This was our first trip to Perdido Key and it was amazing. The river out back was beautiful and we caught some nice size trout from the dock. The dolphins came through every morning and evening. The beach is across the street and while it is a short walk it can take a while to be able cross because of the heavy traffic. The condo itself could use some maintenance - broken cabinet door and the rug in the living room will trip you up but other than that the place was very clean and cute - the views from the top floor bedroom were amazing! We went to many places for dinner and lunch and The Fisheans Corner was hands down the best place that we ate at and we went back twice. Johnsons beach is well worth the entry fee and the Blue Angels were flying over as we relaxed in the sugar white sand. We will definitely return in the future!

The unit is an okay option when you need a little more room and don’t mind a longer walk to beach. View of the bay was so so. Balcony has no cover and way too hot to enjoy on a nice day. I was very disappointed with cleanliness of dishes. There were multiple utensils that were not clean and several bowls with visible food. Yuck. Plenty of linens and good washer/dryer was a plus. Beds were all comfortable.

Nice getaway my only complaint was getting to the beach access. First come first serve.

Great place to stay rather with family or not. Short walk to beach. Pool was never crowed. Great places to eat a short drive either direction. Wish dock would have been repaired,but can still fish from bank.

The location is great - just a short walk across the street to the beach. The condo had everything in it that we needed for a week stay and plenty of space for 5 adults and 2 kids. The kids loved the loft! The deck is perfect for sunrise and sunset and very peaceful overlooking the water with plenty of seating. Beds are super comfy! The fishing piers were destroyed in the hurricane so they are not accessible (or existent in some cases) for fishing and the area is blocked off so it wasn't good for crabbing but otherwise everything was perfect! We can't wait to come back!

Property is just as described in the listing. There were 6 of us and we were comfortable. The back deck is awesome and the wildlife is fantastic to watch. I talked with the owner of the property as well with the realtors office. Way to run a business folks! Kiddos for making our trip GREAT!

The place was nice. The pictures sure made it look bigger. And it would of been nice if the dock was repaired but other than that it was nice and a good location.

I loved the location of this property. It had the best of all worlds...deck off the back to watch dolphins, a pool steps away, and the beach a short walk across the street. The beach was not crowded because there weren't very many big condos around, which was nice! Everything about our stay was excellent. I would totally recommend this property!

We were very pleased with the accommodations with the exception of finding out there was no dock. There is no reference to not having a dock and no one mentioned it in our communications. We were planning to fish the entire week off the dock and were very disappointed. I think it would be worthwhile to temporarily change the picture and let families know in case they are planning that as part of their trip.

We had a wonderful vacation. This property is exactly as shown in the pictures. For coffee drinkers there is two coffee pots. You can make one cup of coffee or a pot of coffee. We had three adults and three kids and were all comfortable. The place was perfectly clean. Sitting on the deck was the best way to start the day. I can't wait to visit again.

Even though our stay was on the COLDEST week through out the country, we enjoyed our stay. The pictures are exactly what our place looked like. Would definitely stay there again. The only complaint I have is that there is not a full length mirror anywhere.

The house was super cute and exactly what we needed for this particular trip. The location was great and the view of the Old River and Ono Island was spectacular! The house has 2 kind beds and a loft with two twin beds, it’s a good size for 3 adults. There were some random things around the property that needed some maintenance attention. We spoke with the property management company, specifically the manager, who was very helpful and attentive. Overall, we had a good stay and would stay here again.

While there, we took a direct hit from Hurricane Sally (that's the last time this small town girl listens to the locals when they say it won't get bad). The condo we were staying in received quite a bit of damage. Due to the damage, our stay was cut short and the owners refunded 100% of the days we were no longer there. I was highly impressed with the amount of communication between us and the property managers. They were very helpful each time we called. This is a beautiful condo and a great location. I will definitely stay here again should we ever return to the area.

Friends enjoyed their stay. Had children moved a few things to make sure nothing broke but all in all had a great time.

This place could not have been more perfect for my families summer vacation in Perdido Key! Being so close to the beach but also to the pool and the bay was incredible. We saw dolphins all but 1 day we were staying. We highly recommend and would stay again if we come back to visit again. Thanks!
