This was our second stay at this lovely home. We loved every thing about it ie. Location, furnishings, golf cart, cleanliness and staples(toilet paper paper towels etc). Looking forward too next years stay.

We had a fantastic stay here. The home is beautiful and the location to Brownwood Square, Eisenhower rec center and the neighborhood pool is perfect. We also rented the golf cart which is the best way to get around. The home is well appointed with everything you need. The property manager was super fast at answering any questions. I’d highly recommend staying here.

The house was very clean when we arrived. The toiletries and supplies made available to use were plentiful. The location is ideal to both the pools and the town square. We had a wonderful stay.

We had an absolutely perfect stay at this property!! The location is perfect for getting so many places easily! The house is exactly as pictured and one of the best stocked homes we have stayed at! Beds are comfortable and the check in process was a breeze! Highly recommend!!

This house met all of our needs during our stay for a celebration of life. It had all the amenities that we needed, and if we were going to be there for a fun vacation it had those as well. If we ever need a house to stay in The Villages again, this will be our place. Check-in was easy and the property manager is very helpful.

We went to the villages to visit with family members who live there. They showed all the amenities and activities. We were very busy everyday with all the fun outdoor activities and events. The Villages is definitely a place where everyone can find something fun daily that suits the individual.

Great location to Eisenhower and Brownwood. Home was clean and communication was good. Property manager called and got us in early. Had temp resident and guest passes, all worked out fine with the golf tee times.

Incredible property minutes from brownwood paddock!
This was hands down the best rental property we have ever stayed at. Absolutely incredible location, very clean, well stocked. Minutes from brownwood paddock and from multiple pools in the area/ shopping nearby. Super convenient. Also fully equipped with a golf cart and bikes which made it very fun to get around! The screened in lanai was one of the best parts of the house, we enjoyed meals and coffee daily!
Hosts were very accommodating and quick to respond as well. Would definitely return!

Birthday Girls Trip
This property is outstanding, we arrived late at night and was able to enter the property with no problem. Very clean and the location is prime, close to everything we wanted to do. Neighbors were friendly. We felt safe. I definitely plan to use this property again for future trips to The Villages. The owners and property management company were very easy to work with and very accommodating.

Abode full of Sunshine in the Village of Collier
Property was very clean, comfortable and full of sunshine. Check in was easy. Loved the lanai for morning coffee and evening adult beverages. The kitchen was full of starter items for your convivence.
The only updates we would love to see for our next visit: new Teflon skillets and sauce pan, extra plugins by bedside for all electronic devices including usb, and new listing title to remind renters of available Golf Cart for additional fee (which I missed in the details but assumed by 1st pictures)
This beautiful house is in a great central location and is on a quiet street of the neighborhood. We will definitely rent again in the future.

Fantastic house, great southern villages location
Worked with BK to rent the Johnson’s very nice house. BK was great to work with and was always available. Golf cart and bikes were included as was every kitchen utensil you could possibly need. Located 5 minute cart drive from Brownwood village and 20 minutes from several golf courses, it is a great location. We will definitely stay here again during our yearly golf outing.

Great place
This property was immaculate and stocked with everything you could possibly need. The beds were comfy we enjoyed cruising in the golf cart and enjoying everything The Villages has to offer. We will definitely be back!

Great property and location
My wife and I stayed a week and had my sister in law and her husband for the weekend. Upon arriving we were amazed of the preparation the management team had done. The home was immaculately clean, any questions about the area were already in a pamphlet by the front door. If you read the pamphlet you will be able to navigate the home options and general area like you have been living there for years.

Beautiful, Clean & Comfortable!!!
The house exceeded our expectations! The house was clean, comfortable and well equipped with anything you might need. Although we did not have a chance to use the 4 seater gas golf carts or 2 bikes, it was nice to have that option. It was an easy walk to Eisenhower Regional Rec Center, a short ride by cart to Brownwood & centrally located to all activities in the Villages. It is obvious that the owners, Nanci & Randy, put a lot of care & thought in making their guests feel welcome. Also, thank you B.K. & Don for a spotless house!! We would definitely stay again!!
