Nice place

It was a great location and a wonderful Condo! We were located on the second floor, above a workout class that began at 6:30 am that was super loud and woke us all up, but everything else was great.

In Telluride for a wedding with family and friends. Great place to stay.

We had a great stay here!! Very spacious and very clean place. Ryan was an excellent host, responsive and provided us with a lot of great info. I would absolutely recommend staying here! Great location, too.

This place is awesome. Plenty of room for 4 mature couples and a bedroom that we didn't even touch. Ryan was a fantastic host, very communicative and very helpful. our 4-day visit was worth every penny.

The space exceeded our expectations...plenty of space for a group of 9. Beds were comfortable and we were all able to eat at the table and watch a movie after. Communication with the owner was superb. Best of all was location...beautiful views, steps away from ski lift and rentals and an easy walk to town. Will rent again.

Great location and we loved the condo!

Awesome location, great for a group of friends. The 5 bedrooms allowed all to have their own room. Place is well set up for dinners at home. Heated floors were nice luxury! Ryan was most helpful.

In town of Telluride

Truly a perfect experience from start to finish. Property is exactly as described, communication with Ryan was easy, and the location cannot be beat! Less than 15 min walk to Gondola and center of town… we hope to be back soon!

Absolutely one of the best VRBO homes we have stayed in over the past 10 years

Our friends chose this spot for a wedding weekend we had in Telluride. The whole town is so walkable, and Ryan's place was the perfect location. We had an amazing view of the leaves changing colors. Ryan was super attentive and responsive to all our needs. If we are ever back, we will be staying here again!

Was great. As advertised

We came to celebrate my husband’s birthday and had a wonderful stay. Beautiful well equipped home. Lots of living space. Beautiful view. Easy access to the festival.

We have stayed in this complex before but a different unit. We loved this place. Two entry doors, a great kitchen and really nice rooms - each with their own bathroom. If we can fill it, we'll be booking this unit again!

Great condo and great location. First time to Telluride and will definitely stay here again. Ryan was always checking on us and made sure we had what we needed. A++.

We very much enjoyed our stay! Beds were comfortable, rooms were large and all had their own bathroom. Kitchen was great for cooking and nice dining area. Location was nice. Close to the market and east walk to center of town.

We had a wonderful stay for Telluride Bluegrass festival. The layout is really incredible for groups- all of the rooms are very quiet and private despite being all on one floor. It really was perfect. Thanks!

Location was amazing, Ryan was very helpful before, during, and after our stay. We look forward to staying here again in the future.

Great place with lift 7 right outside and walking distance to all bars, shops and restaurants

Booked this spot for a ski getaway with 2 families and it was fantastic.

Our family had our best ski trip in 10 years. The property was so perfect for our family and we could not ask for anything more. Thanks to Ryan for making this family ski trip the best one yet!

Can’t beat location. Literally can walk out the door and onto the ski lift. Clean.

The pros: In the Town right at the lift. Spacious well organized accommodations with separate bathrooms (ensuite for 4/5) Well stocked with plates cutlery etc. The host, Ryan, is very good at communicating quickly any concerns and goes the extra mile. None of the cons below did I raise with him as they are mostly nit picks. Cons (much outweighed by pros): Building is older, condo hot tub is not well maintained. Lighting in the unit needs improvement, particularly in the bedrooms. Homey touches would be nice, it's a little bare bones in that department. In the kitchen, some better and larger frying pans. One caution, if you are a beginner skier, the Telluride Trail back to the condo could be daunting, not nearly as steep as what you see from the window to the lifts, but still on the advanced side of beginner. The other option is download on the Gondola with a 5 min walk back to the condo. All in all I would rate it 4.4 out of 5 and would stay again. Perfect for a group of 5 adults, with children, up to 8.

Everything great except hot tubs not working our 4 day stay

Perfect location for everything Telluride has to offer, particularly if you are skiing.

Such and easy ski on ski off location. The place has 2 pack and plays for small kids/babies. Close to town (2 min walk to There., which I highly recommend). No issues with check in/out. Ryan is the most responsive host I’ve ever interacted with. Place was incredibly clean. Just an all around seamless stay. Also - the place fit 3 couples, 3 singles comfortably.

Great stay with the exception the hot tubs were both inoperable.
