This place is amazing. It sets right on the canal with it's own private dock (bring your boat). And it's only a couple of hundred yards down the canal to get to the main river, giving you access to the gulf and Kings Bay. The kitchen is well stocked for cooking and Winn-Dixie is nearby. If you book this property, don't miss the sunrises and sunsets from the cupola. Beautiful, Beautiful. This place checks all the boxes for an amazing getaway. Highly recommend.

We had a wonderful vacation in Crystal River and absolutely loved the house. The house was very clean and the location was amazing, right on a large canal! Our 28 foot boat fit perfectly on the dock and it was easy to get to the scallop grounds from the house! We will definitely come back!

Comfortable and safe house. We enjoyed the kayaks and saw Manatees frolicking in the canal.

Property was perfect especially for a boat, kids loved to dock.House was very nice, enjoyed our stay.

Fenced in yard was perfect for our dogs. Floating dock great for getting in & out of kayaks. Main living area is on 2nd level so there are stairs. Home is just a pictured. Will return.

Not ready to rent. Too many things to get into.

We loved this property and the location is close to the river and gulf. Easy in and easy out. Close to the ramp. Only recommendation is the house is really a 2 bed /2 bath. The Widows peak is difficult to climp the spiral staircase as it is steep, . So for us no one could sleep there. But if you do not need the 3rd bedroom the place is amazing.

Great location and comfortable home!

Just what we needed for a guys fishing trip.

Very comfortable home with great front and back porches for the sunrise and sunset. Home has very comfortable beds and sits on a deep canal just minutes from the river and gulf. We really enjoyed our two week stay.

This is our 2nd stay in this house. Love the decks. Coffee over looking the marsh in the morning on the east side, cool breezes in the afternoon on the west side. The bed is extremely comfortable, as is the whole house. Short ride or bike to town.

This was the second time staying at this property. Thank you so much for allowing us to share in your beautiful home.

Great loacation

Would highly recommend. This rental is located in a great spot right off of the river. Amenities were awesome. We'll definitely look for some time to rent in the summer.

The location is great and the overall set up of the house functions well.

The property is exactly as pictured. It was well equipped with everything we needed. The location is great for fishing, biking and hiking. We were there for 4 days and were so busy, we didn't have time to use the kayaks or the grill. Lots of fun restaurants.

The house was great, we had four adults and two kids, plenty of space, both the patios in the front and back are so nice and relaxing, very quiet neighborhood, great views, the house is centrally located near everything, what more do you need when you visit Crystal River!? Highly recommend . Plus we had one issue with the TV and the owner came out within a few hours to fix everything so they were very responsive and helpful, we will definitely stay here again!

We had perfect weather and got good use of the dock for our boat. A bit noisy with construction across the canal and barking dogs but nothing management could control.

Pros… Nice area and layout, quiet neighborhood, generally clean with a few exceptions Cons… - 4 invasive cameras are set up to spy on you. 2 cameras on the front deck and 2 on the back deck. We found this extremely uncomfortable and compromised our privacy, especially since most of our time there was out on the decks where they could listen, watch and record our every move and word. For this reason we wouldn’t stay here again. - Game room/ basement had doggie doo doo - which we cleaned up (shame on previous guest and housekeeping) this space was basically unwelcoming - one of the 2 kayaks was broken/unusable… we had to rent one - bed frames were extremely noisy and disruptive with every move, although mattresses were comfortable. - no hair dryer, coffee or Kleenex supplied

My sister and I decided to take our mother on a girls trip after learning of her cancer diagnosis. This was a very peaceful location and just what we all needed. We enjoyed kayaking on the Crystal River - it was beautiful.

We really enjoyed our stay! Very clean. Easily accessible both by road and by boat! Love that we could go out even on low tide. Will rent again!

Gingers house is just as described. Great location for boating to scalloping and town. The house has plenty of room and a cute little bedroom on the 3rd floor. Great for the kids! The ground floor has a large room great for having out and storing all your boating and fishing supplies. 2 Kayaks are available for use too.

5 star experience for our first annual sibling vacation! The house was clean and beautiful, the location was absolutely perfect for scalloping and going to the springs. Beds were comfortable and kitchen was stocked for all the yummy food we brought to cook up. The house was also spacious and everyone had plenty of space to spread out and relax on the decks upstairs and down. We will stay here again!

Property was very nice, everything advertised. Docking facility was great with boat ramp within 5 minutes. The air conditioning failed on Fathers Day, the management had it up and running by the afternoon. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Simple check in check out. Deep water for boat. Awesome location. We will be back next year.

The property had been pressure washed and repainted since our last visit and was a noticeable improvement. There is construction going on across the canal but it really wasn’t a noise issue.

Great location! Very quiet. Everything you need for a great stay. Had one of the best vacations Ever ! Fishing was Awsome! Brought our boat . ramp down the road. The floating docks great.

The house & location are super! Our only complaint was the windows were dirty & there was some mildew around a few windows. We came from a northern climate so seeing green scenery was important to us. We cleaned what we could & did let the property manager know for future reference. We loved the location & the house & would stay there again in a heartbeat! Ginger was super sweet & accommodating. Wifi was a little spotty & she got that all fixed. We lost a little container of our son’s ashes which we like to sprinkle when we travel someplace special. They found it & mailed it back to us which was greatly appreciated. Our kitty loved chasing the little lizards. The fencing was good so even a little pet could not get under. Our cat never tried to go over. There are several dogs across the canal that barked at a few boats but mostly barked at the people in the road behind them. They didn’t notice but our kitty but might notice a dog. She loved the spiral staircase, it was a best “cat tower” ever! Like many southern locations the “midges” would come out early morning & evening. There’s a deet-free product called Repel made from citris & eucalyptus which worked well keeping them off us while sitting outdoors at those times. We highly recommend this rental & would go back in the future.

Great location, nice size house and well appointed with everything you need. Just needed a few small things addressed to be 5 stars! We enjoyed our stay and the area highly - would come back for a second stay.

Our family went for a quick getaway. The house was clean and the beds were comfortable. The kitchen had everything we needed including a wine opener and pizza cutter. We loved the access to the kayaks. We had a few questions and were able to receive the answers in a very timely manner. The nest was for the teenagers and be prepared to only take small bags up the spiral staircase. The WIFI worked well for all of us. :-) Just what we needed!

Perfect location on a canal. Quiet, friendly neighborhood. Close to restaurants, shops and manatees. Home is clean, stocked and very comfortable. Furniture and mattress extremely comfortable. A lot of extra pillows and blankets available. Enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend.
