We stayed here for Easter weekend. We felt very much at home and were able to enjoy a wonderful family dinner. You have everything you need here. It is comfortable and very clean. It is in a good location for visiting the Keys. I wish we could have stayed longer.

The home is very clean, comes with everything you need, the land is gorgeous and the manager was very easy to communicate with and even gave us extra time to check out, I’d love to come back again!

This place was priced cheaper than hotels but was a much higher quality stay. It is gates so that took away any stress of our stuff being messed with. We never encountered anyone so it was very private. The inside is beautiful and the beds were very comfortable. Very clean and in a good central location to a lot of things to do. I hope this place is available when we book our next trip to south Florida!

If I could give Wayne 10 stars I would. His place was just as described. Beautiful, clean, very peaceful. Loved seeing the little lizards visiting me each morning! Would stay again if we are ever in the neighborhood.

We were in Homestead, Florida in October 2019. From the house we very excited. It has been big enough for us 4. To the house belonged a huge garden with all fruit trees. It was clean and tidy. We felt very comfortable and would visit again anytime. Wayne was a very nice landlord and offered to wash with him any time, although our house had own washing machine. If you like it a bit quieter in Florida and do not want to live miami directly in the hotel, you are well looked after here. We can only recommend the house. Thumbs up!

We found Amazon Prime and Netflix very entertaining and relaxing in the evenings after our busy day. My family was absolutely overwhelmed by this place. Wayne is very kind and helpful when you need his help. We enjoyed our stay at this well appointed comfortable space. Our host Wayne did all possible to make our stay good. He brought us fruits and allowed us in early. The home is well stocked with needed kitchen items and linens. they have labelled all the light switches to make it easier for visitors. We were very comfortable for our family of five with three teens.

We had a great stay at this home! The owner is very courteous and replied to a question promptly. We had a relaxing time, enjoyed walking the grounds and used the fire pit and really appreciated that they had a cooler to use on our day trips to Shark Valley and Flamingo in the Everglades, Biscayne, and out to Key West. The home is central to the parks, quiet, and comfortable. A great stay!

45 minutes from the Everglades, ocean, or downtown Miami. Take your pick. Then come back to this place and relax on the orchard. The house was comfortable size for my group of four adults and three kids. I highly recommend this place.

We loved staying here, it was just what we were looking for, nice and quiet, with room and amenities to handle our scuba diving equipment rinse and dry out time. It was surprisingly centrally located to the things we we wanted to do... Everglades NP, Biscayne NP, the Florida Keys and family that we were visiting. It was well appointed with kitchen, laundry, two bedrooms and TVs (though we did not watch any). It is secure with a automatic gate to enter the property. The guest house is to the rear of the main house, with fruit trees all over. There was not much in season when we stayed there, but we did enjoy fresh tomatoes and papayas. The owner, Wayne, was very friendly and helpful, responding to the couple of questions quickly. We will definitely stay here again when we come back to the Miami area again.

We had three people stay in June 2018. The place is immaculate and has all the bells and whistles travelers appreciate. The condition and cleanliness of the house was five stars. Wayne and his family were great to work with and communicated with us every step pf the way. They went out of there way to provide anything we wanted. The privacy was outstanding and the fruit farm was magnificent and so peaceful at sunset. We use VRBO a lot and this is one of the very best experiences we have had. Ken

We stayed here while visiting Everglades National Park. It was perfect with our 2 small children. The owner communicated with us well and left detailed instructions on everything that we might need to know about the house. It was fun to have fresh limes available and to be able to walk around the beautiful property. The patio area was nice to hang out on and it was a relaxing space to sit in the evening. We stayed here while visiting the national parks in South Florida. The house was easy to find and we knew exactly what to expect thanks to the detailed instructions/information provided prior to arrival. When we arrived we were thrilled with the comfort and cleanliness of the house! The kitchen and bathrooms were well stocked and everything was easy to find. We were greeted with a bowl of fresh picked limes from the orchard which were delicious in our evening cocktails. The house was the perfect size for our family of 4 (2 kids, 2 adults) and the orchard was a wonderful place to explore with the kids. We truly enjoyed coming home every evening to this relaxing, peaceful retreat. Wayne was a pleasure to work with-even when I accidentally booked for the wrong week and had to change the dates-and made sure we had everything we needed. If we are ever in S. Florida we will defintely stay here again!

Great location for exploring southern Florida. The house was very spacious and clean. Everything you need including fresh picked limes. I would definitely recommend this home.

We enjoyed our stay. The house is very nice, and had plenty of room for our family of 4. Limes were in season and our youngest daughter loves them, so we made (non-)key lime pie and limeade. The location is very convenient to the Everglades, which we visited both days that we stayed here.

My friends and I greatly enjoyed our stay in Homestead. The property is well maintained, the owners are extremely helpful and the house is very comfortable. The location is close to food and the places we wanted to visit, but was also quiet and felt like it was far away from noise and crowds. The description in the listing is very accurate. We appreciated the fresh fruit as well. Thanks for a wonderful few days!

This rental house was perfect for my family of 6. It was clean, spacious and had everything we needed. We were in town for a wedding so we rented this house because it was minutes away from the venue, the location was perfect. The owner was very accommodating. Again, great rental!!!!!

Being native born Miamians, my wife and I enjoyed sharing the beauty of s. miami with our daughters. Arrived to fresh fruit on the trees and picked for us. House was nice and clean and beds were comfy. We will go back to this house. Jon

Simply said. Very reasonably priced stay in a quiet location. It was far enough away for some privacy but yet close enough to places like Miami and the Everglades and the Keys.
