The house is super cute and very clean! It is in a great location; we were even able to walk to dinner one night. We would definitely return.

I've rented numerous homes thru VRBO in numerous places, including a few different homes in Pacific Grove, and I have to say that this is probably among my favorites.
It is one of the cleanest/tidiest places I've ever rented, located in the heart of PG. It's a comfortable place to relax and feels spacious despite it's modest size. The interior is very tastefully done, modern, uncluttered. We lacked for nothing, really. We particularly enjoyed the gas fireplace in the living room.
Street parking is very good (we were able to park on the street right near the front door). The neighborhood is quiet and the other homes are all well maintained vintage homes.

We had an amazing time at Sandra’s home in PG. the house was so clean and cozy. Those who stayed on the pull out couch said it was comfortable, and the 2 other bedroom beds were comfy as well. We enjoyed the ease of the fireplace, the quick walk to lovers point beach, and utilized the kitchen to make a delicious breakfast. Thank you so much for our stay! We hope to return annually!

My mom and two daughters came to stay and visit the aquarium and Pacific Grove. The house was clean, cozy and the perfect set up for us. My daughters are 13 and 9, so the set up was really perfect. The location was perfect…close to restaurants, grocery stores and the aquarium. We had an issue with the front door lock and Sandra answered immediately. Would definitely stay here again and recommend this place!!

Excellent location. Quiet neighborhood near the coast and also walking distance to downtown and great restaurants. Comfortably remodeled and spacious accommodations. Host has provided all amenities. Would definitely recommend and will probably stay here again on our next trip to the area.

This was a great base for exploring Monterey, Carmel, and Big Sur. The house was quiet, clean, and had very comfortable beds. We slept like logs!

It's in a great location just a couple blocks from Lovers Point and downtown Pacific Grove. It's a very clean and beautifully remodeled downstairs unit. Checking in was seamless, and communication with the host was excellent.

Location, location, location! A clean and comfortable place to stay within easy walking distance to the amazing Pacific Grove coastline anf also the shops and restaurants along Lighthouse Ave. Quiet neighborhood and easy parking along the street.

This charming two-bedroom unit is within minutes of Lover's Point and about a seven-minute walk to downtown. It is perfect for two couples to get away or a small family. The kitchen was very well equipped, as were the bathrooms. Thoughtful touches throughout and would rent it again and recommend it to friends visiting the area.

This is one of the best rentals we have ever stayed in! Not only was the house well maintaned and well stocked, but the location was just wonderful! We were able to walk to so many great resturants and along the coastal path.

No hassle check in, place was spotless and super comfortable, perfect for two couples. In a very quiet neighborhood but within walking distance of restaurants and Monterey Bay. Really nice bathrooms!

The house was absolutely beautiful! The location was perfect, it was close to everything. My family and I took an evening stroll to the park down the street and walked over to the beach to enjoy the scenery. Sandra was so responsive and sweet. The check in process was seamless, the place was clean and she provides everything you will need. Thank you so much, Sandra. You’re an amazing host we will definitely stay here again!

This is a beautiful, immaculate property in a fantastic location. The decor was comfortable and beautiful. It had a very California coastal calm vibe. The apartment had everything we needed. The bathrooms must have been recently updated and are gorgeous. We walked to the beach every day and to fantastic restaurants in Pacific Grove. The neighborhood was quiet and I loved hearing the seagulls when we woke up in the morning. It was just what we hoped for, a relaxing beach getaway before school started.

This clean, bright unit is very well situated to walk to nearby shopping and restaurants. The Aquarium is a leisurely walk along the shore or short drive.

We enjoyed our stay. Great for a family with kids. Provides many comforts of home. There is only one tv so pack the ipads for the kids or not. The tenants upstairs were quiet and hardly noticeable. Make sure to check the weather before heading out as it was cool weather during our stay. Great walking distance to eateries, beach and located in a quiet neighborhood. Thank you for making it feel like a home away from home.

We were lucky enough to find this property that was just steps away to some friends that live in the area. For our family of 4, the set-up and layout were great. The place had all of the amenities we could need and was very clean and organized. We're excited to have a go-to place the next time we come down to visit!
Beyond being close to friends, the location is super convenient to walk to Lover's Point and the main drag of PG with restaurants, shops, etc. (and the aquarium, of course)!

Perfect stay for in-laws and us with our kid to explore Monterrey and Carmel. Very close to golf course which was a plus and could walk to aquarium

The duplex was walking distance to the beach and main walking trail. Very clean as if no one had been there. Thoughtful touches - wine and chocolate, lots of towels, puzzles and games and recommendations for attractions on the area.

We had a lovely stay here, the home was cozy and clean. The beds were super comfortable and probably some of the best linen I’ve had staying at a rental.
The management company/owner was very responsive to a question we had and I appreciated the quick response.
Ideal location for walking to local coffee, restaurants and beach. Overall I’d recommend to anyone.

This house was the perfect home base for our Big Sur adventure. The home is incredibly clean and well stoked with the basics. We loved the location which was walkable to several shops, restaurants and Lover's Point. I highly recommend it to anyone.

The perfect location for a stay in Pacific Grove/Monterey. The house is clean and updated, but historic and gives you a real feeling of being "home." Perfect for walks to town or down to Lover's Point. Very nicely furnished, and host supplied snacks & wine, tea & coffee. Loved this place!
