The house was perfect for a larger group wanting to enjoy LA. The convenience to LAX on top of the house itself was perfect for us. Plenty of space, very clean and the communication while we were there was super easy. Any questions we had were answered right away and it was all very appreciated!

Our daughter graduated from LMU and we all came down from NorCal to stay together for the weekend. We wanted proximity to the University - it was a less than 5 minute drive. And we wanted plenty of time for all of our family members to come together to celebrate. The house has very large bedrooms, all with adjacent bathrooms - tons of space for all three generations staying together. Lots of privacy if you need it but lots of living area for fun social gatherings. Each floor has a balcony with stunning views of Los Angeles. We could see from Malibu to the Hollywood sign - and the sunsets over the ocean were spectacular. We all loved this special house - it is an amazing way to enjoy Los Angeles without having to go very far. We would definitely stay here again. The property management team was very nice and responsive. We had a wonderful weekend!

We totally enjoyed our stay! We used the property for a two day corporate retreat and it worked perfectly. We needed to be together as a team and there was plenty of room, without feeling claustrophobic. Kat and Vasi were very responsive when we had a few minor problems (coffee pot not working, empty Arrowhead dispenser, garbage disposal not working) and remedied them right away. We loved the place and would go back for sure! .

We had so much fun! Loved the many spacious rooms we had to sleep in, play in, cook in, just a big comfy house to hang out in! Loved the amazing views and made a point to come home st midnight on New Years Eve to watch the fire works!!! Also , the location was fantastic, close to some of our favorite places and the neighborhood was great for our daily walks! Definitely a house we'd rent again !!!

10 + guys together for an annual golf and college football trip. House is in a excellent great location -just minutes from LAX but very quiet with space to both spread out and relax as well as gather for meals and events. Pool table received plenty of use. We enjoyed the property so much that we ended up eating most meals in rather attempting to find reservations for this group. Welcome team of Kat and Vasi were "on location" when we arrived and got us off to a great start with thorough tour and briefing of the house as well as providing insights as to the local area.( grocery stores; restaurants etc.) Highly recommend.

We booked this home for our son's wedding. We were very happy with the home and location. There was plenty of room for our family. Kimberly was a joy to work with and responded to any concerns right away. We would definitely recommend this beautiful property.

We enjoyed our stay at this house. Thanks to Uber one can be anywhere relatively quickly. The neighborhood was quiet. The layout allows for a number of couples, or a family, to share the space - and given it is multiple floors, privacy can be had. Would certainly book it again, thanks.

The place was HUGE! Loved the saltwater tank. The views from the roof deck! Wow! Hot tub was epic! Highly recommend this place!

I booked this house due to it's proximity to LAX and it's ability to accommodate my group and our guests in town for the weekend. I was pleasantly surprised and 100% satisfied with our hosts, Kimberly and Vasi. The house was a 10-15 minute drive from LAX which was ideal as I did not want to fight through LA traffic on my way to and from the airport. Despite it's proximity to LAX, we did not hear the sound of a plane at all during our stay. Vasi made previous arrangements with me to meet us at the house in order to show us around and answer any questions that we may have had. Street parking was ample in addition to the garage and driveway which could accommodate 2 vehicles. The photographs did not do the house justice. It's sheer size allowed you and your guests as much privacy as you required as there were 5 floors with bedrooms on 4 of the levels. During social gatherings, there was ample space for groups to either sit around a table and chat, watch television on any number of HD televisions throughout or play pool in the games room on the lower floor. We didn't have to worry about disturbing some of our friends who retired early for the night which was a bonus. There were a couple of unexpected issues around the house and when I messaged Kimberly or Vasi, it was immediately resolved without hesitation. Communication with them was prompt and they always answered my text messages in short order. They offered me a long list of places to shop for groceries, to dine out and to sightsee. Checkout was easy and we continued to follow-up with each other after I had returned home to ensure that everything was in order. Overall, my entire party was very happy with this house as I described. What made the experience more personable was the communication between Kimberly, Vasi and I throughout our stay. They were sincere in wanting to ensure that our stay in LA was a memorable one. I have already recommended this house to all my friends and co-workers. Thank you again Kimberly and Vasi!

Our stay was far too brief for such an enormous house. It was that big that we often got lost!😀Kimberley was an excellent host and provided a detailed induction and tour of this monstrous house upon our arrival. Our four days there and our busy theme parks program meant we did not get a chance to fully enjoy the property. Our family would have absolutely no hesitation in renting this house next time we vist LA. Thank you Kimberley.

My extended family traveled to LA for a family wedding. Cost was about the same as staying at a decent hotel. The house is close to our LA relatives and was large enough for 5 families to enjoy each other's company without getting on each other's nerves. Our use of the kitchen was minimal and it was too hot to venture out to the balconies until evening. But there is a panoramic view from just about every wonderfully air conditioned room. There are private bedrooms for 10 people and the game room has a queen and sofas for those who don't mind an open floor plan. Rollaways were available to add to the spacious bedrooms if desired. Kimberly was very apologetic that the house was not in perfect condition for us due to the previous renters' rough treatment. Things were broken and carpets were stained, but the cleaning crew did an outstanding job in a short time. For gadget fans, the kitchen has some interesting built-in appliances that were state-of-the-art back in the 80s. We didn't do any sightseeing since we have been to the area many times. The VRBO listing accurately describes the property. I would definitely rent this property again - it is a really awesome LA beach resort!

MY husband and I, along with our 5 adult children and spouses travelled to LA for a family wedding. We were happy with our stay in this beautiful home. It was nice for everyone to spread out among the different levels, the beds were very comfortable, the views awesome and the location perfect for us. The gourmet kitchen was a delight and also well stocked. We drove in a different direction each day to see the sights and it was wonderful to be so centrally located. Kimberly was attentive to our every need and offered great suggestions for things to do/places to go. We would highly recommend this rental to those who prefer a home over a hotel. Thanks Kimberly!

Booked a three night stay at this residence for extended family gathering for a birthday celebration. We were all traveling from different parts of the country and wanted a location that would provide ample space and proximity to the airport and our event venue. We could not believe our fortune in securing this residence. This multi-level residence allowed for everyone to have their privacy while also allowing for multi-locations for socializing. The views from every level and most rooms were simply stunning especially from the spacious roof-top deck that offered sweeping views from the ocean to the Hollywood hills to downtown Los Angeles. We ventured to local beaches (Dockweiler, Marina Del Rey, Venice Beach, and Santa Monica Pier) without having to get on the freeways; a huge bonus! The property manager was very responsive to our inquiries and provided great tips on local resources. It will be hard to travel to the L.A. area again and not stay here!

Pros: -Spacious house with rooms / beds / bathrooms to spare -Great amenities (pool table, multiple TVs, stereo system, hot tub, etc.) -Relatively central location -Good for groups -Great views Cons: -Kitchen sink was clogged upon arrival (put a damper on our cooking until we got the supplies we needed from the store to unclog it the 2nd day) -Ants in Kitchen Kimberly, the landlord, was definitely a "pro" as well. She was very helpful along the way, was flexible with timing when we needed it, and was very responsive via text/phone.

We had a fun time staying at this place. The manager was very responsible to our needs.

This was an amazingly large property. We had a group of 20 people, 10 rented another property, and we rented this one. The other group was SO JEALOUS when they came over and they spent about $300.00 more a night. The many floors actually allowed for things to be quiet on the other levels when people were playing games on the gaming floor. The views were gorgeous and everything was set up, including a welcome basket, fresh robes, towels, etc. This property was close to Marina Del Rey, which is where we were visiting, as well as the airport, Santa Monica, etc. Kimberly was fantastic!
