial refund for the pool not working the way that we wanted it to and luckily the problem was fixed before we left so we were able to swim at the very end of our stay. We were very happy with the house and the owners and would recommend this house.

We had a phenomenal experience here in Chanderr, mostly because we were with family, but this home was just that, a home. It was lovely, comfortable and super clean. The expectations of care and instructions were clearly laid out. The pool was the seller: clean and sparkling and refreshing. We loved this stay.

We enjoyed our stay in this property very much. Great kitchen with everything you might need. We used the living room a lot and it was perfect. Pool was sparkling and we swam often. Jane and Steve were great hosts. We stay in Phoenix often and are now fans of the Sun Lakes area, it’s a great community.

The property was great. The house is roomy, clean, and newly remodeled. The outside has a large covered area, which we were very grateful for since it rained our entire weekend. The covered area saved our weekend. Although it rained the entire time, we spent almost no time indoors (meals and sleeping) as we had plenty of room to sit, chat, and play games. We utilized the large pool and the large seating areas were a pleasure to hang out in the water(yes we swam in the rain!). The hosts were attentive and responded quickly whenever there was a question. There is a Safeway just down the road and is very convenient for any last minute items needed. The ice maker in the fridge kept up the entire weekend and we never needed to purchase any except for the cooler the first night. As for any other amenities or activities in the area, all I can say is we NEVER left the house. The only complaint would be nit-picking and against "housekeeping". Paper products were not made readily available and had to be "searched" for in the garage. The master bath had a half roll of toilet paper on the roll and a spare in a basket on the counter. The main bath had nothing on the roller and no spare rolls (even though the roller would hold 3). There were no paper towels on the roller in the kitchen. As I said, nit-picking, but important small touches. All in all, we had the most, amazing, relaxing weekend and would definitely stay here again.

This is a great place to spend time away with family. The pool is so refreshing and the perfect focus area to gather, tell family stories, and barbeque. You won’t regret choosing this property.

We stayed for a month and thoroughly enjoyed this home from start to finish. Our 2 year old granddaughter visited for a week and the home had toys etc... for her to play with. She also enjoyed the swimming pool. . Highly recommend this Sun Lakes home!

Very well equipmed and cozy home for my family to stay while we celebrated a 17th birthday and watch some hockey. The pool was perfect for family time and making memories! The owners are extremely responsive and truly made the say so easy. We will be back!!

The most important thing renting a VRBO is being clean, smelling clean and a good bed. I’m a little confessed why I’m charged for cleaning services?

The home was very spacious and cozy. My boys just loved the pool. Very easy to start the water feature and tons of pool toys. Really had a great time and it was a very quiet neighborhood. The kitchen was breeze to navigate stove and dishwasher. Definitely would recommend for anybody that needs a weekend getaway. It’s perfect.

Location was perfect for visiting other areas. A quiet and safe neighborhood put my at great ease. The house was very clean and everything I needed was available. When I had a question the owner went beyond what was expected to make sure I was comfortable. The pictures do not do this place justice.

When we walked into this dated, 90° house (literally 90°) we realized that this was not what we expected. The house was musty, dusty, and clearly in need of an update. The Carpet was worn with multiple stains. The pool was in good condition, but the water feature was broken, as was the pool umbrella, the towels were soured. The outside of the house was dirty. In fact, dirt was all over the porch, tables and chairs, and tons of chlorine shock bags were being stored in the gas grill (which we chose not to cook on because of its condition). In general, the pool was very nice and the fruit trees were lovely. The owners were very responsive and we had no trouble getting in. Bed was comfortable and the master bedroom was nice. We will choose another property on our next visit to PHX!
