We have stayed at La Estancia many times and this Villa was absolutely the best. The large veranda and view were incredible. The owner, Frank, went out of his way to make sure we felt welcome. We will definitely make return visits to this villa.

Had an amazing stay at this villa at La Estancia! The unit has the most gorgeous, huge, patio with amazing views! The unit itself was clean, has everything you need, and the most comfortable beds. Frank the owner is very responsive and so helpful providing great recommendations for transport, restaurants, and activities. Will definitely be returning!

The villa is beautiful and the views from the balcony are stunning. The set-up worked perfectly for my family. My adult daughter had her own private suite while it also gave my wife & I more privacy on the A side. The location is perfect with just a quick taxi into town and to the marina. We really enjoyed the pool area and the restaurants on the property. I would highly recommend this villa.

Frank was awesome to rent from. He was responsive and provided great information. The villa was perfect and the entire VLE staff was amazing. We will be back!!

This villa delivers everything the host promises in his description. The villa was very clean and well appointed. The view from the balcony is to die for; the Estancia’s pools and the Sea of Cortez beyond. The kitchen met all of our needs for meals. The bathrooms were roomy and included premium soaps, shampoo, conditioners. The three king beds were perfect for sleeping. The overall service and staff at Estancia were great. Everyone of the staff were friendly and always helpful. The communication from the host was timely and complete. We would definitely stay at this villa again.

Great location

Great unit - beautiful view. 6th floor and massive balcony with BBQ. More than enough space for the 3 of us - could easily fit/sleep 6 with enough privacy. 100% recommend to rent through owner like this vs through hotel. Better deal and same property/amenities. We ordered room service the first night we got there. We used kitchen a lot and it's well stocked. 2 minute walk to pool, and easy access to neighboring sister hotel pools and restaurants. Walked beach to downtown Cabo - Long walk with toddler, but beautiful and we did it multiple times and took a $10 taxi home. Great spot overall and Frank helped a ton with communication!

This Villa was everything we could’ve asked for! As promised, we had an AMAZING view from an enormous balcony. Frank ( the owner ) Has thought of every detail, we were greeted at the Villa with delicious guacamole, chips and freshly made. Margaritas. The kitchen had all the supplies, you could possibly need and there was even a pouch of Pete’s coffee. Which we enjoyed the next morning out on the balcony with a gorgeous view of the ocean. The Villa is beautifully decorated and the beds are some of the most comfortable I have ever slept on. This place was more amazing, and had more amenities, than we had expected. The layout is perfect for privacy, the beach is amazing, great restaurants, loved the pool and the staff is very attentive. Our family had a memorable vacation, we will definitely be returning. Franks Villa is amazing! It’s everything it’s advertised to be, and more. It’s clean, there’s plenty of room, and the views are stunning!

When visiting Cabo, we always stay at Villa La Estancia and this unit is amazing! The views are incredible - and the space (having both the A side and the B side of the unit) is awesome. We love spending time on the patio - and this patio must be the best one on the property! The owner is very responsive and the service provided by Villa La Estancia (if there are any issues with the unit during your stay) is excellent. We will definitely be repeat visitors :-)

Frank’s villa at Estancia was absolutely amazing! The view was spectacular, the bedrooms and bathrooms were spacious, the kitchen was well supplied and the overall experience was spectacular. Estancia is incredibly clean, the staff is so helpful and everyone we interacted with was very kind. It was our first time in Cabo and we will for sure be back! Couldn’t recommend this property enough!

Perfect location! When in the condo, we spent all our time on the patio taking in the beautiful view.

Frank is a lovely host. His condo is impeccable and very well appointed. His recommendations were spot on from airport transportation to dinner cruise to local restaurants. Estancia is a lovely resort. Incredible staff service and cleanliness. Five Star experience!

Four of us were here for a week during Spring Break and it was a really great trip! The condo was the nicest we've ever had in our many years staying with VRBO...immaculately clean, in great condition, and very roomy for 4 people. Can't say enough about the resort property which was gorgeous, great views, right on the beach, and also incredibly nice. A huge thank you to Frank for allowing our use of his property. It was beyond what was represented in pictures on the VRBO site!

VLE is a beautiful resort, with hardworking and very kind staff. Everything is extremely clean and lovely. We had plenty of space in this well maintained unit and we particularly enjoyed the view and the large balcony.

Unfortunately, that’s it. The owner was very difficult throughout the rental process, including adding guests to our 2 bedroom, 2 week stay. He is strict, so strict it almost ruined it for us. The apartment was run down, with uncomfortable furniture, and holes in the drapes. The kitchen was poorly stocked, pans worn to Teflon gone, and although it’s not required, could you have salt and pepper in the unit? Again, the view is great, and la estancia generally is pretty (we’d been twice before), but this owner’s process and the disappointing unit made the vacation much less enjoyable than we’d hoped.

I can't say enough about how wonderful our stay at the property was. The condo is fantastic and fit our needs perfectly. The Staff was the most polite, efficient and friendly that I have ever encountered. The owner is extremely responsive and friendly. The view is to die for. No doubt we will return.

The unit was exactly as it is portrayed in the information we saw online when we booked the property. It is very spacious, was clean, the furnishings were lovely, and the beds were comfortable. Our favorite feature of the property was the huge patio area that has a perfect view down the center of the property with the pools, and on out to the ocean. It couldn't be any better. We were very happy with this property and will definitely rent again when we get to return to Cabo!

The views from the patio are spectacular. The resort, with it's 2 sister resorts, offers great restaurants and a location that allows easy access to all Cabo has to offer. Staff at Villa La Estancia are all extremely nice, professional, and helpful. Time by the pool was greatly appreciated. The gym was easy to access, allowing for guilt free drinking and dining. We would stay in this location again for future Cabo vacations.

First of all the Villa was Perfect. The location was within minutes of everything including walmart. The service at the resort was top notch. Swimming available on this beach. This resort has 3 resorts that you can visit all the restaurants at each one, plenty of food and drink options. There is also a coffee shop with many breakfast options. Will visit this location again.

Villa La Estancia was a remarkable property and the unit we stayed in was lovely. The views and amenities were beyond our expectations.

Spacious and lovely property with exceptional views

First time in Cabo.. the view was amazing!

This is definitely a home away from home. The living and bedroom area were spacious. We ate everyday at least two meals on the massive balcony overlooking the spectacular view of the ocean. Frank was very easy to communicate with. The property was serene and the pool was terrific. Will definitely stay again. Thank you Frank!

We had never been to Cabo before but we will definately be back. Frank was so easy to work with, the Villa is amazing and the resort is fabulous! The view is exceptional and we loved playing cards on the patio in the evening, laying by the pool, and several planned activiites outside the resort. Everything was as advertised, both the service and the unit. I highly recommend this condo and Villa La Estencia resort. Hard to leave!

Easy and luxurious. Best view in entire complex from this condo! Would love to come back. Had some communication snafus with the VRBO app to begin with, but the host was great and had tons of helpful info for us. Thank you Frank!

The villa is spectacular! What a great place to spend some time, we’re so glad we found it. Estancia was all first class and beautiful. The staff was very accommodating and took care of us. Any time we spent in the villa was on the patio. What a view!!! If they ever ask for recommendations Estancia could use a walk up bar and some quick service food. The deli was good but really slow and kind of busy most of the time. Again I’m guessing they needed some help. Overall it was a great vacation and experience there. We are already talking about plans to return.

We spent a wonderful week at Frank’s villa. As other reviewers have said, the photos really don’t do it justice. Beautiful views, very comfy beds and great AC (boy, was it hot!). Communication with Frank in the run up to our stay was plentiful and informative and everything we needed to know was provided. Everyone at Estancia was super friendly and helpful- it truly is a five star resort. The drinks and food at the poolside cafe, La Parrilla, were good, as was room service but personally, I would not recommend La Casona- overpriced for the underwhelming food. Still, we had lots of other great meals at the myriad of local restaurants, our favorites were La Lupita (fantastic tacos and mezcal flights), The Office (fun vibes right on the sand) and Nick-San (top-grade sushi). We did lots of great activities, jet skiing, parasailing and swimming with dolphins, all of which you can get big discounts on if you subject yourselves to a morning of time-share persuasion. All-in-all, we had a great time and would not hesitate to recommend Frank’s villa to any friends planning on visiting Cabo.
