We were 3 couples - loved the bedroom spaces - all equal rooms with ensuite bathrooms The kitchen was very well equipped- we didn’t need anything else to cook at home - grocery store close as well many restaurants- for a special night out chose Casa Del Mar The location was what made this beachfront property exceptional- every day we spent walking the beach - and playing in the waves and tidal pools Dustin was super helpful and the staff friendly and accommodating Love to revisit next year!!

You can’t get more beachfront than this perfectly located house in the cool beach/surfer town of Santa Teresa. The house was spacious with plenty of room both inside and out. The air conditioner worked well (very much needed given the warm tropical climate). Dustin was great and helped us organize an impromptu fishing trip where we caught 7 Dorado in 3 hours. The beach in front was great for sunset watching and was an easy walk to surf breaks both north and south. Restaurants were also all within walking distance. If you don’t want/need a pool - you’d be hard pressed to find a better place right on the beach! Best value in Santa Teresa!

Our week at Casa Amore was fabulous...the house was perfectly located, right on the beach and close to several great eateries and shopping. The kitchen was extremely well-stocked with everything we needed to make meals. Dustin the caretaker could not have been more user-friendly...great recommendations and solved any issues that we had. Overall, a tremendous experience!

Casa Amore was the perfect place to say for our two young families. We have been to Santa Teresa previously (before children), so we knew this was a central location close to shops (short walk to groceries and restaurants) and surf. But the house and property were even better than expected! There was plenty of room for our four young children to play and explore (the compost pile filled with hermit crabs was very entertaining). We enjoyed lounging on the sofas or hammocks outside in the shade midday to take a break from the sun. And the kids would explore in the shaded yard looking for creatures and shells. Morning and evening surf was just a short walk down the beach. And the tide pools kept the kids entertained for hours, not to mention the boogie boarding with boards complements of Casa Amore! We mostly made dinner each evening (rather than eating out) after watching the beautiful sunset and ate at the large outdoor dining table. The house felt clean and spacious with comfortable beds, powerful AC, and a very well-stocked kitchen. We really appreciated the over-night security guard and cleaning crew. Dustin, the property manager, was awesome. He was attentive, helpful, and quick to respond if we had any questions. The Wi-Fi worked well. There was an excellent media room as well (but we never really used it as there was just so much outdoor adventures to be had)! My only complaint is that vacations always have an end. But at least we now know we have “our place” to go back to whenever we return to ST. Thanks for making our Costa Rican getaway even better than expected Casa Amore!

Sometimes in life you get one of the jolts of your expectations are way exceeded This property is so much better then my thoughts it would be , roomy, great layout , exactly what you would think a house in costa Rica should be and in the biggest asset of any property LOCATION LOCATION LOCATION

Property location is amazing, right on the beach for sunsets and surfing. The house manager Dustin was on top of everything. Highly recommend.

We had a lovely time at Casa Amore. Everything was perfect, the weather, the rooms, the kitchen amenities. I can't wait to come back!

House is well equipped, super clean, and the house manager is very responsive. Loved the proximity to the beach and walkability to the village. Huge backyard for hammocks and animal watching. Media room is a hit for the teens. A/C is fantastic. House is a bit dark and could use some more light and some painting/upgrades, but overall a great find.
