The place was very clean, super neat and organized. Anything you could possible need was provided.

The house was very nice. It was clean, fully equipped with everything you need. The only downside was the fireplace. The owner listed it as temperamental when it is totally inoperable. Really needs to be replaced. Other than that we were very pleased with the property.

We stayed with our 2 year old for Thanksgiving break. The house was well appointed with new appliances, comfortable beds, toys for kids, books, baby gates, pac n play. We appreciated having sharp chefs knife to prepare our Thanksgiving meal along with a full size cutting board and Pyrex containers for left overs. The propane stove for heating worked flawlessly for the 10 degree nights. The house was spotless, clean and tidy and the hosts were very responsive. We will definitely come backin the summer to enjoy the river and the fire pit right in the backyard.

This listing was immaculately clean when we arrived. The house is perfect for a family of four as long as you're children do not mind sharing a bed. Our four-year-old still wakes up a lot in the middle of the night so we put her on an air mattress in the primary bedroom with us. There is just enough space for a small toddler blow up. The kitchen, dining, and living room layout are fantastic for early morning breakfast and take out dinners at the house. The Red Fox across the street had fantastic food and a whole separate area just for takeout which moved extremely quick. It's about 5 minutes from Storyland and about 50 minutes from Santa's Village. The lovely added bonus is the fire pit in the backyard. The owners left us some wood so we can enjoy the area, which we did two nights in a row. Just remember to grab bug spray! The busy street wasn't really an issue. We always have noise machines whenever we travel. The noise of the traffic was a non issue. The owners were extremely accessible and accommodate. I would definitely stay again.

Very comfortable accommodations with a great location enabled us to enjoy North Conway, Mt. Washington, and all of the surrounding natural wonders.

We enjoyed our stay at this house. We had planned out a trip to take our 3 year old to Storyland, Santa’s Village, and to do a drive up Mt Washington. This house was located in a very good location to reach all of these points of interest (with Storyland being a couple minutes down the road). We were happy to have a kitchen to cook in, laundry machines to utilize as needed, and a smart TV in the living room with both cable access and various streaming services pre-logged in and ready to use. Also the property owners provided baby gates we could use, which came in handy blocking off the stairs to the basement. The property was very clean and tidy, even under the beds which we appreciated as our daughter found her first opportunity to crawl under a bed and seized the opportunity repeatedly. Across the street is a popular bar/grill, that also has a small country store built in, and there is a grocery store and Dairy Queen about 5 minutes south. Overall we were very pleased with our stay and would consider staying there again in the future.

My partner and I had a lovely, quiet stay and enjoyed seeing the river behind the property, fireflies in the evening, and having a beautiful space to relax and cook. We unfortunately could not try out the grill or fire pit because of rain, but we would definitely come back!

The home was wonderful everything we needed was there . The bed in the front bedroom was really comfy and we were not bothered by the road noise at all . The Red Fox over the road was so good we went 2 out of 3 nights and the only place we have found in our 8 night trip so far that was not shut up and closed by 8pm .

Host was very helpful. We were very happy with the accommodations and could have stayed longer having enjoyed ourselves so much. We are returning in July. So nice.

We had a nice weekend right across the street from our favorite restaurant the Red Fox. Great location with the river running behind the property and only minutes away from all the shopping in North Conway. We will definitely be back if there is any availability. It's busy because it's a great value.

Home was very clean and neat. Only complaint was the fireplace didn’t work and the beds were hard but other than that everything was great. The couch was super comfy and the backyard was awesome with the river and fire pit. It is also located right across from the Red Fox which is a great spot for food and drinks. Will definitely be back and would recommend it to others.

Great house and location

We had an amazing 2 week stay here. The house was extremely clean and was stocked with basically everything you need. The owners have thought of everything. Although we did not have any kids with us, we noticed that they had some things for a baby such as a high chair and toys. There were even some things for older kids as well as games, puzzles, and books. The owners were very easy to contact and communicate with, always a quick response. The location was perfect for everything we wanted to do in the White Mountain area. We are already starting to plan a trip back. This was perfect for us.

SUPER CLEAN! Kitchen's fully stocked. This place was not only right across from Red Fox Bar and Grille. It is very close to the AMC Pinkman Notch Visitor Center as well as several ski resorts.

Property was beautiful inside and out. Very cozy and very clean. Would definitely stay there again.

The property was very clean and well equipped. The beds are very hard and the road noise was awful, starting at about 5:00 AM lots of big tractor trailers were coming by and the house sits about 30 feet from the street and the main bedroom was in the front of the house. We didn't get a good nights sleep while were staying here and even opted to leave a day early. The other draw back was the water pressure in the shower was very low, so we didn't feel like we could get all the soap off ourselves. They did provide lots of bath towels and all the things you needed for your stay which was appreciated. But for us it will not be a repeat. To top it off it rained and was overcast most of our visit so we were unable to enough the back yard.

It is a great property, but the road is extremely noisy.

This property was exactly as advertised. We had no problem with check in or out. We had a minor problem during our stay and they took care of it before we came home from our hike (the benefits of an owner living down the street). The place was very clean and nicely organized. The backyard is very nice and the river is pretty. The house is on a main road but there are some trees and a fountain to block it out from sight. Some noise gets through but that is to be expected. Tip: It is an easy drive to North Conway but traffic can be heavy at times. Look up ways to get around the main strip in North Conway. Sometimes its easier to use a long way to get to the other side and drive back to your destination. My favorite part was honestly the chaise lounge in front of the TV. After a day of hiking and other activities, I basically just melted into it. We would definitely stay here again if we were ever to be in the area again.

3rd time staying here. Nicely updated, well stocked, clean, great location. Property is great. Nothing but positives. We will be staying again soon.

Had a wonderful time. The property was beautiful and very clean. Was very comfortable the only down and it could not be helped was it rained for a good amount of the day.

This was our third stay at this property which pretty much says it all. The property is well maintained and immaculately clean. The owners are very easy to deal with and the area is lovely. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this home from home.

This is by far one of the nicest places for the price. It has everything you would need inside and outside. It's also the cleanest to. I would recommend if you're staying in this area to go here. We already are trying to book it again in November.

We love the view out of the back windows and the skiing is so close.

This house was amazing!! So clean and with all the latest appliances and amenities. The location is perfect too! Lots of hiking and biking and tons of great restaurants in Jackson. We enjoyed lunch along the river in the back and campfires at the fire pit at night. The hosts were extremely thorough with information and just a phone call away if needed. We loved the town and renewed our wedding vows at Jackson Falls during our stay. Highly recommend this lovely home!! We hope to return next year!

Fresh, modern, and to echo what everyone else has been saying…super clean! Packing for this trip was super easy because the rental came with all the essentials like linens, towels, bath mat, toilet paper, paper towels, and the basic soaps (hand soap, dish soap). And was awesome that they had firewood stacked right next to the outdoor fire pit! Having little ones, the baby gates and outlet covers were a huge plus for us as well. Next time we will remember not to bother bringing our travel high chair and kid toys…because they were provided, too! My only recommendation would be to maybe consider offering a pack and play for infants? Hosts were accessible and helpful. Would easily recommend this rental property.

We have stayed at this property several times and always have a great time. It is in a great location for Storyland, hiking, tubing, and restaurants. We look forward to coming back next summer.

We loved everything about our stay at the river house. The house is very clean and comfortable. We couldn't have asked for more. The location was perfect, just minutes to great hiking trails, North Conway, and Story Land. Easy access to the river for the kids to wade in. We definitely plan to stay here again!
