Great place with amazing views !

Hong's home was just like pictured and more!!!

The unit was nice and spacious and the patio is outstanding, however, due to the high volume of occupancy it's showing a lot of wear and tear that maybe the owner isn't aware of. The refrigerator leaks water and we lost power in the entire unit one day. Maintenance had to be called 3 times to respond.

Room was great, had some complications with the AC units. The living/ kitchen-room was so hot the first day, they fixed the breaker. The last night, one of the bedroomS were so hot. Had to call maintenance again, and again. One guy showed up but never came back. Didn’t fix the issue or tell us what was going on. He went to check the condenser and never came back. The Same day, called for extra towels that never showed up. Very poor communication and follow through from the guest relations side.

The only thing that we didn't was the check-in process. It was really slow and it took awhile waiting in line. Also on Phase 1 we couldn't tell where the check in was, so that really confused us. The next thing is that we traveld from Texas which was a 17 hour drive and the day we left nobody was at the check in. A really nice security guy instructed me to go to Phase 2 since they are open really early. So the check-in and check-out process was only my issue and hopefully with Phase 3 opening soon that won't be an issue. We will definitely go again when Phase 3 opens up.

This penthouse was everything we could ask for and more. The pictures does no justice (as I thought maybe the furniture and kitchen would be out dated) for this place the owner should post a video. My guest were so happy when they saw the penthouse for the 1st time as I never told them or showed them where we would be staying. Each room had something awesome to offer, we didn't want to leave. The only hip-cup we had were: 1. we weren't allowed to grill on the patio and that was a privacy i expected to have. 3. We also couldn't access the jacuzzi’s or the fire pits and couldn't talk above a whisper on the patio pass 10pm. The patio is the best feature. You for sure want to be out doors pass 10pm without complaints as adults in our 40’s and 50’s… We are on vacation! I would definitely stay here again!

This property makes you feel like true royalty! Luxurious views and accommodations I will definitely rent again!

We enjoy RP several times each year. This is the 3rd or 4th time we have rented this unit. We weRe surprised to learn that the TV in the living room has been struck by something and the entire screen was cracked. I contacted the owner and the TV was replaced the following day, so that was very nice. My only complaint is the owner insisted that we were responsible for a small piece of molding that was hanging from one of the Murphy beds. We didn’t notice it until our last day because it’s about 9 feet from the floor but I am 100% that this occurred prior to us renting the unit. Also be aware that there is a hot tub, but it’s inoperable.

Loved the areas and the host was very helpful!

Very nice. Penthouse with elevator entrance. The house had everything we needed. Kitchen had all essentials. The outdoor has very nice furniture to enjoy the sunset. Wish you could use jacuzzi and fireplace. The host answered questions quickly. The house is roomy. One bedroom had no door between bedroom and toilet area. Wasn’t ideal with a partner The master was very nice and roomy. All bedrooms had some view and balcony area. If your looking to relax and enjoy the condo and resort this is a nice one. Bottom line I would stay again in a heartbeat. Had a wonderful time. The area is nice. People bring down there UTVs to drive around. I asked and saw the secured area you can store your trailer there and they allow your UTV in the regular parking spaces.

Truly incredible penthouse.

It’s a beautiful patio!!! A little bummer that you can’t use the hot tub. Home is gorgeous but could use some TLC as some things are worn out.

So glad we visited in October when we could keep the patio doors open and listen to the ocean all day and night with a cool breeze and no need for any air conditioning or heating! Host is very communicative.

The Penthouse is beautiful but it needs some maintenances for wears and tears (i.e. replace light bulbs out in balcony, touch up walls inside unit, etc.). For Hong(the host), she's GREAT as always since I always reached out to her for help every time I'm in Rocky Point. She never failed to help me with any little issues I had.

Beautiful view, more space than expected! The balcony was amazing and the beds were very comfortable!

We paid to much for what we got. To many issues on the property. We have to report lots of damages, the jacuzzi in the the second suite was not working. The jacuzzi outside was not for use at all. The small bedroom had awfull smell coming from the bathroom. The TV inthe small room was not working the first day we arrived. No door in the restrooms we were not told about it very uncomfortable. The barbeque grill almost exploted on the guy maintance while he repaired for us to use it. Reception told us we need to pay for the gas in order to use the grill, fortunate they agree we didn't have too. We were unable to see the sunset from the top, there were buildings nfront of the property. Is advertise you can see the sunset from the top view. Reception was very rude. On our way out we expressed our concerns, the fribt desk supervisor tokd us if we were looking to be compensated it was happenning. We felt insulted we were just letting them know what was the issues. Unfortunate it w asn't what we expected.

We loved this home. The owner was great when issues arose (very minimal issues). We will stay here again. Thank you! The patio alone is worth it. Not to mention the rest of home is great too.

Place was great and specious, we enjoyed our stay. Beautiful views. some issues with with housekeeping and front desk but host great quick response to every question.

Gorgeous unit, exactly as described, wonderful outdoor space

The condo was as advertised, spacious and beautiful. Hong was amazingly responsive and able to help if Las Palomas was unable. Las Palomas is stingy on the garbage bags, and kitchen soap but we knew this and brought our own. I would definitely come back and rent this condo. I wish Hong was the host of all rentals in Puerto Penasco, he was fantastic.

GREAT

We rented this condo for a trip with friends, the condo was beautiful and good for our large group; the views were stunning and private access is great. The check-I’m process through Las Palomas was the worst I’ve experienced over the course of many stays there- long waits, and our room was not ready at checkin time, and after extensive delays and finally being allowed into the condo, it was still very dirty- food on the floors and counters, and the refrigerator was broken. Las Palomas was not very responsive in addressing either issue, resulting in our being unable to get settled into our room until several hours after check-in. They did help with a replacement fridge, but this took almost 5 hours and ended up sitting in the middle of the room during the stay. We also only had hot water in 2 of the four showers

Let me start out by saying the positive attributes to this property. The view is one of the best that I have seen at the property. This is the first time that we did not leave the rooftop during the day to go down to the pool because the view and the furniture were ideal for laying out and visiting with friends.We go to Rocky point for spring break every year with multiple families. Great memories were made at this property too. The property owner addressed as many issues as she could but the property was not cleaned well, the TV was broken on our arrival, grill didn’t work, wine fridge did not work, dishwasher was not attached properly, the fridge was not cooling properly and previous guests clothing were under the couch and stuck in the closet. The property is decorated beautifully but it could need a walk through for some of the wear and tear items. The hotel cleaning crew and front desk staff were not on their game. Not all of the issues were due to the owner but lies more with Las Palomas staff. Check in got pushed from 4:00 to 7:00!!

Host was awesome and very attentive. Great view from the top - the reason you get the penthouse! Off the bat there were some disappointing aspects like all of the water fountains turned off, spa was off, and there were eaten bags of chips found in a couple beds. This is not necessarily on the host as I know how these situations are with hotel management. Hong was great and accommodating through all my complaints. But, the hotel needs to do something about this in my opinion. When you think penthouse you think you are paying for the best, when you get average quality it’s very upsetting. All around we enjoyed the trip. But, I would say there could be some tweaks to enhance the “penthouse” feel.

Was super easy working with the owner, and the condo was miraculously nice. One of the nicest places in Rocky Point, and the resort was amazing and clean all around the property. Highly recommend!
