We had a party of 7 adults and 1 child. The condo was clean and very comfortable and fit all of us with no problem. It was conveniently located and walking distance to baldy. It had everything we needed. I would highly recommend.

This Vrbo was very impressive and comfortable. The kitchen was stocked so you only had to buy groceries you needed. I would not say it is not a true 4 bedroom. There are two bedrooms on the lower level, and then in the loft/upper level, there is an open space with a bed and a room only separated from the open loft by a door that is completely see-through. Okay if privacy is not an issue for your group. Although this was not an issue for our group, it is worth noting that this listing is not accessible. You have to climb a flight of outdoor stairs to access the property.

The property is located towards the back of the condo complex which makes it quiet for a good nights sleep. It is within walking distance (10 minutes) of great places to eat, the grocery store, and shops. The condo itself is spacious, clean, and well stocked with everything you may need. Beds are comfortable and clean, but if you sleep hot the down comforters are a bit much. When we were cleaning to leave my mom’s pillow ended up in the pile of sheets. I contacted Doug and he was great to work with to send it back and paid the shipping. Overall we were very pleased with the stay and would definitely book again when going to Ketchum.

We really liked all the beds and two full bathrooms without having to rent a much larger property. The kitchen is well furnished with appliances and utensils. The neighbors were all very quiet. Its a small walk from main street but a pleasant one. Would definitely stay again.

Condo was perfect for what we needed, quiet and clean, with a fully equipped kitchen. Great location. Close to downtown Ketchum and the bike path.

Our family group of six adults enjoyed our stay at this comfortable condo. The location is great and we loved having access to the pool and jacuzzi. The upstairs rooms stayed a bit hot at night but we were there on an unusually hot weekend and you can’t control Mother Nature.

This property is in a great location and you can tell the owners want you to enjoy your stay! This was our second year here and we plan to stay again.

Loved it! Had Family in town visiting our sister that lives in the area. We love Ketchum and sunvalley! This place was the perfect location so easy to walk to the beautiful trails and to the local shops. We walked to river run and did some hikes. This place was perfect for everyone! Kids loved the pool and the hosts were so helpful with any questions we had. We will definitely be back! Highly recommend staying here!

Our family visits Sun Valley every year and finding an affordable place that can accommodate our growing brood gets more and more difficult. We are so glad we found Doug and Catherine’s condo. There is plenty of space for 8 people to sleep and eat, and the location is pleasant and peaceful, within walking distance to downtown Ketchum. We hope to return again!

A few areas need maintenance attention but overall quite nice!

The place was exactly as listed and was clean and in a great location.

It was a great place to stay while in town for a conference. We were able to cook several meals and appreciated the fully equipped kitchen. The condo is close to the access to the Wood River Trail.

Great ski getaway in Ketchum. Walking distance to downtown restaurants/bars/shops. Walking distance/short drive to River Run base. Well equipped and clean condo. Plenty of parking. Large community hot tub. Would definitely recommend and would definitely stay here again.

We loved the close location of the property to restaurants, shopping and of course River Run. The condominium was beautifully decorated and such an cosy space to return to after a day’s skiing. It had everything we needed.

Property was clean and safe and in an amazing location close to the restaurants and the slopes. The owners were great. I would certainly recommend this spot to friends.

Perfect place for our family to stay for our sons wedding

Nicely done 3 bedroom with one of those a loft space. Extra sleeping space in loft is tight. It’s appropriate for kids, but cramped if used for another adult. We stayed with three adults in total and were very comfortable. Kitchen and common area was great for playing cards and watching tv. We liked all our dining choices. Pioneer saloon, sawtooth club, la cabareta, and the wicked spud back in Hailey. Our first trip to sun valley, and we loved the laid back atmosphere. Very unlike Vail or even Park City. Some steep pitches on the mountain!

Great location and clean, well equiped property with everything you need for a family holiday.

I’m a regular Ketchum / Sun Valley goer and have stayed at many properties. I had high expectations for this VRBO, based on all the 5 star reviews - but it fell short in a few areas I’ll detail below. Context: There were 3 couples staying in the property. Positives: Decent location. We walked to & from the mountain & it was doable but not ideal. It took 10-minutes, in gear. If you are not familiar with Ketchum - all the action takes place in on the few roads off Main Street. We walked to all of our dinners, shopping, etc. we did in town & because of how far towards Bald Mountain the VRBO was located - it took about 8 minutes time to get to the corner of limelight and main (as an example). It was fine for us - but not necessarily conveniently located. The kitchen was a good size for our needs. The dining room/table and the living room area are good sized spaces for 6 people. Negatives: Security - upon arrival the key was in the lockbox with the passcode already typed in/visible. This seemed a little suspect & lazy. Security is important (especially if the place is unfamiliar and this didn’t start things off well) There were no instructions on how to operate or navigate basic functions of the property. To give a examples: How to work the heaters, the fireplace, how to properly secure the front door from within the house (surprisingly difficult). No guidance on how to get to the pool/hot tub and the way to gain access. Only 3 pool towels provided - but they knew there’d be 6 people. Cleanliness: The property could have been cleaner. The rugs and furniture are very worn and they felt and looked dirty. The bathtub was not clean and there was hair and black/dirt marks on the bottom. The bathtub didn’t drain well - it was disgusting. The carpets and rugs did not appear to be vacuumed well. The beds are uncomfortable - plain & simple. The beds have indents on where people sleep, that’s how old and worn they are. The pillows are awful in all of the rooms. They are cheap and nobody liked them. The bedding was uncomfortable too. The owner should invest in new beds, pillows, bedding. A window leaks water from the outside & it gets onto the ledge and into the carpet - this shouldn’t be happening. Overall the property seemed run down and like the owners are riding on the 5 start reviews instead of making the necessary improvements. The space is also not accommodating to groups larger than 6. I would NOT stay here again.

Great house close to Main Street + ski resorts. Check in was very easy. House is stocked with all of the essentials.

We had such a great time at this place in Ketchum/Sun Valley. For skiing, the main resort Bald Mountain is seriously a 2 minute drive up the street and Dollar Mountain(kiddy slopes) is not much further. We had a hiccup upon arrival and Doug was beyond helpful, nice and generously accommodating to help us address the issue. It's super cozy and was a perfect fit for my family of 7. Restaurants, bars and awesome local grocery store minutes drive or walk if you want(-7 too cold for us). Hot tub was great also after a long day on the slopes.

This condo was ideal for 4-6 people. It had a well stocked kitchen, nice linens and a great deck space. We left our blinds in the main part of the condo up all the time and it still felt private. We could walk to downtown Ketchum or the River Run lodge in 12-15 minutes. The pool and hot tub were very nice. The response was quick to a couple of minor issues when we first arrived. I'd efinately rent here again.

Very nice Horizons 4 condo that was very clean, and had a well stocked kitchen. I lived in Ketchum many moons ago and we always visit once or twice a year to see friends and enjoy the area. I would definitely rent this unit again.

This was a great place to stay in the heart of downtown ketchum. Walking distance to great restaurants. Able to see the ski lifts from the balcony. Beautiful scenery and very quiet complex.
