Great time!

Perfect location and great communication with host.

We love this property, it was our 4th time staying here and is a part of our tradition. It is perfect for my son and I to come to Golf Camp. The location is great with easy access to the area.

Everything was as promised. We didn't spend much time at the condo since we were in pinehurst to visit our kids & grandchildren.

Had a great week in Southern Memories. The weather cooperated, played golf several days, walked Weymouth Woods and the Reservoir, ate great Mexican, BBQ, Shepards pie at Dugan's. Tne unit was everything I needed after a dreary winter up North.

Southern Memories on #3 was a great place to stay for a short trip to Pinehurst for 1 or 2 people - easy check in, great communication, and clean. Most important was the price combined with a great location - just a 10 minute walk or short drive to Pinehurst Village for coffee, pub, and restaurants.

What an awesome, well organized and clean place.

This is our favorite place to stay in Pinehurst, NC. Owner is VERY responsive and accommodating. My wife left her phone charger and and he sent it back to use very quickly.

The property was great! Perfect location for my daughters golf tournament! (Can walk to the resort) Property was very clean and check in and check out process is easy! Thanks for a great stay!

Fast & Easy Access...Great Location and excellent accomadations!

My husband and I enjoyed a fabulous stay at Southern Memories. The condo was well appointed, immaculate and nicely decorated. Todd, the host, was very responsive and even suggested a local restaurant for our first night. He was right on! I highly recommend this beautiful Pinehurst condo.

The property is well maintained and attractive. The owner was fantastic at getting back to me immediately with any questions I had. As evident from the pictures it is a very small property. We were visiting a relative and needed a place to sleep. We used the kitchen only to make coffee, but the cupboards and drawers were fully stocked with everything you could need. The seating in the living room was comfortable, but I found the room cold since it is all flooring and no rugs/carpets. The single bathroom is small and opens into both the living room and bedroom so there is very little privacy. The bed is a queen which it turns out isn’t great for a couple used to sleeping in a king. There are a few things I hope the owners will address: The comforter on the bed is very heavy and warm which was uncomfortable - a down comforter in a duvet would be an improvement. The water pressure in the shower is non-existent. I could rinse off but couldn’t wash my hair, so I showered at my relatives. Lastly, the toilet paper provided was single ply - personally not where I would save money. The location is nice and quiet at the end of a neighborhood of single family homes.

I arrived late in the day to no AC. Communicated with owner. He told me how to access his owner closet to get a fan. Had someone there the next morning to work on it. He kept me updated during the day about their progress. I came back to a nice cool unit. Very nice!

Stayed with my 10yo while we played Worlds. Perfect location. Great spot for the two of us. Basic kitchen, enough for us to eke out a few dinners. We’d love to come back!

My son and I come down each year for golf camp, this is our third year staying in Southern Memories and we love it. It's the perfect location to everything and is super comfy. It has everything we need and we both love it.

Visited Pinehurst to attend North and South Women's Amateur for several days. Very nice accommodation, clean, easy access, comfy. Nice value for cost. Second time stay and will be back.

We had a fantastic stay at this condo on course #3. Condo is the perfect size for 2 guests and is close to everything. Neighborhood is quiet and we couldn't have asked for a better stay/value on this unit. We will come back again! Thanks, Todd!

The condo was perfect for our stay. Everything was clean and in place as described. My girlfriend liked signing the guest book. Only thing I would give less than perfect on would be the bedroom lighting. Wish there was a celling light in the middle of the room because it was a little dark. I would stay here again most definitely.

Property is in an excellent location to enjoy the area. Perfect for our needs, well equipped, host is accessable for any questions you may have.. Intend to make this a routine stay when we visit our daughter in Sanford, NC.

The perfect spot to stay to experience the best of Pinehurst. Comfortable accommodations with a golf course view located close to all the Pinehurst courses and attractions. Hosts make everything effortless and they are so responsive! Will definitely book again!

I was in Pinehurst for a family wedding and wanted to stay in a condo vs a hotel room. Todd's condo was nicely decorated, had a wonderful porch that looked out at the golf course, but also there was a big bush with lots of birds. The bed was comfortable, wifi worked great, and the kitchen was fine for a few days and had everything I needed. The coffee pot has both a regular pot and Kuerig dispenser (bring your own coffee.) There were extra towels and I liked the recliner to watch TV. I walked the golf course every morning before the course opened which was very beautiful. The towns of Pinehurst and Southern Pines are adorable and cute with shops and great restaurants. Great value and cheaper than a hotel!
