We loved this place and would stay again. The home suited our family of 5 adults very well. Each bedroom had its own en suite bathroom. The bedrooms and bathrooms were very nicely appointed and clean. The provided linens were excellent, including beach towels. The two-floor layout was perfect for privacy but also for gathering as a family. The upstairs, spacious lanai was great and we enjoyed morning and evening relaxation time on it. The beach amenities, including snorkel gear, chairs, and umbrellas were a very nice addition, although one of the two umbrellas was broken (but somewhat usable). We had some minor maintenance issues that needed to be addressed - the remote for the garage door opener failed to work and the dryer failed to heat part way into our 6 night stay. The property management company was very quick to respond to our requests for maintenance. In fact, the dryer was repaired the same day that we reported the problem. Some of the instruction cards for the upstairs TV need to be updated as they refer to a Samsung remote control, which could not be found. Instead, there was a universal Spectrum remote which did not adequately control the TV functions. We gave up on using the TV - besides we were in Hawaii and didn't really need it! We enjoyed having access to the private Beach Club.

A beautiful and well appointed property. Super convenient (close to stores and restaurants), yet you still feel tucked away in a quiet neighborhood. The home had all you need, and the property has a fantastic beach near by.

Windy conditions and an advancing brush fire made our last day both exciting and frustrating. Of course that had nothing to do with the house rental. Regarding the fire, management was quick to reassure us via email that Mauna Lani, being surrounded by lava, was safe from the fire. Communication prior to our arrival was good and provided all necessary info. Thank you to the owner and to management for making this a very pleasant stay.

We had a great experience with our trip. Everything was extremely easy and communication was always responded to quickly. Could not recommend this more. The house was gorgeous and so was the location. We had everything we needed and it made our vacation so easy. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay again in the future. Our first VRBO experience was 5 stars for sure.

The process or renting was seamless. The communication from the property management group was more than adequate to ensure we knew what was expected during our stay. All of the beds were fantastic as well as all the other advertised amenities. Hopefully we will be able to book the same property the next time we head to the Big Island!

This condo was perfect for our family of four adults and two active boys ages 9 and 6. We cooked our meals everyday. The kitchen is well stocked although there could be some bigger bowls like pasta bowls or soup bowls. Would highly recommend this condo

With the exception of the working bikes, the property was wonderful. The kitchen was large and well stocked with all the equipment you might need. The rooms and adjoining bathrooms were large and comfortable. The outside patio was wonderful for meal time. The dual dishwasher was a bit tricky to operate. Overall it was a very pleasant and relaxing experience.

Easy to find. Restaurants and grocery store is nearby. My family loved the place. Everyone had a private space (large bedrooms) Living and dining are was very spacious. Outdoor dining are with large gas grill was awesome I’m looking forward to renting this property again.

Beautiful, comfortable home accomodated our family well. Excellent resources for our use added to our comforts and fun. The downside was the inconsistent A/C which in our opinion needs to be regulated to lessen temp extremes.

This house is huge! We had everything we needed and more. We wanted a place that had bikes we could ride around Mauna Lani area, which is a reason why we chose this condo, along with the private beach club. We also liked the proximity to Foodland, although there is no shortcut, so had to walk around the property to get there. The stovetop didn't work that well - I am not a fan of electric. I had to turn it up to high to finally get my french toast to get done. Maybe needs replacement soon. And, we noticed a couple bath towels seemed dingy. The pool and gym were kind of disappointing. Both were a lot smaller than the pictures appeared. Other than that, it was very clean, comfortable, tastefully decorated, and well-equipped.

This was a GREAT place for our family - 6 of us. The house is spacious and comfortably accommodated all of us in the three bedrooms. It has a spacious fully equipped kitchen which we took full advantage of as well as an incredible outdoor BBQ. The pool is the standard resort plunge pool...not big enough for lapse but nice to cool off after hiking. The bikes are good and we used them every morning to do the roads in the resort (10miles). We took the beach chairs (nice ones) to the top of Mauna Kea to watch the sunset and we took the snorkel gear to the small but very nice Black Sand Beach on the property. Note on the Black Sand Beach - they limit the number of cars because of parking - so we got there early. The property has plenty of beach towels and the washer and dryer were indispensable. While it is a 30 min drive to just about anywhere we found this to be great place to explore from. Many thanks for sharing with us....Mahalo!

Over the years our family has stayed In many vrbos on the big island and Oahu and this has been one of the best! Check in and out was quick and easy. The house was exactly as shown in in the posted pictures! Beach access was just a few minutes bike ride or car ride away. And the water was awesome for snorkeling and for the kids to play! The house was well stocked with spices, pots, pans, dishes etc in the kitchen. And best of all we’re the bikes and beach equipment that was included!! Chairs, floaties, snorkel gear, coolers just to name a few! The owners really have done an awesome job of making you feel welcomed in their home! They were extremely thoughtful with all the wonderful amenities! We would definitely stay again! Family of 5 traveling with 8, 10, 12 year old

The layout was perfect for our large group. Enough room for family members to have time and space to themselves, with ample room when the entire group wanted to be together. Management graciously replaced boogie boards damaged by previous renters.

First, the property was perfect for us. Nicely furnished, every bedroom had a private bath, stocked to the hilt for the beach, everything you could ever want or need. But more than that, Jeff and Suzanne were great to work with. We had a few issues to deal with (dryer cut out on us for one), and they were prompt and attentive to our situation. We will definitely come back!

Just returning from a fabulous week in Mauna Lani. We were traveling with our 1.5 year old little girl and this place was perfectly set up-had everything we needed but didn't feel crowded or cluttered, it was just perfect. Place was GIANT - closets that could be bedrooms where we come from (San Francisco!) The Manua Lani Beach Club was a huge perk to us! Right down the road, sandy little mellow cove (perfect for kids), with a restaurant and bathroom right there. Also, North a few minutes is the best beach on the Big Island - Hapuna. We scored amazing mornings there this trip. We can't wait to come back, thank you for having us!

The house is in a nice, secure and quiet community. We went with our two adult children and their partners and there was plenty of space for everyone. Kitchen / living area perfect for communal gatherings as was the outside lanai. Really well-equipped for all your needs; bicycles and beach gear a definite bonus. Gym is well-equipped but the pool is just so-so (small and shallow); better to head to one of the amazing beaches a short drive or bike ride away. Would definitely recommend renting the unit.

We had a great time during our stay in this beautiful home even with an unexpected rare Hurricane Lane occurrence. Jeff and Suzanne are awesome hosts. Besides providing many extra amenities to enjoy our tropical vacation, they warned us of the hurricane and kept us up to date on its news. They also gave us excellent nearby beach options. Thanks for everything and we look forward to future visits.

Had a multi-generational family vacation and the amenities worked perfectly for everyone. The beach area, the pool, the nearby shopping and dining were number 1 all the way.
