This condo was very comfortable, convenient and close to everything. Beds were very comfortable, also couch and dining area. Convenient to Universal, 12 min, walk to Walgreens and grocery, right next to pool. Unit was clean and had nice cooking equip. Mgmt was quick to clean a minor issue we found upon arrival. Will return! Epic coming in across the street next year!

This location is perfect to stay at if you are attending any tradeshows or events at the convention center. Close to everything. The condo - One of the best I have ever stayed at. Clean, great decor and love the bottom floor balcony out back looking at the lake and pool. Clean - and useful tools in kitchen. I will be staying again.

We were very pleased with our stay. The condo is beautiful and very clean. Check in was easy with the door code. It's a few steps to the resort-style pool area. A grocery store and restaurants are a short walk. We were there for an event at the convention center, and it's an easy 15 minute walk to the north entrance from the condo. Overall I was very impressed and it was better than expected. I had read some mixed reviews for other units in the same property, but this one was perfect!

They were very communicative throughout our entire process and followed up in a timely manner. We ended up having a last minute change in our selected condo due to a problem that they noticed and was able to find a similar condo immediately for us to make the check in process as smooth as possible. We would stay there again.

I want to give a big shout out to the property manager for this rental Lin!!!
She was very responsive with all of our needs. She went above and beyond helping us. We got a big crack in our windshield, and she helped as a point of contact for the mobile auto glass repair, which allowed us to enjoy our day at the park.
Would definitely stay here again.

We loved being next to the pool for convenience while enjoying the lake view and walking trail. The condo is beautifully decorated, spacious and well equipped. Very responsive communication and perfect location for back and forth trips to the convention center. We'll be back next year!

Our stay was great! We loved the condo and it’s location. Only downfall was that the condo may have been closed up for a while before we arrived - a slight smell upon entry and dirty vents - a vent cleaning would be recommended :)
The pool and pool area was great! We enjoyed it many times! Unfortunately, there were “incidents” (#2) in the pool that led to its closure twice - one of the incidents took quite a while to be taken care of, but I’m sure there are many things to coordinate when those things happen. Staff all had different responses when asked when we could swim again....

This unit was beautiful and had a great view of the lake.
My family had a great time at Vista Cay. We took walks around the lake and used the pool. It is centrally located to the parks and lots of golf options. We walked to the shopping center next store for dinner a few times. The burger place and pizza place were very good. There was a Publix to get groceries and a liquor store there too. The unit is beautiful and has everything you would want. There were six adults and we were very comfortable. I would highly recommended this unit and would stay there again in a heartbeat.

Easy, Elegant and Well-Appointed
Lin is a pleasure to work with, and the property is well-appointed from furniture to kitchen, appliances and electronics. Note, DVD players with each TV, but no Blu-ray. Location couldn't be better with easy access to the clubhouse and pools.

Hurricane Mathew
3 adults and 2 children had the time of their lives at this lovely condo. We met for a DisneyWorld vacation, and despite the intrusion of a small windstorm (called Matthew!), we had a wonderful time. Lin and her husband were delightful and handled the (enforced) change in plans with grace and great accommodation.
