We love Lake Michigan and have stayed in several houses in this neighborhood. Great place. Enough space for our family of 6 but not so big that teenagers can hide from family, board-game night... Very clean and organized. Owners spent a lot of time labeling kitchen tool locations, light-switch functions, etc. Definitely recommend.

The house is so cute. Great location love the view of the little lake. Everything we needed was there. Kitchen had great appliances and utensils. Plenty of towels and blankets. Loved our stay.

Great family vacation! Everything went very smoothly. The house was beautiful. The kids loved playing in the sand and fishing and kayaking on the lake. Spent the evening around the bonfire roasting hotdogs and marshmallows . We all had a great time!

The owners have a kayak, which we used daily. There are plenty more to borrow a couple of doors down, but we liked having our own. The on-site paddleboard could be newer--even though we emptied all water from it, it seemed to not float well for paddleboarding, so we didn't really use it.

Management was great. When we arrived we'd realized the golf cart key didn't work (there was a mixup)--and even though it was after normal business hours, someone came within ten minutes to give us the right key. Really pleased with that.

Overall loved the location, and the entire house was nicely equipped and decorated in such a pleasing way. We're definitely planning to come back again for a longer stay. Such a perfect getaway.

Fully equipped and more, new and extremely clean, lots of bathrooms and tv's. Best of all was the location with beautiful views and easy access to the hike around Lake Kai to the Lake Michigan beaches. Nice kitchen and the great room was big enough for our family. We did have to watch the grandchildren near the stairs to the lower level, but they loved finding toys and books in the cupboards and playing at the Beachwalk playground. People in the community were friendly and it was fairly quiet for Mother's Day weekend.

The property was clean, had all the amenities that we needed and the beach/ lake access was fantastic! We will definitely be staying here again in the future.

Our group of 6 had an incredible weekend here! The property is immaculate. The layout is so perfect for groups or families. Each of us were able to sleep in our own bed. There were plenty of bathrooms for us to all be showered and getting ready. The outdoor area was SO wonderful! Even with the chilly, windy weather, we had so much fun sitting around the fire. A couple of our more adventurous girls even took advantage of the kayak and paddleboard! The neighborhood is adorable and the golf cart was handy for exploring. We had absolutely no issues during our stay...except for a rogue shoe that the property manager kindly shipped back to us! There is already talk of making this an annual visit.

This was our second time renting this beautiful home. It was perfect for our girls getaway.

The place was very clean and had everything we needed. The house had a beautiful view of the lake with a really nice fire pit. The kids enjoyed the paddle board and kayak. The golf cart made it nice to get around the resort. Enjoyed the volleyball courts with the family as well.

Great spotless, well maintained new home with a great stocked kitchen and very nice grill on the deck. Home also comes with great toys that include pool table, paddle board, kayak, wagon and golf cart. Home is located with home on each side, but is definitely more private than many of the rentals in this area. Nice master suite on each of the upper and lower floors makes great stay for two or more families. Upper deck overlooking the water was wonderful for relaxing and lower deck opening to fire ring, small private beach and access to the water was an excellent place was for play. We looked around while in the area and hope to return to Senor Mariposa next time.
