Tony's place is the perfect location in Hermosa Beach. 5 minute walk to the beach or 5 minute walk to the grocery store. Easy access to great restaurants. The two bedroom, two bathroom apartment had everything we needed. Tony is extremely responsive and willing to do whatever it takes for you to have a great stay.

Hermosa Beach is a great town
Hermosa Beach is fabulous — this property is totally under maintained— holes in the screens; food and personal items left in fridge and bathrooms; not properly cleaned; wifi was bad; property is old and dirty but location is terrific — blinds are broken etc — if the location is all you care about its great

The best part of this property is its location with a few minutes walk to the Hermosa Beach pier and the action around it... The host, Tony, is welcoming & polite... unfortunately, this property (unit # 2) needs lots of maintenance as the appliances & property are very old... when we arrived, the host informed us that the much advertised Jacuzzi was non functional and it took him nearly 20 days to get it fixed... the self ignite on the stove burners does not work & one has to use an external butane lighter... the ice maker in the refrigerator produces lot of cold air but no ice... the bathroom exhausts and the cooling system make so much noise that its difficult to keep them on... the sofas, the carpet and the furniture are dated & worn out... also, the house needs a good cleaner as we spent best part of our first day cleaning it up... I think with the hefty fees that Vrbo charges guests ($499 in our case), one expects them to exercise certain amount of due diligence when listing properties on their site... So, great location, great host but a property which has shortcomings...

Working Remotely from Hermosa Beach
Four of us stayed at Tony’s place for six weeks and had absolutely no complaints. Enough room for us to spread out, and the backyard is great with seating and the hot tub. Great place to stay in Hermosa beach!

Awesome place right near everything in Hermosa. Tony was very nice and accommodating throughout the stay.

Hermosa heaven
Hermosa heaven! Tony’s property was exactly as described in the listing and was an absolute oasis for us for winter 2020. Tony was responsive and kind and accommodating hopefully will be back soon!

We keep returning
Cannot beat the location of this place. Walk every night down to the beach. Close to every kind of restaurant, bar or shopping. The owner seems like your lost cousin, always ready to answer whatever questions you may have. This is our fourth or fifth stay. I should have made the owner an offer to buy that first time I guess.

Hermosa Rental
This rental was very accurately described on the website. It was a nice size for 6 people. The location was ideal for walking to everything in Hermosa Beach! The owner was easily available. We would definitely stay here again.

Home away from home
We got a lot of exercise because it was so convenient to walk to the town, the beach with the Strand and even the grocery store. There is so much to do in this beautiful area including two farmer's markets a week within walking distance, great restaurants and bars, breweries and local stores. We also picked the perfect time in May with all the volleyball competitions and the street festival. We picked up bikes and rode to Santa Monica a couple times and afterwards took advantage of the Jacuzzi which we were not even expecting use at all. There is plenty of room especially with the open kitchen and living room. The place is a little dated but has everything you need and it felt like a real shore house. Tony was available for any little issue and welcomed us on arrival.

Perfect location
Third stay over the past 18 months. Five minute walk to the Ocean past every kind of restaurant or bar you can imagine. Hard to find a better location. We're starting to feel like a native.

Can not beat this place in the South Bay area of California.
Completed our second stay in Tony's place in less than a year. Minutes to Hermosa Beach/Pier/Strand, restaurants, bars and a quick ride to golf courses. Great accommodations and a great owner who cares about your stay like you care.

Great location
This place was ideally located in Hermosa Beach. Walking distance to grocery stores, restaurants to suit all tastes and budgets and best of all just a short few blocks to one of the prettiest beaches you'll find any where. Watch the sunsets on the Pier or walk the Strand for miles along the beach. Terrific public golf course within a 30 minute ride and similar times to Disneyland as well as Knott's Berry Farm which is a terrific amusement park also.

Lovely Stay
Everything was as advertised and Tony warmly welcomed us. The location was perfect, walking distance to downtown Hermosa Beach, and to the beach. Definitely recommend it!

Amazing Place in a Classic Cali Beach Town
For starters, Tony is the man. He made us feel right at home and runs a clean tight ship. It was a nice vacation with a lot of time to relax. We were so close to the ocean, restaurants, and other attractions that we hardly had to get in our car. Hermosa Beach is a fun place for people of all ages. I will be returning for another stay in the future! Thanks Tony!
