Beds were comfortable, everything we needed was provided, the shuttle to the lift was so easy and quick, and we enjoyed the pool and hot tub. Even though this condo was in a building, it was very quiet and we could not hear any neighbors. The view from the front window was beautiful.

Reviewer Comments: We love staying down by the lake where we can walk to activity center, lake, food, etc. The kids love the indoor pool and hot tub along with feeding the fish early in the morning. The condos are very quiet and seems like we are isolated from neighbors. However, this unit really needs some windows worked on along with window screens.

Our mini family reunion of 6 adults, 2 young adults, and 3 kids was quite comfortable in this cozy condo. We had everything we needed. The indoor pool, hot tub, & sauna were a great perk. Great location! Loved the nearby lake with paddle boating and other fun activities. Would definitely return! Love the beauty of Keystone!

Reviewer Comments: The condo was as nice as specified, with the normal difficult to open/close windows one gets in a big condo. A fair bit of road noise from highway 6. Big problem is the keystone parking policy. They have signs everywhere threatening to tow your car despite most parking space being empty. The only legal place to park overnight is a 10 minute walk away and costs $25 a night. Only 1 parking permit for a condo that sleeps 12 seems odd. Will not stay at Keystone again unless they fix the parking policy.

The property is large and spacious, nicely appointed, and the kitchen is very nice and new, lots of dishes/cookware. Leather furniture in living room is comfy and attractive. The two upstairs bedrooms are very nice with en suite bathrooms. TV and internet worked well, though internet was weak downstairs. Only complaint was that it was quite dark downstairs, some of the lights did not work in the downstairs rooms. Overall, a nice place. Management was excellent, very responsive and organized.

We have come up to keystone every year for five years. We Absolutely love this Comfortable, clean, well stocked Condominium. People in these ski towns are always so friendly and helpful. Fishing is great, our kids love the pool and we love the hot tub.

One major inconvenience is that there is just one parking spot in a place to fit around four families. We needed to pay for additional parking in a lot around 10 mins walking which required a lot of coordination between guests.

Our 2 family group rented this Condo for our 7th annual ski trip. PROS of the rental: - The condo was spacious enough for our group of 9 (4 adults, 5 kids ages 12-16). - Location is 5 minutes drive to base of keystone. - Pool/hot tub/sauna was nice. CONS of the rental: - Kitchen was on the smaller side for the size of the condo. - microwave was broken. It started sparking and making a terrible noise with our first use. We called the management company and a new microwave was swapped out for our broken one . - There is a shuttle that drops off on property, but we never used it because after waiting once for over 30 minutes, we just decided that driving our rental car was easier. - BEWARE OF THE PARKING POLICY: Only 1 parking spot for our 4 bedroom condo: The VRBO listing did NOT say that their was only 1 parking spot per condo… it only lists parking as an amenity. The management company admits that they did.not reveal the 1 spot parking limitation on their VRBO advertisement for this rental. Instead, they argue that they emailed me a link to an informational packet about the rental condo 30 days before our check in date… they claim that buried in this link is the notification of only 1 parking spot ( it doesn’t matter how small or large the condo is, apparently the Keystone HOA made a decision that each unit only gets 1 parking spot). I pointed out that the cancellation policy required that I cancel 60 days ahead of time, and thus the management company should have contacted me at least more than 60 days in advance with their “informational email”. My point is: Just be upfront/honest about the limited parking! We had to pay an additional $25 per night to park 1 of our rental cars approximately 3/4 mile away from the condo.

Thus, we had 5 vehicles between all of us. I know parking is a limited commodity, but we only had one guest parking spot at the condo and Keystone's guest lots cost $25 to stay overnight. Thus, a reasonably priced condo was $200 more than we expected. I understand why this is but I don't believe this information was included in the rental page prior to booking so I wanted to let people know.

My only complaint is the outlets were old and dangerous. My plugs kept falling out, didn’t fit properly (you could tell they were just late 80/90s and an update would solve the problem). One sparked... just seems like an easy fix for safety.
