We just love this condo! It’s clean, it has bikes, the bed is super comfy, the views are beautiful and the location works perfect for what we like to do!! We will be back!

The condo was very spacious for 2. Very clean which is at the top of my list. Charlie was very quick to respond. The whole area was high end. Take a day to explore the area there is so much. A short drive away there is a huge resort pool by the beach that you have to pay extra for. To pricey for us. So we used the smaller pool just steps from our condo. Only complaint is the pool is warm because of the high 90 heat. So although nice i was looking for refreshing. Still used it. I didnt think of marshes as a view but I was wrong it was really beautiful. Only suggestion is maybe a floor fan for the living room. Air works great but a fan would circulate the air. We will be back for sure. Oh first time in South Carolina and it really was great

We only had a short stay at this beautiful property, and are already checking to see when we can return. Upon arrival, the cleanliness of the condo and the care that is poured into this space is evident. The natural beauty of the surrounding scenery creates a relaxing atmosphere that entices both a sense of adventure and kicking up your heels. Charlie, the host, was incredible to work with and very responsive. We look forward to another trip soon.

We have spent a lot of time on Seabrook island and this condo is now our favorite place to stay! The marsh views are amazing any time of day but especially in the evenings. There is a dock right by the condo that is perfect to view the sunset with a glass of wine. The condo itself is beautifully decorated and spotless. We cooked several nights and found everything we needed was provided. I can not say enough good things about our host. There was a problem with one of the bikes and Charlie had it replaced first thing the next morning. Excellent communication. We will book this condo again and again!

We recently stayed here to attend a wedding at Kiawah. The condo was perfect! It was very clean, the marsh views were spectacular and the long dock a treat at sunset. The bikes were perfect, in good working order, which isn’t always the case at rentals. The location was perfect for us, being near tennis, the fitness center, the French bakery and the beautiful equestrian center. The only thing that we had an issue with and is no reflection of the property is the amenity fee structure. When you go to a resort and pay a resort fee, it always includes certain things. Here the amenity fee is more of an opportunity for access and to pay more. There is an additional charge for tennis, the fitness center and even for a towel at the pool! The golf club restaurant was wonderful and so was the informal beach restaurant, which you are not permitted to eat at unless you purchase an amenity card.

Great location, comfortable well appointed condo. Not our first trip to the island and not our last...We enjoyed our stay!

Seabrook Island is the perfect place to enjoy nature and peace. This property has gorgeous marsh views, is super clean and newly decorated. The decor is gorgeous and modern, with a well-stocked kitchen. Very close to Freshfield Village restaurants and shops, with great biking and walking paths. We would definitely return.

This is a great spot for a weekend trip to the coast. The marsh view from the screened in porch is great! The provided bikes are a bonus- it’s an easy bike ride to explore both Seabrook & Kiawah.

This place is perfect!! We had everything we needed! It was clean and very well stocked. The location was great for everything we wanted to do. We definitely will be back!

The property was great. It was clean, had many little extras and was in perfect area. The pool area across the lot was never used and it felt like our private pool

First off, you can't go wrong with Seabrook. My husband and I discovered this serene paradise several summers ago and have been coming back ever since. That being said, we've stayed all over the island and we must say that this place has been our favorite. It was pristine, well stocked, and had a very comfortable bed. Everything you could ever think of was taken care of. Thanks, Charlie for letting us stay in your beautiful home - it is evident that you take pride in it and it is well taken care of!

Very beautiful condo! Bay Pointe Villas is a smaller secluded community on Seabrook Island with beautiful views. Owner is extremely easy to work with!

We have stayed here previously and enjoyed coming back. Everything was great as always. Renters in the upstairs unit were heavy footed but that can be expected.

A spatula was the only serving utensil available. 2) is that there would be more than 2 teaspoons. Two very minor items. We loved walking the island and the beach! It’s a very quiet, peaceful place. The dolphins were stranding one of the days at the inlet, which were told is a rare experience. Totally awesome! I definitely recommend this island and condo for any couple wanting a peaceful getaway!
