Just returned from our 7th trip to Turks, our 5th stay at the Villa Renaissance, and our 2nd consecutive stay in this particular condo property within the Villa. As you can tell, we love everything about this island, and our family loves staying at the Villa Renaissance. We are convinced that you just can't beat the location, the space you get in these beautiful condos, and the relaxed vibe at the Villa. Regarding the location, 3 things are key: on Grace Bay, of course; walking distance to the main grocery store as well as numerous restaurants (and 2 properties down from the Ritz) -- car is not a necessity but we always rent one -- many guests do not; and oceanfront views from the condo which are unbeatable. We love the space the condo affords; all sleep well when the parents can have a king sized bed, and the kids can sleep in their own bedroom and in their own beds. Kitchen has everything needed for cooking any meal you want, and the wifi works great. I could go on and on. It's the perfect place for a low-key family vacation, if your idea of a great vacation is chilling at the beach and pool, swimming in the most beautiful ocean in the world, reading under a beach umbrella, napping at times, and then repeating until it's time for cocktails. We can't wait to return next year!

From the moment we pulled up and saw the view when we stepped out of the car we were sold. Alonzo was ready and waiting for us for check-in and gave us lots of great tips of places to eat and things to do. The unit was clean and the view more spectacular than the pictures. TCI also added a third bed to the twin room without us even asking so that each of our three children would have there own bed and no one would need to sleep on the pullout. We thoroughly enjoyed the pool, beach, and frozen drinks from the bar! Everyone had a fabulous week and we all can’t wait to come back!

Villa Renaissance, where we have stayed over ten times, is a wonderful, place. It is extremely, although it has few activities (it is not a full resort), but, it is perfect for us. This unit is very nice and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

We had a wonderful time staying at Village Renaissance! The location was perfect and we walked to everything. The beach was absolutely amazing and our unit looked out over the ocean. Spectacular views that were second to none! The staff was amazing, friendly and very helpful. We look forward to returning!

We felt like we had the villa and the island ALL TO OURSELVES! The condo was spectacular. We were happy to have a kitchen to make our own breakfasts, pre dinner appetizers, a few dinners and heat up leftovers for lunch. Helped with our food expenses, while we enjoyed our private patio overlooking the white sands, palm trees and beautiful changing ocean colors! We utilized free bikes ALL WEEK! We enjoyed early morning tennis, too! The Villa staff were just perfect! Polite, kind, friendly, helpful and totally not intrusive. There if you needed them, but stealth-fully quiet, maintaining a peace of the Villa that was addictive and appreciated. The way the Villa is run is just SMART! PERFECT! The CONVENIENCE of the Villa again, perfection! A few steps to the pool, and the beach. Chairs always available and managed with NO SAVING SPOTS! First come and utilize, SMART OPERATIONS! The Villa pool and beach service was SUPERB! Daily pina coladas made with love, served with a smile, knowing how much they were enjoyed! A bar menu to satisfy any time of the day! No restaurant lines, just stealth full PERFECT service. Centered in the HEART of Grace bay, we were walking distance to hoards of restaurants, bakeries, grocery store and town shopping. We never needed a ride! Hint: if you are early birds and make reservations for 6pm, you feel like you have the entire restaurant to yourselves, too! Grace’s Cottage was a luxurious treat, and favorite romantic night and ambiance! Inside our condo we had 3 set ups (dining table, patio couch, and living room chairs and tea table) ALL POINTED to the EXQUISITE OCEAN VIEW. We could just stare at the views day and night. Even though our weather was abnormally windy and moving clouds, it did not stop us from observing from the condo, or venturing on bikes up and down from Bights beach to Leeward Beach. Even the “Sargassum” unusual seaweed, did not stop us from walking the beach or swimming the beautiful warm healing waters. A dolphin actually swam right up to us in an early morning swim. He too, seemed to be greeting us with routine warmth!!! Was an amazing memorable experience! Felt for the Villa staff valiantly battling the seaweed removal daily. Temps never went below 79, it actually was refreshing and cool, which was great for us. Final conclusion after our 8 days of investigation of Grace Bay? We will be returning to Villa Renaissance Ocean View on our return to beautiful Turks and Caicos Island!

Wonderful condo overlooking the most beautiful beach and turquoise water. Comfortable and spacious!

What a great place to spend a week in Turks! This is our family's 5th trip to Grace Bay, and third time staying in the Villa. This penthouse 2 bedroom condo was perfect for our family of 4. Views were gorgeous, and the condo looks just like the pictures. We cooked great meals in the kitchen, and I must say that the king bed in the master was among the most comfortable beds my wife and I have slept on during a vacation. We love the location of the Villa (walking distance to restaurants, grocery, and perfect beach), and the support staff have always been so friendly. It's a great place to be left alone, with a little bit of TLC if you need it. My teenagers approved of the WIFI, and my wife approved of the coffee maker! I highly recommend this condo. The views, the layout, the beach -- we can't wait to come back next summer!

We enjoyed our stay so much! The condo is beautiful, clean and has everything you could want or need. Great communication with property manager. The location is just perfect, close to great restaurants and shopping. The property is immaculate, from the pool to the tennis courts to the beach. Highly recommend this property!!

This unit was perfect for vacation! It’s exceptionally clean and right on the beach. We spent our mornings with coffee on the balcony and enjoyed the beach and pool during the day. We skipped a rental car and walked to the grocery store and restaurants. Alanzo from the rental company was awesome and we loved Sandeep and Taylor on property. Truly a great stay and perfect location!!

Wouldn't recommend a car as the unit is is perfectly located to shopping and restaurants. No complaints and would rent it again.

This was the second time we stayed at Villa Renaissance. The location is perfect. You are walking distance to many restaurants and the grocery store. The property is small and the people working there are always friendly and helpful. We spent most of our time on the beach which is beautiful and clean with pristine water! We will be back.

Villa Renaissance Unit 302 was the perfect villa, in just the right location and with the perfect vibe our family has been searching for on a beach vacation. The Villa itself is the perfect size for our family of 4, updated, well-kept and had a circular, penthouse balcony overlooking the clear green water and pristine beach of Grace Bay. You can walk out the front of the Villa Rennaisance and be a few hundred feet from restaurants and stores. Yet when you are in the villa, or on the beach or by the courtyard pool, you feel like you at a private, secluded beach resort. There is a small bar open during the day by the pool but no craziness, crowds or pounding music.The vibe is relaxed and quiet, you never have to worry about being crowded on the beach, fighting for or reserving lounge chair space. The Villa Renaissance is located near other resorts but on a beachfront of Grace Bay that is far enough from the major all inclusive resorts that you pretty much have the beach to yourself. And if you want, you can walk the beachfront for miles.If you want to schedule excursions (like boat tours, snorkeling, parasailing, etc.) there is a space for the boats to pull up on the beach and pick you up steps from the villa. We recommend hiring a private boat captain for excursions to secluded islands, cliff diving and snorkeling spots. We did that and had a memorable experience our kids will never forget.Regarding Covid logistics, we went in early June so Covid restrictions were still in place to fly in and out of T&C. The property management helped us arrange required testing at a local resort for our return home. We also were grateful and appreciative how everyone at the Villa Renaissance and on T&C was very chill but also very safe when it came to Covid precautions. The owner of Villa 302 also was very responsive to our questions and a pleasure to speak with. Although we have many trips we would like to take/explore other places, Villa Renaissance 302 and T&C are definitely at the top of our list to return to.

This is our fifth time visiting Turks and first time staying at Villa Renaissance. The check in process was very seamless, and Alonso reached out to us the day before we arrived to ask if we had any questions and got transportation for us from the airport to the resort. He met us there, showed us around, and was very helpful throughout our stay, with booking excursions for us. The room was great, spacious and clean, and right on the beach. Even though they are all condos, it felt just like a resort, with all the amenities. There is a bar by the pool and they constantly came around whether by the pool or beach, and checked if you needed a drink, and lunch is also available. The beach is right there, and just as beautiful as ever. The resort was very quiet and there was never any issues with getting chairs by the pool and they were also very attentive on the beach, and would gladly set up an umbrella and chairs for you. I would highly recommend this place!

The Villa Renaissance is a beautiful and quiet resort. The hospitality was excellent and our quarters roomy, cool and well furnished. The location can't be beat and the views are incredible! Many thanks to Alanzo and everyone who made us feel so welcome!

Comfy beds, nice bathrooms, and the view from the balcony is beautiful.There isn't a restaurant on site, but walk out of the parking lot and there are at least 10 restaurants within a 5 minute walk. We didn't get to all of them, but enjoyed the ones we did get to! The pool bar was typically open during the day and you could order food from there too!This was a wonderful place to stay. Great views, great location, great condo and the people were wonderful! We can't wait to visit again!
