There was, evidently, a new Roku TV in the unit that we were not familiar with and never really seemed to understand how to navigate, unfortunately. This is not a deal breaker, but it would be nice to have a TV with an option to have cable access for us older folks who are not so technically inclined, lol!! Otherwise, our stay was wonderful!! We booked here to celebrate our one year anniversary and it was wonderful. Very quiet and not very crowded on the beach either very family oriented.

We have stayed in this condo before and have a friend we recommended who stays here as well. We love this condo and this property. We will be back 😊

Lovely property with great views and beach. Pool was wonderful. We grilled steaks one night and that was fabulous. I love being close to St. Andrew's State park--a must see. Also check out Havana 1980 food truck in P.C. and Bayou Joe's! Great trip.

XThis was our first time to visit Panama City Beach and we had a wonderful time! The condo is beautiful and comfortable and the view from the balcony is amazing! We look forward to returning, at some point in the future, and will definitely book this property again!

This is my third time staying in this particular condo and I love it! This time it wasn’t quite as clean as it usually is, but the property manager has always been just a text away and he’s always responsive-I plan on staying there a few times next year too and hopefully for many years to come 😎🏖️❤️

The view from the balcony is as good as it gets. It is a great condo for a week at the beach. We had a couple of small issues when we arrived, but Kenny responded immediately and got our situation sorted out. The property owner is very responsive and friendly. We realized in the middle of the week that we could stay in Florida for an extra day and we were able to easily work with Kenny to add an extra day to our stay. We head to PCB every year and will likely attempt to reserve this one again next year as it is a great location at a fair price.

This is the 3rd year in a row we’ve rated here. Love the location and the fact it’s not a high rise. The view off the balcony is lovely.

Had a great stay. Condo had everything you needed to feel right at home. Comfortable beds plenty of room and space as well as a fully stocked kitchen. Check in was a breeze after a long drive.

We loved our stay at this ocean front condo. We spent so much time on the balcony, enjoying the view and the sound of the waves. All the reviews are right, this part of the beach was quiet and very family friendly. The property is well maintained and the on site management was helpful. There were plenty of linens and bedding provided and we appreciated the beach gear in the laundry room. Kenny was great to work with and was super responsive with our questions. We would definitely stay here again!

Cleanliness could be approved, although the view of ocean and closeness to all of Panama City Beach made up for this. Especially grateful for the community of this place. We stayed for the 4th of July and there was a bonfire, smores and fireworks right on the beach for us. We felt welcomed and enjoyed the socialization as well as festivities with everyone.

We love this Condo. This was our 3rd time here and our 2nd time in this unit. The unit has been updated since we last stayed and it's great ! We went back to this unit because it's away from the pool area. Being on the 5th floor gives you a better view. The updates made were cosmetic, but make the whole unit feel fresher and inviting. Overall, we will always try to book this unit when we come to PCB !

Condo was great! Location was exactly what we wanted. Pool area cleaned daily. There’s actually gas grills for your use too - bonus.

This condo has everything you need. There are fresh towels and washcloths, a full kitchen with a dishwasher, and there are even some chairs and floats in the laundry room if needed. The bed was awesome, we both slept great. The pictures do not indicate this but there's a full day bed with a trundle in the living room so I imagine bringing kids would be much easier with this setup. Some reviewers had me worried about the condition of the inside, but let's all remember the mariner west has been hit with many hurricanes so most condos are in varying states of update(s). There's nothing in this condo that's structurally or functionally in need of repair, it's all cosmetic; for the price and location, I can look past the exposed ductwork in the kitchen. Overall we loved it and we will stay here again!!!

Great view is the only good thing. Bed, sofas, chairs all very uncomfortable. Chairs at dining table swivel but won’t stay in place to sit down or stand up. Ceiling in kitchen is bare concrete, pots and pans all pock marked only found 3 I could use although they were bowed. Door below sink in kitchen broken, drawer without a pull knob in kitchen. Absolutely no water pressure in master shower, used once and used other shower the rest of our time there. Hot water was no where near hot. Owners closet was unlocked we discovered and had alcohol in it, tried to lock it but couldn’t and no we did not drink the alcohol. The whole unit needs new furniture and mattress. The furniture is very outdated. Pictures don’t show that there is a trundle couch/ bed in the living room, that too was very uncomfortable. Doubt we will be back especially since our “damage deposit” has still not been refunded!

Bathrooms felt dirty, had moldy strip at bottom of shower door. There was a cockroach on the balcony. May not be the owner’s fault, but still.
