We had another great stay! The whole family loved swimming and fishing on the dock and then movies and dinner in the evenings. The host was great to work with and answered our emails within minutes which we were so appreciative of! The house was clean and stocked with everything we needed and forgot, will definitely be booking again!

We stayed here while attending a nearby family reunion. It was spacious and comfortable. It is very well equipped with everything one could want for cooking, even two crockpots! Our favorite spot was the upstairs deck! We hung out there on the deck most of the time visiting with family. One should know, though, that you can’t avoid stairs here. The kitchen & living room is upstairs.

This house was great for our family vacation! We had more than enough room for our family of 14. The dock was perfect for the kids of all ages for swimming and fishing. The owners were great to work with and very accommodating, will definitely be staying again!

This place was awesome. There was plenty of room and the house was stocked with everything we could possibly need. We really enjoyed having access to the boat dock to keep our boat. The location is excellent, close to town but also located in a small cove that was quiet.

My family and I had a great time at this rental! There were nine of us total (adult siblings and spouses along with our mom :)) and there was a TON of room for all of us. The kitchen had literally everything we needed for meals. The lake and dock area were great for swimming. We will definitely be returning!

Had a wonderful time. Plenty of room. Loved all the shade around the house. The kids swim and fish off the dock. Mostly caught perch but they loved it.

The house was just perfect for our long family weekend. There were 11 of us and we had plenty of room to spread out and the large dining room table was great so we could all eat together. Very nice deck area with plenty of seating. Our only suggestion to make this better was a little more lighting on the deck for cards and games. Very well stocked! We would stay again!

Property is well maintained and stocked with everything needed to cook meals and sleep comfortably. Have stayed in many other properties and this is a top 2 for me. They had plenty of pots and pans, new appliances that were in good working condition and entertainment (pool table, lake access/dock, and satellite tv). Everything was clean and well maintained, and can comfortably accommodate 5 couples at a minimum. ONLY drawback was I had some work to do while away and the internet speed could use an upgrade. I was really the only one who relied on it for work, but had I not had to do it, would’ve been a flawless accommodation. Most people don’t go to the lake to do work, so I don’t feel it should damage the review. If FAST internet is a MUST, I would reach out to ownership if it’s been upgraded, current speeds are adequate for most light internet browsing and downloading, streaming services can buffer at higher resolutions.

This home was everything that we expected. Great place to stay for a family gathering with plenty of room and lots of things to do.

Our family ages ranging from 2 months to 54 years old all enjoyed our stay. The house was large and spacious enough for all 12 people (6 adults and 6 children). Most of our time was spent outside enjoying fishing, swimming and boating. The kitchen was well stocked and the deck was absolutely amazing. It is also very conveniently located to the store and other activities like golf, etc. I would recommend this place to anyone who enjoys the lake and lake activities. We all agree we want to go back.

Home was squeaky clean- very large for a big family gathering. So well equipped with amusements, kitchen and dining room necessities. We would definitely stay again!

The VRBO listing is very representative of the property. It is well equipped with cooking/eating utensils. Everything in good working order. Owners are very responsive and answered our queries quickly. I do note that the living area and master bedroom are on the second floor which would be difficult for persons with limited stair climbing ability. Parents of our family are in their eighties and able to navigate stairs infrequently with light loads. Thankfully we had stronger younger people with us who carried their things up and down the stairs. One minor safety suggestion for owners is to install hand holds at the top of the interior stairs--we are a tall family and the railings are hard to reach as you start down the stairs. We had a great time at this property and would not hesitate to stay again. The home is very comfortable.

This home was a perfect fit for our family gathering! It was very clean and had a well stocked kitchen! It was nice to have the large eating areas inside as well as the outside picnic tables. The beds were all comfortable and the extra pull out sofa and futon worked great for the small kids. The sleeping area over the garage was a great hideaway place for grandpa and grandma at the end of a busy day! We made good use of the boat dock with swimming and fishing. Having a fish cleaning station is a big bonus! We look forward to returning next year!

My family and I had a great time celebrating my dads 90th birthday here at grand lake. The house had a perfect layout for us, both for sleeping and for gathering. We enjoyed fishing and swimming at the boat dock, hanging out on the outside decks and lounging indoors. The kitchen was stocked with everything we needed to prepare our meals and the dining room table was the perfect size. The location is great, close to town and to the marina, but nice and quiet for relaxing. We loved it!

We had a great time at the house and on Grand Lake. This was our second year for staying and it always meets our needs. The house is clean, convenient and comfortable. The owner and manager answer any questions immediately and are great to work with. Janet Klasing.

We had a great time! Family form 2 states and ages ranging from 9 - 89! The house was clean and spacious! We all enjoyed the dock and swam and played all day! Rented a tri-toon boat and tubed and had a great time! I would highly recommend this house!

This lake house is awesome, and our group had a wonderful time! Tania is extremely accommodating, and the house has every amenity you could ever need. We had a group of 6 adults and 8 young children, and there was more than enough room for everyone. Because of Covid, we ate all our meals at the house, and the large patio with picnic tables were the perfect place to eat and relax after a fun day on the water. The kitchen is well-equipped for cooking, and the pool table, games, and movies kept the kids entertained at night. The dock is easily accessible, and it was nice to have the ramp so close. Parking was not an issue, and the neighbors are friendly. I would definitely recommend this home, and we are already making plans to return next summer!

We loved our stay in Grove, OK!! The house had plenty to offer both inside and out! And we really loved the out door deck!!! This place had everything we needed in kitchen and bath! We hope to come back again!!! Our Father’s Day was truly a blessing!!

We had such a wonderful experience here! Owner was great to answer all questions prior to arrival. We had 13 people and there was plenty of room for all!! Home was very clean, had plenty of plates, kitchen gear and things to do around the house. The location was absolutely perfect! The kids caught a few fish right off the dock! Honestly we couldn’t have asked for a better trip! We will be returning to the property!!!!!

Our family enjoyed a wonderful Thanksgiving holiday here. Everyone had a good time. Even though it rained the three days we were here, everyone had plenty of space be involved in indoor fun and activities.

This is a beautiful property in a gorgeous setting and is better equipped with dishes, cookware, appliances, TV's, Linens etc. of any property we have ever vacationed in. Is close to Restaurants, shopping and points of interest. This property is definitely on the top of our consideration for another vacation stay.

Awesome few days for our family on Grand Lake. The house was great, clean and met our needs. Grove being close by was really convenient. All good.

This home was perfect for our large family coming from all areas of Kansas and Oklahoma. Super clean. My grandkids kept getting lost from each other. We loved the large deck and great kitchen. Beds comfy too. This is our second year coming to this lovely home. We were concerned about some flooding at Grand this year and the owners kept us updated all along the way. Ended up no problems with the lake water being too high. If you need plenty of room. This 5 bedroom home is for you. We will be back to make more memories.

This house has everything we needed. Extra towels, blankets, pillows and the kitchen was amazing. Lots of room for our large group. The pool table was an extra bonus. We will definitely be back.

We chose this area in March as a halfway point for spring break our family from Wisconsin and Texas. The house was perfect for a week with our family of 8 adults and 6 kids but unfortunately the weather and fishing didn't cooperate with our plans. We enjoyed the area but we probably won't be back during March if we return. The location would be ideal during summer though. The house literally had everything we needed, including a toddler seat for the kitchen table! We loved the amount of space in the living room and how big the kitchen table was. Overall, we highly recommend this house.

My family enjoyed staying at this home in Grove during fall break. The location is perfect. It is close to Har-ber Village, H20 Watersports and not far from restaurants and shops. We loved the private dock and enjoyed fishing from it. The house offered plenty of room, is clean and well maintained and it is in a quiet wooded neighborhood. We especially enjoyed playing pool in the game room. A great place to get away!
