The location and numerous watercraft made this a great place for all. The house was loaded with amenities and we were very comfortable.

Our group throughly enjoyed our time here. Lake front with kayaks, paddle boards, row boat, fire pit. The only things we brought was corn hole for family game outdoor fun and floats that we tied to the dock. It was so peaceful and plenty of wildlife. The ducks became our friends for the week. Well stocked kitchen and bathroom necessities. Thank you!!

Our stay was four families with 6 kids ranging 11 months to 7 years old. This property checked all the boxes for a relaxing week of family fun! There was plenty of entertaining space both indoor and out. There were plenty of paddle boards and kayaks for the family to enjoy the water. The kids loved the close access to the playground, riding the golf cart to play basketball, fishing, and going to the pool. We were all completely happy spending the week within the Arrowhead Community! The only challenge for us was the distance from grocery stores for feeding our large family and getting last minute kid needs.

We had a great time staying at this property, it could've been cleaner and it did feel a little cramped for 10 adults and a few kids/babies, but it was awesome being on the lake all week. I would recommend this property.

Everyone had a great time doing all the activities provided at the rental and enjoyed winding down at the fire pit each night The only issues we experienced were the black ants in kitchen and bathrooms and it could have been cleaned a little better. Also for a rental that can hold 14 people the recycling bin was way too small.

It was our 2nd stay at this property and we had a great time. We loved the updated backyard furniture. Even hurricane Ida couldn't dampen our spirits!

We had an amazing time and the property location was perfect! It was right on the lake which is what we were looking for. The only item we would note it that there is limited lighting out back at night.

A good time was had by all!! Ages 78 down to 1 and a half enjoyed fishing, boating and swimming. My knee issues make stairs difficult but the view from the deck was awesome and I was able to take in the activity from there when necessary The house was clean and well stocked Thank you for sharing it with my family

Everything was as described in the listing. House was great, location was great, and very easy to to check in. A lot of things to do on the property and the surrounding areas for everyone of all ages.

Our stay at this lake house was very enjoyable for our family. We had 6 adults, 4 kids (2, 6, 11, 14) Plenty of sleeping space for all. The house was clean,, bathrooms are up-to-date, washer and dryer is nice and beds were comfortable. The kitchen has plenty of "stuff" for meal preparation and serving. Deck is nice, with plenty of seating, nice gas grills. The fire pit and chairs are awesome, plenty of wood was provided. Everyone enjoyed the visits from the ducks, deer and squirrels. We didn't do very good fishing but we also didn't try other spots, mostly fished from the very nice dock. The kids did catch a few. I would bring an electric trolling motor next time, the lake does allow that. Having the canoe, kayak and paddle boards, gives plenty of entertainment to enjoy the lake. The only downfall we had was we missed somewhere in the Arrowhead Lake information that the pools were only open on weekends until after 6/19/21. We luckily used the pool on Sunday to find out on Monday they wouldn't be open during the week, bummer for the kids. It was a warm week, so the kids did enjoy the nice beach and playground next door. Having access to the golf cart was also a plus. We enjoyed quite rides everyday, checking out the complex and seeing lots of deer close up. The house has a good location on the water and was very comfortable for all of us.

Stayed here with my family of four and loved it! Amazing location, nicely upgraded, PLENTY of room, and very easy to get ahold of host. Would highly recommend, we will probably stay again.

This house was perfect for our full family vacation. The house was large enough to fit 3 full families with bedrooms on 3 different floors. It was clean and had great amenities with the sauna, boats, and location to the park right next door. We would recommend this rental to another family or anyone looking for a house near the lake.

Wonderful overlooking Arrowhead Lake and having use of kayak and paddle board. Deck was great for outdoor dining when weather permitted. Kitchen very well-equipped. Enjoyed use of the JBL bluetooth speaker for listening to music.

The house was in the perfect location for our family - steps away from the playground for our granddaughter, the house with it's own slip made daily fishing and kayaking a breeze and the location on the lake made for a beautiful sunset every night. The fire pit every day and night was another plus for our family. We also took advantage of the sauna every night. It was an amazing week.

We very much enjoyed the lake house and location on the lake. Steff was very responsive to my questions and easy to work with. We picked this lake since we could bring our own boats and paddle boards along, which we did; but the property also had a wide selection of boats. We brought our sunfish sailboat and the lake was great for sailing. We loved the house and especially the fire pit area. The adirondack chairs were super comfy and our family of 7 was able to make some great memories.

We loved our stay in the poconos, the house had all the amenities so it wasn’t necessary to leave...ever! From the water toys to the chairs around the fire pit-we loved it! I will say it’s not the cleanest property I ever stayed in. But if you can see past the dust-you’ll enjoy it!!

Check-in was a little rough as I did not realize you HAD to preregister all cars that would be coming. Totally my fault however the staff at the check in were pretty rude. I also had several family members who arrived later also complain about how rude the people were at the check in. We really had a great time. I would recommend more lighting out back. Unless we missed something, it was very dark at night. No lighting around the stairs and only 1 light on the upper deck. Going back and forth from the firepit to the house was a littler dangerous. The only other issue we had was the septic tank alarm kept going off and waking people up in the middle of the night and there was a slight sewage smell off and on.Stephanie was always quick to respond to any questions I had. Overall, it was a great trip.

The property is situated in an excellent location. Just few steps away from the beach, the property has a lot to offer. Private dock, boats and outside grill. Excellent place to enjoy the outdoors. The house was clean and spacious. Our family enjoyed our time there.

We really enjoyed our stay at Arrowhead lake. Stephanie’s home is very nice and comfortably fit our group of 7 adults and 6 children. The home has multiple paddle boards and a row boat for use, all in good condition, in addition to the golf cart which the kids loved to be taken on rides throughout the community. The sauna is AMAZING and a really great addition! The house itself is well kept and the outdoor furniture is all in great condition. The cleaning service did not do a great job, however, we find this to be the case in a lot of rentals and after doing a quick clean of our own, the house was great. The only thing I want to note for other renters is that the house does not have true central air conditioning, but rather 3 ductless wall units - one per floor. Luckily, one of my family members saw this on another review so we brought a few small fans and by keeping the bedroom doors open to allow the AC to flow throughout, we were all comfortable. Overall, we would definitely recommend this home and had a great trip.

Wonderful experience. We took full advantage of the boats / paddle boards. The sand area and shallow water were perfect for our kids (ages 1-5). The owner was very responsive.

We had a great stay! A few items noted in previous reviews that still have not been addressed including two bedrooms don’t have air conditioning (one ac unit per floor makes the main floor bedroom and one upper floor bedroom not air conditioned once doors are closed), there’s nowhere to put recyclables, and there’s no hooks anywhere to hang wet items or towels. There are new Adirondack chairs now which are very nice. The host was very responsive and the house is clean and has many provisions and good room set up for babies and toddlers (2 rooms on upper floor, 1 on main floor, 2 and rev room on lower floor). The kayak and paddle boards were a big hit! Overall a great stay!

We loved everything about the house but the lake was very shallow and the water was very muddy.

We've been to the Pocono Mountains for vacations for five or so years, and this was the best yet. Lake is perfect for paddleboarding and kayaking. The absence of motorboats was a huge plus for us. The deck and firepit were wonderful settings for family conversations, s'mores, and sunsets. Loved the stay.

Overall, we had a very nice stay, and there are some really great things about the house, as others have mentioned. But I think it's worth listing some of the things that made our stay less than ideal, which would have been good to know beforehand. The house is quite lovely, but people should know that it is a 10 minute to drive in and out of the community association. and a 20 minute drive to the nearest grocery store. We also learned that all trash and recycling needed to be taken to the community entrance, and I guess as a result, there were zero outdoor trash cans at the house. That meant we had bags of trash piling up in the house (you can't leave them outside overnight or animals will get to them) until we had an opportunity to drive the 10 minutes to the entrance (with bags of trash in our car), which we did 3-4 times during the week. There were also no recycling bins in the house at all, so we had trash bags for recycling hanging off of cabinet door knobs, which frankly made me feel like I was back in college. It is also not really accurate to say that the whole house has AC. Two of the bedrooms do not have any, and when we asked about it, we were told the BR doors need to stay open so that the other room AC units can cool those rooms. Fine with us, but not everyone is ok with having to sleep with their BR door wide open. When we arrived, the propane tank for the grill was empty (which has happened to other guests, I saw), and we were unable to grill that first night. The refill was 10 minute drive away and $28 (which the owner did reimburse us for). All of the adirondack chairs in the yard were broken. The owner did order new ones, but they arrived 4 days into our stay. There are also no hooks whatsoever to hang bath towels, so you are forced to throw towels and bathing suits over open drawer fronts, doorknobs, etc. With seven people in the house, that became unworkable, so I asked the owner whether she might supply something for us to hang our towels. She thanked me for the suggestion and said she ordered them, but they never arrived. With regard to the owner, at times she was responsive, and at other times, not at all. Overall, we had a perfectly pleasant stay, but there were enough frustrations about the setup that we probably would look elsewhere next time.

The setting on the lake was beautiful. We enjoyed having coffee out on the deck looking at the lovely scenery. The kids enjoyed the array of boats immensely every day. The closeness to the beach area was just perfect for the little ones. Everyone agreed it was the best time we have had in years. Thanks so much!
