Jon was by far one of the most amazing hosts I've encountered on my home rental journey!! He helped saved us from a disastrous situation when the storm of the century hit the area, and was so communicative and flexible with rescheduling our trip. When our travel dates did arrive, he upgraded us without cost due to snow conditions. The home was breathtaking and all rooms and all amenities where like a 5 star hotel!! This was the first time we've been to Lake Arrowhead, and it will definitely not be our last. We will be booking with Jon again in the future for SURE!!

We stayed for a holiday weekend and have stayed at several of the property managers properties. This is by far our favorite. It has the perfect floor plan for two families. The top floor has two bedrooms and a split bathroom - shower and sinks in one and another sink and toilet in other. Perfect for family 1. The main floor is open and the deck is great. And another loo on this level. The bottom floor has two bedrooms and a full bath plus a sitting area - great for family 2. And the bonus is the game room:bunk room. No one slept in there and would have loved some seating for all the pool we played! The kids loved this space and felt like they had their own place. The kids range from 5 to 13 and it was an absolute win. We are never disappointed with Jon’s properties and seem to keep getting better. Thank you for another unforgettable family holiday weekend.

Wonderful house with a very well stocked kitchen. Loved being able to bring our dog - stairs are a little challenging for small furry friends. Wonderful stay and would love to come back.

This was a perfect setting for a family vacation! The open concept floor plan allowed for fun nights of playing games, watching movies, and reading. The pool table was a hit! The close location to Arrowhead Village made shopping and dining convenient. Short drive to Lake Gregory for some fishing and a 2.3 mile loop walk was fun too! The 3 levels of this home allow for shared common space as well as some peace and privacy. We enjoyed the BBQ on the deck and the beautiful weather. I'm sure it's beautiful in the winter!

We rented this property to house immediate siblings coming in for a graduation in the valley. It was a long drive down into the valley for events, but we wouldn’t have any other way if we did it again. The house provided wonderful spaces to relax and visit. Things for the kids to do and comforting sleeping arrangements. The kitchen was very adequate and the island was great for buffet dining. Quiet and serene on the mountain. Clean air. Lots of sunshine. The house doesn’t appear to have AC, but doesn’t need it. It was perfect for our group.

We had a great time, plenty of room Jon responded quickly when we had questions. Very close to the village we even walked one day. We enjoyed sitting outside with the fire pit, There was a storm A few days before we arrived so things were a bit messy around the fire pit and furniture. Other than that it was a great stay

We absolutely LOVED staying at this home. It had everything you could think of. We had a family of 9 adults over 3 days and cooked every meal and the kitchen was incredibly stocked! Towels were soft. Bedding was fab. All around really wonderful. We did have a time with the steep driveway because it started to snow hard before we got there but the property manager did give us fair warning so we did our best to get the cars up it. Also, just fair warning for families, the downstairs bathroom (shared by the bunk room and another queen bedroom) is inside one of the other rooms, so you had to go through someone’s room to use the bathroom or go upstairs. It wasn’t terrible for us since it was all family but good to note. Overall we absolutely LOVED our stay and would stay again.

Place was clean. Communication with the owner was awesome. If you have trouble parking, like I did, back in. It was much easier.

I loved the house it was very clean and organized. The game room was fun we played pool all night. We were a party of 8 and had plenty of room.

Pros: Excellent communication with property manager; large shaded deck with fire pit which accommodated whole family; upgraded kitchen and bath; three levels which allowed for privacy; good location; ping-pong table was great for a whole family; upgraded towels and soaps in whole home. Cons: VRBO description indicated 4 baths in multiple areas and that is not correct - Two 1/2 baths, one full bath, and one bath with double sinks and shower; several items that needed to be fixed within the home including missing handle on freezer, top oven does not work, outlets on one wall of the kitchen did not work, hole in the floor near pool table; bedrooms were quite small.

It was clean and well furnished, including a very stocked kitchen. Great location. Driveway is steep but fine in the summer.

This is a wonderful home conveniently located within minutes to downtown Lake Arrowhead. The home has all the kitchen appliances, dishes. and Cookware needed. The beds were comfy and the house has several beds if needed. Jon the owner is responsive and helpful. My family enjoyed our stay and we highly recommend this vacation home.

I have a somewhat picky mother and this cabin even met her standards for cleanliness, so if you have a mother like that, you know that's a big deal ;) The kitchen was wonderful, had so many amenities. Jon was very quick to respond to our messages and help troubleshoot any issues we had. Love the outdoor patio and ambiance. I could go on but if you're considering this cabin, just go for it - you'll love it. Great location. Very comfortable - they did not spare any expenses with the beds. We all had a great nights sleep. We stayed here at the end of August 2020. It was just four of us (2 adults plus 2 kids, 4 & 6), so it was a *lot* of space, but the kids absolutely loved being able to pick which of the many rooms they could sleep in. The house was very conveniently located for us, being just a few minutes from the village & lake. Check-in was a breeze, and the home had almost everything we could ask for (we couldn't find any board games so make sure to bring your own!). The only reason I can't give this property 5 stars is because there were several things that seemed to have been neglected, which was a surprise since the property management company is called "Luxury Vacation Homes". For example, the freezer drawer is missing its external handle, so one must grip the sides of the freezer to open it. The toaster has seen much better days and wouldn't work consistently, and most surprisingly, the dishwasher was not fastened to the counter, so you could literally roll the thing into the kitchen when you tried to open it. There were also portable A/C units in the two upstairs bedrooms, where they vent through an open window, and one of them was sort of duct-taped together and actually kept coming off the window adapter, so it would often just blow the hot air into the room. We didn't actually use that room so we just turned that unit off. Also, we did have an issue with some cleanliness of the sheets on the bunk beds (we found bits of dirt and some hairs on them). We reported this to Jon and he confirmed that the sheets are always washed, but that the brand they were using tends to be more electrostatic and are thus a bit harder to clean. He said they were re-evaluating the brand, so this may not be an issue anymore. I did appreciate his honesty and speed of communication.

The house itself is awesome, super clean/updated, plenty of outdoor seating. Jon, the owner was very responsive and accommodating! Only complaint is proximity to the water. You're located on somewhat of a treacherous hill and although you can walk to the water, it's not the safest walk. Great spot if you plan to spend most of your time on the property/realxing!

Totally in love with this home at Terrace Rd. With my family of 12, we had lots of space to move around and plenty of activity to get into. We were walking distance from town (about 20 minutes), or a quick car ride away. The kids were ecstatic to find out there was Fortnite, a pool table and ping pong! The beds were all super comfy, even the bunk beds! I would have to say, my only disappointment was in regards to the lake. This home comes with lake passes, but due to Covid and the fact that this is a private lake, my family was unable to access the beach clubs without the escort of the ALA member and their ID. We tried our best to find a spot to be able to jump in the lake, but unfortunately, the beach clubs seemed to be the only place we could find any swimming area. Big bummer on a hot day! BUT, we did drive about 50 minutes to Big Bear Lake and rented a boat on another day where we could jump off and swim around. If only that was as close to our house as Lake Arrowhead was. If it weren’t convid, I think our odds of getting onto the private lake would have been better. We will definitely be back!! Maybe on visit 2 we will have better luck!! Special thank you to Jon for being so responsive and patient with me! Always responded within the hour! Had a little fuse blow, asked lots of questions and also needed amazon packages delivered. He made sure to help me find the fuse box, answer all my silly questions and even had me ship my boxes to a safe spot where Robbie hand delivered them with no fuss! (*Thanks Robbie!!*) Loved this place! Can’t wait to come back!

Driveway wasn’t mentioned until check in email. Luckily we didn’t have snow it would’ve been impossible. Otherwise great place!
