Everything we were looking for! Short walk to River Run lift and the river run area had good selection of shops and dining. . Close enough to come back and rest between ski sessions. Ski lockers were handy. Don’t underestimate covered parking in winter. We enjoyed the hot tub and pool tables. The condo was stocked with all the basics to cook. It was clean and well maintained. We would stay here again. Thanks for letting us stay!

We really enjoyed staying right in the village. This property is convenient to the lifts, food and grocery. Beds were comfortable and everything clean. We would definitely stay here again

Nice property. Location being in the River Run Village was excellent!

We had a great stay! The condo is well stocked, great location, and clean. Our elementary aged girls were able to walk in ski boots while carrying their skis to the gondola with minimal whining. The ice skating rink was great and right out the front door. Free parking in the heated parking garage was very convenient. The heated pool and hot tubs were also easy to use. We highly recommend a stay here!

Enjoyed the condo and location. It took us a while to find where the key was located, but it was 1 a.m. and we were exhausted. Overall great rental !

The condo in the Buffalo lodge is a great location. This u it has a ton of pots, pans and utensils if you want to make your own meals. The electrical outlets are very loose which made charging all the electronic devices a little challenging but that was the only thing that we ran into. The location, underground parking and hot tubs make this place great.

Location to ski slopes was great. Convenient to everything in River Run Village. Host very responsive and helpful. No washer and dryer in unit, but that didn't bother us.

I usually don't write poor reviews but this was the issue. The owner for the record was very helpful trying to get the issue handled. This Buffalo condo has had a chronic problem with both elevators. A local owner told me it's been out for 4-5 weeks. Imagine carrying two 45 lb ski bags up 3 floors. We had no choice. Same with after each day of skiing. Plus any groceries for the week. We were told two days ago it would be fixed. I left today. No elevators. The HOA association should be replaced and some regular schedule for maintenance should be considered. Good side about the condo it's walking distance to the gondola. John Huntington beach.

Enjoyed our stay overlooking the ice rink. Had everything we needed. Key pick up was a little delayed and the property manager was curt, but I'm sure they were short staffed like everyone right now and all went smoothly after.

My family (husband and kids 13 &10) stayed Dec 27-31. The condo location is great! Easy 3-5 min walk from the building to the base of the Buffalo ridge gondola. My kids enjoyed playing pool in the common area at night. The condo's two bedrooms were perfect for the four of us. We used the kitchen morning, noon, and night - which was a huge plus given the restaurants require reservations and it's generally a pain right now (COVID) to eat out in the village area. Starbucks and some other shops are currently closed. I will say that one of the two elevators in the condo building is still not operating (I read that in a previous review but had hoped it would be fixed by time of our stay) and so it was REALLY a pain to carry all the luggage, ski gear and groceries up from the parking garage to the second floor. Like, really, really a pain. The one functioning elevator is super busy during the morning and right after skiing, so we used the stairs most of the time. Not a huge deal given we're on the second floor, but stairs in ski boots is annoying. The ski lockers came in handy. Not related to the condo itself, Keystone is unfortunately currently short staffed and so the ice rink outside the condo hadn't been shoveled for over a week and my kids (who brought their skates) weren't able to use the rink. The larger Keystone Lake ice rink down the road hadn't been cleared of snow for several days due to a broken zamboni, and the lights were not on at 6pm (like advertised in pictures) so the skating there was a bust. We were expecting more given the peak season of the holidays. The 1 worker they had at the desk said they're on a skeleton crew right now. Sorry to hear. The ski terrain was about 15% open when we arrived, and we made the best of it. We'd stay at this condo again given it's proximity to the ski base. And the bed in the master bedroom is extremely comfortable. We slept very well.

The condo was perfect for our 3-day getaway. Clean, comfortable and convenient to dining and the slopes.

Very comfortable, great location, perfect amount of space. Would recommend a cutting board and leaving a bottle of oil for cooking… otherwise very well-stocked.

We rented this for our family of 5 (kids ages 4, 8 and 11). It is in a great location to walk to the gondola and lesson drop off. The property is exactly as described and fit our needs perfectly. I’m so glad we booked it for our March stay as well.

Would recommend for young or old families, great location, clean upon arrival, easy to access and plenty to do in surrounding area. Could use more local restaurants open and cleaners need to scrub behind cushions, but still overall very clean and unit has all amenities needed.

This place was very clean and comfy. The only issue was the patio door did not slide smoothly and the one patio chair needed a cushion. Other than that, it was a great place to stay!

The room was very nice and clean. One thing I would add would be a list of all the businesses and a map on how to access them. We were first time visitors and had no clue what was available near us. I would definitely visit again now that I know the layout of the property. But never visiting before it was confusing and frustrating at first. Overall it was a nice facility and hope to visit again sometime.

Spent a week in this wonderful condo in Keystone. Quiet place to stay but close to the Main Street of Keystone. Super clean and comfortable! Lots of amenities offered in the condo making it feel like home!

The location is great and the condo was nice and spacious for our family of five. It had everything we needed. We have stayed at several properties in River Run and this ranks as the top so far...hope to be back next year!

We enjoyed our stay at Buffalo Lodge. The property is extremely convenient for skiing with plenty of food options available. The kitchen was well stocked if you like to cook for yourself. A locker is available for ski storage on the first floor, probably holds four sets of skis and poles. We were able to fit three sets of skis and one snowboard. The elevators were pretty quick most of our trip. If we weren’t going to the parking garage or down to get skis, the stairs to go outside were very convenient. The ice rink was closed during our visit, but when it’s open, the view from the balcony would be nice to watch skaters. We would definitely rent this property again if staying in Keystone.

My wife, children and I very much enjoyed our stay. The condo has a great layout for families and is equipped with everything you would ever need.

Property was in close proximity to the River Run base area which made skiing more enjoyable. The building overall is a bit worn out but the specific property is fine. Gas fireplace and well-stocked, full kitchen are much appreciated amenities for a week of staying on the mountain. The small grocery store in Keystone/River Run Village is surprisingly well-stocked for food needs and very conveniently located for this property.

Anytime you have the chance to find a place within walking distance to the slopes, you don’t want to waste time shopping around. Buffalo Lodge was the winner, after the owner at another location denied me for not having reviews on that website. Anyway, we had a great time with my friends. I’ll keep it on my list for my next ski trips. Thanks again!
