Amazing property that is close to the bus stop to get to town and the slopes. Overall it was a perfect stay, only complaint was that the hot tub had issues with the temperature so we couldn’t use it the last night. Besides that it was an ideal stay.

Great location on a dead-end street short walking distance to what feels like a personal ski lift. The SilverStar lift is only accessible to guests in the area, so it's not busy. It also sits between Park City and Canyons resorts, so it is easy to access either ski area. The house is true log construction with a wood burning fireplace for ambiance. A special place.

We were a group of older guys from New Zealand who had 9 nights at this house. Everything worked well. Susie was fantastic to deal with, and the location was excellent.

What an amazing space for our family to ski into the new year. We took the little walking trail right to the Silver Star lift every morning ! So close and So fun. The Chalet is so cozy and perfect for family getaway. The master suite is amazing for Mom and Dad to have their own space within the space. We give this charming stay a 5 star ++++.

There is ample space to sleep 10 people and a large common area. 5 minute walk from silver star lift. Hot tub is excellent. Access to garage and house was simple. I would definitely stay here again if I come back!

This condo is perfect for a family with young adults. There is ample space, easy access to lifts, close proximity to grocery & state liquor store. Susie was a wonderful manager. We highly recommend this unit!

This unit is just a short walk away from the Silver Star lift and close to town. There are great views and our group had a wonderful time. Communication from Susie was clear and quick. We would love to return

Location was great during crazy, busy week. You can walk to Silver Star lift with no lines and ski to home. Nice refuge from crowded mountain town and lifts. Room with fireplace was great. Lots of space to spread out in unit. Kitchen needs an update

Everything about our stay was great. The property has sufficient supplies and have gone above and beyond to make each stay worth it. Already planning to book property again for next year.

We enjoyed our stay in PC. We were early in the season, so the Silver Star lift was not open, but the Silver Star rental facility was open and super convenient and incredible service. Plenty of room for our family of 7. The one negative about the condo is the open/loft master bedroom. The owner was super and answered all questions.

We travel to Park City at least once a year but have never stayed in this particular area. The property and location were excellent. We were early in the season so we couldn't take advantage of the easy access to Silver Star but that is a definite plus for later in the season. You can walk to PCMR as well if you like. Would definitely return!

Spacious, comfortable and convenient. 4-5 min walk to the lift. Great fireplace with plenty of wood. We had a great time.

Susie's condo has comfortable sleeping galore and perfect common spaces to accommodate group apres ski. It was just the ticket for a group of friends coming from all corners of the country to spend quality time together on the slopes and off. Everything we needed was within walking distance!

And we particularly liked the separation of living space which kept our common areas free of clutter. It’s a perfect layout. Several things were in need of repair and these have been reported to the property manager. The unit could have been cleaner. The high ceilings and very tall fieldstone fireplace are hard to reach. A dust mop on a long pole is needed. We weren't able to access the unit until an hour after check-in, but this was due to a late check out by the prior guests. I don't think this is typical of what other guests will experience. Customer service was very good. The property manager was helpful and responsive to all of our needs. Overall a very enjoyable stay. Park City is awesome. We had a great time!

We really enjoyed our stay here. We had two couples and three kids so the two living spaces really gave some nice space for everyone to spread out. The walk to the Silver Star lift was a breeze and there was never a line. You could then get to PC Mountain and Canyons really easily then end up back at Silver Star. We loved it. The fireplace was wonderful every evening. The house is a little tired and could use a bit of TLC, but the location, cleanliness, views, space, and communication with the property manager were all ideal, so we would stay again. We really enjoyed Park City!

It’s a rustic house but very comfortable with easy access to the mountain and downtown if you have a car or are willing to take the (very convenient) Park City bus. A great vacation stay for a family.

We loved our stay in this condo. We went for skiing and boarding on PC Mountain, and appreciated the location of this condo - a short walk from the lifts. We also appreciated having our own hot-tub! The condo is very spacious, so our 18-20s kids had their own lower level and kept their own hours. Very clean; comfortable beds and linens; good kitchen with ample cooking gear. The master suite on the third floor is particularly spacious with a nicely renovated ensuite bathroom.

Susie was incredibly helpful and we very much enjoyed our stay. The master bedroom is large and comfortable, and our kids loved the hot tub. Highly recommend!

Perfect location for group of 5 to ski and enjoy Park City. Short walk to lift in AM and ski to the condo at days end. Place is clean and kitchen is equipped. Private hot tub is great. Plenty of hot water for showers, garage parking for 1 and driveway for 1-2 more cars. I would recommend it overall and it’s a good value. If I were to make suggestions on updates to the condo it would be: 1. Need a TV on the main level 2. Time to update the kitchen a little (cabinets/drawers/dishwasher is jammed in by the stove) and new silverware but it is plenty useable.

Easy and accurate.

The location of this condo is perfect! A short walk to the Silver Star Lift that is on a manageable blue for skiing back home at the end of the day; or if you prefer to utilize the town shuttle the stop is right around the corner from your front steps. We would stay here again in a heartbeat the next time we head back to park city!

My friends and I stayed at this great house while attending the Sundance Film Festival. We found the house to be the perfect balance of convenience and comfort. It's well-maintained and the local owners' couldn't be better people. I highly recommend staying here. If you're not familiar with Park City then it may not be obvious from the map just how convenient this house is. The Park City Mountain's Silver Star lift is steps away. So is the bus that whisks you to the resort base and into town (you can also walk to both). The house's location, and the quality of the transit system, means that you really don't need a car to get around. The Park City Golf Course/cross-country ski loop is just down the road. Yet despite being close to everything, the house is on a quiet, calm street. The photos accurately depict the house, which would work well for a family or group of friends. I stayed with friends and we were able to hang out together around a roaring fire and also give each other space when needed. I think a family would find the layout equally comfortable, with the adults hanging out in the great room while the kids enjoy the den. The views from all three levels are expansive--during the day you can watch the cross-country skiers loop the golf course and in the evening you can see the stars and the lights of Park City stretched out before you. The semi-loft master bedroom is awesome and the other two bedrooms are very solid. With 2.5 bathrooms, a full kitchen, a washer-dryer, two decks, a fireplace with a gas starter, and a hot tub, you and your group will be so well situated that you may not even want to go into town. This really is a great base from which to enjoy all that Park City has to offer.

Susie’s place was great. We loved the private hot tub that was sparkling clean and a great place to relax at the end of the day. Kitchen was well stocked and we ate around the dining table every night. Location couldn't be better, we skied straight into the condo after each day and totally avoided the crowds. The bus goes from the end of the road and takes you all over town. We had a car, but really didn't use it when we were there. All in all, a great find. Hopefully will be back.

Great location - close to town and ski lift. Quiet and comfortable beds. Would like to return to mountain bike and hike which you can do out your door. A lucky find.

This is a spectacular place. Not your run of the mill holiday condo, but a real gem, hidden away at the base of the mountain. We walked to the Silver Star lift every morning and had easy access onto the mountain without having to go to the main base. (there was a really cute cafe there where we had breakfast a couple times). Skiing home, there was an easy blue run that we took, and then walked back - maybe 100yds. The house itself is really big, with an enormous great room and wonderful fireplace that we used every night. We cooked in quite a lot, and the kitchen was great, but we also took the bus to the main street one night and it was really easy and quick. We will definitely be back, this was the best value place I've been to for a long time.

The condo was simply unbeatable in terms of both location and privacy. It is a short drive to the main ski resort and an even shorter walk to the Silver Star chairlift as your gateway to the rest of the Park City Ski Resort. Unlike many of the other units you pass on your walk to the chairlift, this condo is situated in a quiet, private corner. I highly recommend this place!
