Quite large apartment, in an ideal location, clean, with all the necessary equipment. Registration is quick and convenient. I sprained my leg a little in the city, but in the freezer I found some freezing blocks for cold application. The apartment is smartly furnished and has everything you need. The best accommodation option during our trip through Umbria.

No pastry this time which was disappointing. Stretching it to say "breakfast included", it's just prewrapped supermarket items.

We were so happy and pleasantly surprise to see that we would be staying in Gubbio's old part of the town. The accommodation is just what one person needs for a weekend or longer stay in this beautiful part of Umbria. We recommend. The owner (although never seen each others) is kind and helpful. Good informations for parking and arrive. Great large space. The property is in the heart of Gubbio. Nice things to eat, at arrive and for breakfast, with a bottle of water, milk, coffee, tea, a very good crostata, and something else. Warm atmosphere. We did not meet Diego, the owner, in person, but it was like it was always present for help.

Exceptional. Breakfast was great. Very well located. Very clean. You will find inside everything you might need (even thread and needle we had!). The amenities are easily reachable due to the very good location of the apartment.
