Two friends and we’re on a golf vacation to the Comox/Campbell river area. All three of us loved this place! The house is beautifully decorated and the kitchen is very well appointed with everything you could possibly need. I would highly recommend this place and we will definitely stay here again when we come back to this area to golf.

Clean, well equipped house with lots of space for 8 of us. Host was very generous in helping us book late because of medical issues.

This is a great property that has all the things anyone would need. Lots of living space and outdoor space, close to downtown Comox and in a quiet area. Sue provides everything needed and is very responsive. Comfortable furniture and beds. A great property and trip! Highly recommend this listing.

Susan has created a very comfortable, homely space. Our family felt very pampered, with 2 kingsize bedrooms & 2 queen size bedrooms. The kitchen area is fantastic, with everything you may need to cook up a storm, if your eating in. Only a few minutes drive to the local supermarket to collect your groceries.
Overall our stay was very welcoming, cosy and comfortable and would recommend couples or family groups wishing to stay in the Comox Valley.

This is our second time staying here. We love the spacious house and the yard is great for kids. We also appreciate the layout of having a master on both levels of the house. Close to shops, beach and restaurants, we were able to get everything we needed within a few minute drive. We do wish the house was air conditioned, especially in the heat of August. Otherwise, there is nothing I would change.

I stayed here with my sister's family and everyone was very satisfied with everything.
The place was very clean and well decorated as if you are at a show home.
Susan was very helpful answering my questions for local restaurants, beaches, and grocery stores.
I hope we can stay here at next time.

The property and location is ideal for folks who want to be close to the marina. Walking to and from is about 4 kilometers which makes for great exercise.
The home itself is very clean with modern decor and spacious. A great place for a family trip or friendscation.

We were in the house for 4 days with our family of 7 people. Everybody was exited about the house and the very high standards of furneture and materials. Sue is a great host. She helped us a lot and was very quick in answering our questions. Comox is a very lovely city. Highly recommended!

Fantastic home for a getaway
Home is absolutely beautiful and looks even better than the pictures. Sue was helpful and left our group out a highchair to use. All communication with her was quick and polite. Comox is a wonderful place to go visit and would highly recommend to any family. You’ll need a vehicle to get around to any of the fun local attractions (beaches, water parks, wineries) but the neighbourhood itself is also beautiful to go for a walk around. Overall I would recommend this place for anyone looking for a relaxing trip!

We're a group of four women that have been friends for more than fifty years and try to get away every year. Sue's home was perfect for us. It was very clean and had everything we needed. The beds were very comfortable and there was no outside noise. The private back yard is great for soaking up some sun and having three full bathrooms was a plus as well as having access to Netflix. The only thing we missed was easily being able to walk to restaurants so we could have wine with dinner, but a cab to Courtenay was only $20-25 and Comox $10 so it made for a wise decision for us. We would highly recommend this property and will stay here again the next time we are in the Comox area. Thanks, Sue.

Lovely home, perfect location…
The property is even nicer than advertised and was perfect for our grown family to congregate and visit while prepping for my son’s wedding.
Sue was great, the house is great, just need to work on the weather.(just kidding). A perfect weekend!

Really enjoyed our stay for our Anniversary. The weather didn't cooperate but thats the time of year. House is so well equipped, everything you could ask for and more. Sue was very easy to communicate with and response time was great. Couldn't have asked for a better home.

Great stay in Comox
The house is very clean, spacious, and quiet. The kitchen is very well stocked, anything we needed was there. In the back, there is a nice deck and lounge areas. Right across the street, there is a nice park with trails for short walks. The location is a great base to explore the area (lots to see). The host was very responsive and helpful. We hope to visit again!

Lovely stay
This home had everything we needed and more. It is very spacious and has multiple spots for seating outside. The listing doesn’t include all the extras such as fans in each room, a playpen, a fully stocked kitchen, even Q-tips and body wash in the bathrooms. It’s close to everything (5 minutes), Ill most likely stay here again.

Perfect holiday location
This property is perfect for a large group. 8 adults can be comfortably accommodated. There is everything you could want and more. The location is great for the whole Courtney/Comox area.

We spent a long weekend here and had a very comfortable stay. The home was well-equipped for our family, with plenty of supplies in the kitchen and great otuside seating options. We had a couple hiccups with check in/out but the property manager worked to smooth these out.

A lovely well appointed home with everything you could want. The only thing that would make it perfect is air conditioning because we had a very hot spell.
